The purpose of this research is to know whether the influential supervision against the spirit of employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten East Kutai. To get the data the writer do the research on the results of the research shows that the supervisions influence of the spirit of employees in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten East Kutai. This can be proved by the results of the data analysis rs count obtained is greater than the price table namely 0,770 > 0,456 on the level of trust 95 % for N = 14.Thus the hypothesis of this research can be accepted that the supervisions influence of the spirit of employees in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten East Kutai.

This study aims to know and describe the competence of human resources in the Regional Inspectorate East Kutai. This study uses qualitative descriptive approach.The results showed that based on the analysis of data using the value of the average percentage of the level of competence of employees amounted to 85.02%. This means that the Employee Competence in East Kutai Regional Inspectorate included in the interval 76% - 100% or fit in either category.Â

        Tok Know whether the quality of civil employees have positive and significant impact on the achievements of the work Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Timur. The data collected through the questioner by 40 respondents servants of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Timur. The data collected were analyzed by simple Linear Regression tests using the program SPSS for windows.         Data analysis results show that the quality of government employees have positive and significant impact on the achievements of the work in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Timur, after known R count 0,604 > R table of 0,312, and the value of the significance of 0.000 smaller than 0.05.         The value of R Square of 36.5 percent, it means that the quality of the employees could affect the achievements of Work of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Timur 36.5 percent, while the remaining $63.5 percent influenced by other variables which are not examined in this research.Â

This study aims to determine the level of employee motivation, employee satisfaction levels and the correlation between motivation and job satisfaction of employees Bankaltim Sangatta Branch. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of motivation satisfaction variables. This can be seen from the calculation of product moment correlation coefficient rs empirical yield of 0,795 is greater than the theoretical rs amounted to 0,388. The results showed also that the value of R-Square is 0.632, which means that the contributions made by the variable work motivation on job satisfaction variables amounted to 63.2%. This means it can be concluded that the motivation variable correlated positively and significantly with the variable employee satisfaction. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis that the writer formulated in this study can be received and verified.Â

The purpose of this study was to know the role of the Centre Against Fatigue Check Work PT. Pama Persada Nusantara Sangatta District KPCS. The timing of the research conducted in January 2016 through May 2016 for five (5) months.The research method in this study is a qualitative descriptive research on how the role of fatigue fitness check to work in PT. Pama Persada Nusantara Sangatta District KPCS. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires, observation and interviews.The study states that the role of fatigue fitness check to work in PT. Pama Persada Nusantara District KPCS Sengata goes well, fatique check the physical and mental conditions of employees of PT. Pama Persada Nusantara on job sites has always maintained his fitness and is always ready to work.

Abstract: Secretariat of Public Works Bureau of East Kutai is the implementation of tasks in thefield of administrative management of administrative, equipment, public administration andgovernance, as well as the implementation of financial administration tasks. Leaders in divided thetask / job is based on a sense of favoritism, only to the employee / certain people and not by themain tasks and functions. This study aims to determine and describe the work ethic of civil state apparatus. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. In this research will be a description of the six indicators of work ethic, namely motivation, performance appraisal, organizational regulations, influence among fellow co-workers, supervision and coaching. The results showed that the general level of the State Civil Work Ethic Apparatus (ASN) in the Secretariat of the East Kutai Regency amounted to 83.95% and is currently on intervasl 76% - 100% or included in either category. Thus, the hypothesis formulated in this study can be verified. Â

This study aims to know the influence of working conditions on the performance of employees in the office of the Agency One Stop Services and Investment Board (BPTSPPMD) East Kutai, therefore the researchers to formulate hypotheses "Allegedly factor workplace has a significant influence on employee performance office Agency One Stop Services and Investment Board (BPTSPPMD) East Kutai Regency ".The timing of the research was conducted in late December 2015 to April 2016 for 4 (four) months. The research method in this study is quantitative, the data obtained through direct observation to the field, interviews and distributing questionnaires to the interviewees by the number of samples is 19 (nineteen) of respondents.Based on Pearson correlation calculations known there is a correlation between the work environment with employee performance with the number 0,887. This figure is interpreted as a very strong correlation between workplace with employee performance.While the t test t-test produces figures, obtained t count = 7909. and t-table = 2.109. Thus the t-count larger than t-table so that H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means that the hypothesis is accepted, because there is significance (significance) between the workplace to employee performance offices of the Agency One Stop Services and Investment Board (BPTSPPMD) District East Kutai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pendidikan dan Latihan mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan Semangat Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai TimurHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pendidikan dan Latihan dengan variabel Semangat Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,582 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif diantara kedua variabel.Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 5,138. Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,746. Ini berarti terdapat korelasi yg signifikan antara variabel Pendidikan dan Latihan dengan variabel Semangat Kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada peranan pengorganisasian terhadap penghargaan pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat organisasi dan tatalaksana Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Timur tersebut. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode penelitian desktiptif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 18 (delapan belas )orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak sederhana.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui kuisioner untuk menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh baik data variabel pengorganisasian maupun kinerja pegawai.Hasil dari interview adalah bahwa (a). Para pegawai bertugas sesuai dengan uraian tugas sehingga mereka bertanggungjawab penuh atas tugasnya (90 %), (b). Para pegawai meyelesikan tugas tepat waktu (89 %).Hasil penelitian observasi bahwa (a). para pegawai bertugas sesuai dengan kompetensinya (85%) dan (b). Para pegawai merasa senang ditempatkan di bidang tugasnya karena sesuai dengan keahliannya (88%).Peneliti menyarankan beberapa hal : (1). Pengorganisasian pada Kantor Sekretariat organisasi dan tatalaksana Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Timur tersebut harus ada penyegaran setiap 5 tahun (2). Setiap pegawai harus ditingkatkan akan tanggungjawab tugasnya (3). Pimpinan harus melakukan metode penghargaan dan sangsi artinya dengan sangsi bagi yang tidak berprestasi dan penghargaan bagi  yang berprestasi.(4). Cara pengorganisasian lembaga ini pemerintahan berpedoman pada prinsip pemerintahan yang bersih dan berwibawa (Good Governance).Â
