<![CDATA[AbstractThis research aimed to describe and compare the patient engagement quality of the four basic specialist services in the in-patient installation in Haji Local General Hospital of South Sulawesi Province. This research was a comparative descriptive research. The research sample comprised the group respondents of in-patients the four basic specialist services. The result of the research revealed that patient engagement quality as perceived by the patients was categorized as good (73,9%); the patient engagement related to the doctor's capacity to listen to and encourage the patients to ask questions was categorized as good (78,4%); in making a decisions was not good (63,6%); the ability of the doctor to give and explain the information to patients was good (63,1%). The duration of consultation was good (56,8%); while the empathy given to the patients was categorized as good (83,5%). As for the quality of the patient engagement in the four sub-parts of the basic specialist services, the quality of the patient engagement was significantly different from one another (p=0,000).]]>

<![CDATA[Hadis is regarded as the second source of Islam beside al-Quran. Most of Moslems believe that thousands of hadis collected in some hadis books were originally words of Muhammad saw. It’s Muhammad al- Gazali who reaffirmed the originality of hadis. In his opinion, hadis should be seen in two aspect; texts and context. According to al-Gazali, many of muhaddisun ignored these aspects. Thus, the meaning of hadis lost its moral force and tends to be textual. Therefore the spirit of hadis sometimes is not relevant with current issues. For this reason al-Gazali explored and examined the originality of matan. In his opinion, hadis cannot be categorized shahih if its contents are again the Qur’ani messages.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing number of elderly can cause a variety of problems, especially in terms of health and well-being of the elderly. The study aimed to determine the correlation of cardio respiratory fitness and physical health quality of the elderly in PSTW Gau Mabaji Gowa. The research design was a non-experimental (observational design) with the type of cross-sectional type. This research findings that almost elderly had good and very poor VO2 max (25, 8%). On other hand, almost elderly had bad quality of physical health (59, 7%). Cardio respiratory fitness had significant correlations with the physical health (p=0,001). The most influential variable on the physical health was the variable of maximum oxygen consumption (OR: 8.333).]]>

<![CDATA[This research is designed to provide a model as system of marriage recording at KUA Makassar in order to achieve regularity in giving service to society and not raise danger to the spouse who want to celebrate their marriage. Therefore, the marriage recording at KUA of Makassar becomes easy to be applied. So, no one is harmed when there is spouse celebrating the marriage. In Islam, marriage recording refers to give assurance and protection to the spouse. It is included of cause and effect in marriage. It is such as right and obligation interrelationship, the children were born, and the right of the children to get inheritance. It becomes legal if it is based on condition and pillar of marriage in Islam which is recorded at KUA. It can avoid illegal marriage and unrecorded in KUA or registar book because they are unknown and unwareness of the important of marriage document. It is included of avoding to pass somebody by doing Poligami, keeping subsidy to the wives who are divorced. One of the dilemma to unrecord at KUA Makassar, it is because soceities have unawareness law. In other hand, soceities is apathetic in rules of marriage, because there is regulation of marriage recording unclear and Poligamy is still complicated. Therefore, many people set the law at defiance about Marriage.]]>

<![CDATA[Tahun-tahun pertama kehidupan anak adalah masa kritis yang besar pengaruhnya dalam hidup mereka ke depannya. Pengetahuan tentang makna penting ASI eksklusif untuk perkembangan fisik, psikis dan intelektual sudah diketahui secara luas. Namun demikian, persentase praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif baik di tingkat lokal, nasional maupun global masih memprihatinkan. Sebagai negara dengan mayoritas penduduk muslim, Indonesia seharusnya memiliki angka persentase pemberian ASI eksklusif yang tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan seruan memberikan ASI yang disampaikan dalam Al Qur’an Surah 2:233 memberikan panduan yang jelas mengenai pemberian ASI, bahkan hingga 2 tahun, melebihi dari rekomendasi global pemberian ASI yang hanya 6 bulan. Artikel ini merupakan penelusuran pustaka yang merangkum data penyebab rendahnya praktik pemberian ASI. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa penyebab persentase pemberian ASI eksklusif yang rendah dapat dibagi atas dua bagian besar yaitu faktor internal yang menyangkut sebab yang terkait langsung dengan ibu dan anak dan faktor eksternal yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang tidak berkaitan langsung dengan ibu dan anak. Artikel ini dapat menjadi masukan yang berharga bagi pemerintah, praktisi kesehatan, ibu dan keluarga dalam upaya memberikan pengalaman terbaik untuk anak di masa awal kehidupan dengan memberikan hak yang ditetapkan untuk mereka sesuai amanat dalam Al Quran Surah Al Baqarah: 233.]]>

<![CDATA[Penyatuan pembinaan judicial power dengan court administration di bawah Mahkamah dikenal dengan sistem pembinaan peradilan satu atap. Dengan diberlakukan ketentuan pembinaan sistem peradilan terpadu dalam satu atap, maka sejak itu pula penyelenggaraan peradilan yang dilaksanakan di pengadilan agama dan pengadilan tingkat pertama lainnya sepenuhnya dalam pembinaan Mahkamah Agung. Segala sangkut paut pembinaan yustisi dan non yustisi (organisasi, administrasi dan finansial) institusi peradilan pada keempal lingkungan peradilan tersebut berada di bawah tanggung jawab Mahkamah Agung. Demikian halnya dengan sistem pengawasan hakim. Pengawasan hakim pengadilan agama juga tidak berbeda dengan sistem pengawasan pada pengadilan tingkat pertama lainnya. Sistem pengawasan ini dikenal dengan pengawasan internal yang dilakukan oleh Mahkamah Agung di samping pengawasan ketua pengadilan agama dan ketua pengadilan tinggi agama, dan pengawasan eksternal dilakukan oleh Komisi Yudisial. Pengawasan eksternal oleh Komisi Yudisial ini adalah dalam rangka menjaga dan menegakkan kehormatan, keluhuran martabat serta perilaku hakim berdasarkan Kode Etik dan Pedoman Perilaku Hakim.]]>

<![CDATA[Taha Husain was an intellectuals figure who was very controversial with his ideas. He disclosed some reform idea that was considered “strange” and irrasional. According to him, to advance the moslem world, secularizing the education and religion must be implemented. The old Egypt and modern West must become role model how to develop moslem world. Religion could not be mixed with politic. religion must be separated from politic. To be the enlightened nation, the people who live in the country must be educated with standardized education. According to Taha Husain, Western education was a good model of education which can be implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[Alquran is an eternal miracle which is able to become Balagah experts speechless who wants to ignore the guideline of Allah Swt by making great poem which is created by themselves. The habitual and Arabian tradition who always vied in versifies the great poem. It caused Al-Qur’an be accepted and be able to developed atop, it is including of words transformation, structural and its style of language. Allah Swt decrees through His messengers with the language clearly and wisely. No one speaks fluently except His prophets. Allah Swt gives them spoken style and teaches them languages and Arabian dialects. Even though, His prophet has not yet communicated in social life with them. Because Allah Swt wants them become teacher, guide, and Imam for all mankind. The style of prophets spoken is balagah (brief, solid, interesting). His style spoken of beautifulness is the second place after al-Qur’an itself. His superiority cannot be defeated by the great poet or the great orator who ever exist. The spoken is clear, beautiful, and calm based the situation and condition, so it is euphony and digestible for All Muslim who want to learn about Islam fundamental and of course there is no other choices except learning Arabic. Therefore, Allah Swt always keeps Arabic from extinct.]]>
