Abstract

One of the informal sector that many people acted by the weak economy is as street vendors ( PKL ) . The existence of street vendors has been growing for a long time and the numbers continue to grow as the demands of the growing economy and to fewer opportunities in the formal sector . One street trading business in the city of Pekanbaru precisely on Jalan Ir . Juanda is Street Vendor liquor . Their existence has been around a long time with the source material acquisition merchandise liquor from the nearest port . The street vendors came from all regions of about Pekanbaru well as by local residents and from outside the city of Pekanbaru . The existence of Street Vendors of this liquor is one of the distribution points liquor illegally because they also obtain merchandise from unauthorized or illegal sources . Researchers interested in this case to review the profile hawkers on street vending liquor Ir . Juanda . Abstract

Teachers are human elements that determine the success of education. Profession asa teacher relates to students, who naturally have similarities and differences. Serve thediverse task requires patience and diligence are very high, especially when dealing withyoung learners. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance ofteachers in performing their duties in SDN 001 Teratak subdistrict Rumbio Jaya. This studywas conducted in April 2014 by an interview of the entire teaching staff at the SDN 001Teratak. Moreover, the authors also observed the teaching and learning process as well asliterature on the results of previous studies are considered relevant. The results showed thatthe factors that affect the performance of teachers at SDN 001 Teratak is teachermotivation in work, workplace atmosphere, discipline and welfare of teachers. Having donepartial test (t test) against these four factors, the variables of teacher motivation has asignificant influence on the performance of the teacher about 2,799 (279,9%) . While theother variables are not significant. But when done simultaneously testing (test f) thevariable of teacher motivation in work, workplace atmosphere, discipline and welfare ofteachers working together to have significant influence on the performance of teachers atSDN 001Teratak about 57,3%.

Abstract

Globalization affected the fertility level of a family. Demand of children in a family is getting a little, faund in many communities only have 2 to 3 children only. The small number of children in the family not only can we see the family in urban but also in families residing in rural areas. It is certainly happening because of certain reason from parent. How parent interpret their childrens attendence and the consequence that will be receive after having a child becomes a parent consideration in determining the numbe of children who will be possessed. Therefore this study was conducted in order to determine the value of children in the family oil palm growers, number of children, and the expectations of parent of children in the family. To answer the questions of the study, researchers use childrens theory of value put forward by David Lucas. Subject of this study were parent who worked as a farmers in the village Sungai Siput Kecamtan Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis. The study uses data obtained through interviews, observation, ang documentation. Later and though using qualitative methods. Disclosed in accordance with the narrative of the subject ang the actual conditions in the field.Value of a child is a parent perspective to the presence of children in the family, then the perspective of parent of children will affect the desired number of children parents. Farther expectation of parent of child who had. Field finding indicate that parent decide to have a number of children two to three only. Costs incurred for the needs of children parent pretty much. Especially to meet the education, whereas children are not able to support their families. It can be concluded that parents today are more concerned with quality than quantity of children.Keyword: value of children, number of children, parental expectations.

Abstract

Drinking Behavior-Liquor On Teens In Rawang village Kawo Siak District of Lubuk InThis research was conducted at the Rawang Kawo Siak District of Lubuk In the aim to, among others: To find out what the background for teenagers behave consume liquor in the village of Kawo Rawang District of Lubuk In Siak. To know the effect of adolescents who consume liquor in the village of Kawo Rawang District of Lubuk In Siak.This research is a qualitative descriptive, citizens, sellers of alcohol on adolescent drinking activism. The technique used Accedental sampling of respondents happened to be in the field, further Similarly samapai using the method of observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews using the interview guide in analyzing the research data used in the analysis kualituliatif and descriptive writing in the manner described.Based on the results of this study concluded that the melatarbelangi drinking behavior is the influence of family environment and the influence of friends.Keywords: Behavior In Teens, Drinking-Liquor

Abstract

The existence of street vendors who use a car shop on the one hand is needed by consumers, especially employees of government offices located around the Cut Nyak Dien, but on the other hand its existence actually disturbing the peace, cleanliness and comfort of the user community. In accordance with local regulations on public order, the city government taken any action against street vendors. Traders will be pursuing a strategy to keep them survive selling along Jalan Cut Nyak Dien. Results of the study showed that the trader chose to stick with a reason to meet the economic needs of the family and the location of Cut Nyak Dien is a promising market for street vendors. The reason that makes traders have a strategy to survive in order to keep selling by ridding the area of selling, Ask for the Protection and Defense of Pekanbaru City Council, Sell and Preserving unique culinary Riau, Strengthening Social Solidarity between the Fellow Street Vendors, cat and mouse with the municipal police officers. Besides traders have a strategy to maintain their business from the competition by building relationships with buyers, competition in taste, and set the time to sell. The purpose of this study is also to analyze the merchant profile. To determine the total number of merchants and determine informants used in the field study using purposive sampling method. The data field of the overall number of traders who use the Car Shop amounted to 15 merchants by taking as many as 8 research subjects merchant. To collect data from informants used the method of direct observation, interview and documentation, for processing the data used qualitative methods. The results showed that the traders from West Sumatra, 36-60 years old, have a secondary education, high school and undergraduate, length of stay in Singapore is generally more than 15 years and monthly income ranges between 5 million rupiahs.Keywords: Profile, Street Vendors, And Strategies Survive

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kuantan Singingi in order to obtain information about Gold Mining Conflicts Without Permission (illegal). Some of the problems in this study were (1) What form of gold mining conflicts without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan? (2) What are the causes of conflict gold mining without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan? (3) Who are the actors of conflict gold mining without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan ?. The title of this research is the "Gold Mining Conflicts Without Permission (illegal) In the village of Gunung Toar Petapahan Regency Kuantan Singingi". This research aims to find out To find out how to shape the conflict that occurred in the village especially Petapahan against illegal gold mining (PETI). To find out what the causes of conflict gold mining without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan. To find out who the actors gold mining conflict without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan. This research is qualitative because it is shaped case, which was the subject of this study is determined by those who know and are involved directly in the conflict as much as 9 subjects Mining. In collecting the data, engineering data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the problems in this study using qualitative analysis as well as will be described in descriptive in doing the writing. Abstract

This research was conducted in rural districts Ganting salo Kampar district. The purpose of this study was to analyze the social, cultural, and economic as well as the impact it had on the social environment for women to use drugs. Obtain the necessary data in this study, the authors collected data to descend directly to the location of research and observation and do in-depth interviews. Informants in this study amounted to 5 people. The data obtained was processed in the form of descriptive qualitative analysis. The conclusion from this study is the subject of the age of 36-41 years amounted to 4 people, and aged 41 years and over amounted to 1, the average junior high school graduate informants are all Muslim. All informants residing in their own homes and rata2 mendeliong tribes. And as for drivers of women using drugs there are three reasons caused due to suicide, environmental factors, and the availability of drugs. The research of the results are the background factors of women using drugs terdiriri of factors intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factor is composed of : Religion, Family, Intelligence. While extrinsic factors consist of: Intercourse and social environment, education, economy. Drug abuse carried out by women in the analysis by the lack of faith in women causes women to be involved with drug abuse. Tip : For a family, it gives more attention to the families of both women as wives and women as children. For the government, the public should be more concerned about the economic difficulties the women who formed a working group in order to be more independent woman. For the informant, the informant should be more open to their families if they have heavy loads and any issues.Keywords: Impact, Causes and Drugs

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village Kota Lama sub-district Kampar Kiri Hulu district Kampar. The purpose of this study was to analyze the socio-economic welfare of society in the village Kota Lama and topics focus of this research is how accessibility in the village Kota Lama. The sample in this study amounted to 7 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and the data were analyzed qualitatively. These research subjects are people who use public transport services and the local community. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Instruments Data were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the development is in the village Kota Lama a development that is still in the stage of traditional law of the five stages of development according to William Wilt Rostow. This can be seen by the facilities inadequate and is not available in Desa Kota Lama such as educational facilities, economic facilities (markets and cooperatives) as well as access roads were very bad and far from enough. Economic life of society Kota Lama fairly poor. community work Kota Lama as the rubber farmers are not able to meet the needs of every day. But people still tries to get his needs fulfilled effort made is to take other jobs in the forest looking for wood modang skins in the sun and then sold to penada. The economic situation and development is very alarming and the government makes public the village together to find ways to sustain their lives, every society collaborated in the development of infrastructure the building of access roads because of the village Kota Lama still preserve culture and one of is the culture gotong royong.Keywords: Rural Community, Development, Social, Economy

Abstract

This study was conducted at Desa Karya Indah Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. The purpose of this study is to know knowing the trigger factor of the occurrence of Conflict Between the In-laws of Women And Mother-In-House In Batak Tribe Living at Desa Karya Indah Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. The focus of this research is the form of conflict between the daughter-in-law and the mother-in-law in the Batak tribe who live at home at Desa Karya Indah Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 5 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted at Desa Karya Indah has been completed by drawing some final conclusions as follows: The forms of conflict between the in-laws and the law-in-law are Role Conflicts, the role conflict that occurs as a result of the expectation of a son-in-law and his father-in-law is inconsistent with his wish or reality, The pressure experienced by a son-in-law. Realistic conflict, the realistic conflict form of this research is the closed attitude of the in-laws, the views of the in-laws with the insensitivity of the inborn to the wishes of his father-in-law, Interpersonal Conflict, Interpersonal Conflict between law and law-in-law as the attitude of in-laws who still believe in the beliefs in the village, speaking son-in-law comes from a soft-spoken family but a determined in-laws, and an attitude of non-disclosure and distrust. Factor that triggered the conflict can be from the results of research that is done, the relation of big family, the relation between the couple, discomfort in the household. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of income level of student bidikmisi against behavior patterns and to know the level of consumption behavior behavior of students bidikmisi 2013 Universitas riau. This research is a Quantitative research that is analyzed based on inferential statsitik. The theory used in this research is the theory of consumption society by Jean Baudrillard. In this research, there are 87 respondents. With technique sampling technique Sampling Propotional technique is used when the population has members who are not homogeneous stratified or not proportionately. The result of field obtained is the relation between income level of student of bidikmisi and consumption behavior pattern of student of bidikmisi, that is overall income level with consumption behavior pattern is Low, with result 0,229, based on qualification level relation. Overall Average Revenue Rate of student bidikmisi is is in the position of the interval to 2.98 or rounded 3. Position interval to 3 shows with the classification Medium with the ability of Student Revenue Rp.1000.001 - Rp.1.200.000 per month. Level of behavior pattern of student consumption with position of 2.51 lies on qualification interval coefficient 0,20 - 0,399 with Low level of relationship. And there is an indication of student bidikmisi 2013 Universitas Riau to behave consumptive although the relationship level of variable X and Y is low, Level of pattern of consumption behavior is low, and with income at interval 3 Rp. 1.000.001 - Rp.1.200.000 per month which can only to meet the priority needs, but in reality in the field not less when getting the accumulation of income that is from parent shipments, living board, and even business results.Keywords: Bidikmisi scholarships, students, consumption behavior
