Abstract

Electronic word of mouth is positive or negative statement about a product or a company made by potential customers, current customers or former customers over the internet. E-WOM now becomes an effective marketing communications media because it low cost and the great effort and instagram became one of the media that used in marketing products/services. In the context of information online, consumers tend to trust that information with a high degree of source credibility is compared to a low source credibility to influence consumer behavior. This research starts from Elaboration Likelihood models. In this research, in making purchase decisions at the restaurant/Café which is informed by Kulinerpku’s admin as communicators of EWOM, an individual has the possibility to process them in the Central and peripheral route that is related to the sides of the Communicator and his message. The purpose of this research was to know relationship communicators in electronic word of mouth with purchase decision followers of instagram account Kulinerpku. The methods used in this research is quantitative method of explanation. Data collection techiques in this study using questionnaire. The number of samples for this studi were 166 respondents. Sampling using Judgemental Sampling. To find out how much relationship between both side variables, the researchers used the analysis of correlation pearson product moment. Questionnaire for data processing, carried out using the statistical program Product And Service Solution (SPSS) version of Windows 23. The results of the research on the relationship between communicators in electronic word of mouth with purchase decisions followers of instagram account Kulinerpku Obtained t value of 0,675 with probability level 0,005. This means that the value is included in the category of strong interpretation guidelines in accordance with the correlation coefficient. It shows that there is a correlation of communicators in Electronic word of mouth with purchase decisions followers Kulinerpku instagram account H0 is rejected and Ha is received.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village Kota Lama sub-district Kampar Kiri Hulu district Kampar. The purpose of this study was to analyze the socio-economic welfare of society in the village Kota Lama and topics focus of this research is how accessibility in the village Kota Lama. The sample in this study amounted to 7 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and the data were analyzed qualitatively. These research subjects are people who use public transport services and the local community. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Instruments Data were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the development is in the village Kota Lama a development that is still in the stage of traditional law of the five stages of development according to William Wilt Rostow. This can be seen by the facilities inadequate and is not available in Desa Kota Lama such as educational facilities, economic facilities (markets and cooperatives) as well as access roads were very bad and far from enough. Economic life of society Kota Lama fairly poor. community work Kota Lama as the rubber farmers are not able to meet the needs of every day. But people still tries to get his needs fulfilled effort made is to take other jobs in the forest looking for wood modang skins in the sun and then sold to penada. The economic situation and development is very alarming and the government makes public the village together to find ways to sustain their lives, every society collaborated in the development of infrastructure the building of access roads because of the village Kota Lama still preserve culture and one of is the culture gotong royong.Keywords: Rural Community, Development, Social, Economy

Abstract

This research was conducted in the MA Al-Ihsan Boarding School Kubang Raya, Kampar - RIAU. IBS is Fullday School, learning load settings adjust the allocation of time specified in the curriculum structure. Education program is 54 hours of lessons each week. Every hour lesson duration 45 minutes, so there is a difference of 10 hours of national education standards. 10 hours of lessons are used for extracurricular mandatory 6 JP, 2 JP for extracurricular options, and 2 JP used for self-development (mentoring). The addition of more based on the analysis of global excellence of the school. In the case of the IBS aims to shape the character of their students become the generation that Islamic morals. The purpose of this study is: To determine the IBS method in shaping the personality of students. To determine changes in behavior or personality of students after school at IBS. To find out the student application to the environment or the surrounding community.The samples in this study is the quota sampling technique is a technique to determine the number of samples of the desired population as many as 53 respondents. The method I use in this research is descriptive analysis, which analyzes the data collected, tabulated according to the type of data and present the results of processing the data in tabular form and provide information by linking theory in accordance with the existing problems and menginterprtasikan against relevant results later be concluded.Based on this study, it can be stated that the success of IBS in shaping the personality of students still have not reached as expected. Known from the recapitulation of the 10 sub respondents saying "Yes" as many as 23 respondents or 43.40%. That is yet to reach 50% of students / i grade 2 MA were successfully formed his personality as expected IBS. While respondents expressed sometimes as many as 27 respondents or 50.94%.Keywords: Socialization, Boarding School, Education System

Abstract

This research explains how the existence of an international non-governmental organizations in providing tendentious reports about the development of Jemaah Islamiyah in Indonesia.International crisis group is a non-governmental organization whose mission is to prevent and resolve conflicts through analysis based on field dangerous high-level advocacy and analysis made by the courts.in its report, titled Al-Qaeda in Southeast Asia: the case of the Ngruki network in Indonesia, making Indonesia into a corner because, according to the report of international crisis group claimed Indonesia as a center for the development of terrorism the biggest in Southeast Asia because it has links with al-Qaeda.Sidney Jones as director of the International Crisis Group in Indonesia have strong reasons related to the development of the movement Jemaah Islamiyah in Indonesia because of the strong organizational structure and ideology of Jemaah Islamiyah who embrace the ideologysalafiah.

Abstract

Agency ServiceIntegratedInvestment (BPT-PM) is a Agency or a Organization technical for service permit and non-permit. In this activity publication permited. BPT-PM Pekanbaru City tried give priority to services they have implement with easy strategies, fast, transparently, and definitely, also development capability organization for service permit. Goal and target BPT-PM Pekanbaru city attempt to improving quality of services more prime for realize Pekanbaru city be investment gates with target BPT-PM. Inovation in service permit aim for facilitate, simplify, and improve access service so as be expected can push the community in business world for handle and have letter business trading.This results use theory of strategies innovation by Suwarno (2008) that innovation in public service born in form and initiative, also through metodh partnerships on delivery of public services, and procurement,or forming institution services for improve effectivity services.Outcome research strategies innovation in implementation services business trading at Pekanbaru city already going well so evidenced with accepted appreciations in public services of BPT-PM Pekanbaru city. But in improving and push business owner with scale addition capital with SIUP type mini doesn’t optimal yet, that be affected by culture factor or habits and character business owner (low exploite technology) at once as business they are doesn’t have and look after permit in operate business, low socialization and information publish permit business trading is directly, either through discussion or anything.
