Abstract

Post April 9, 2009 on previously scheduled to take place on April 5, 2009 agoconstitutemilestone in the political history of modern Indonesia in the context of the implementation of the General Legislative Elections with elected representatives of the people in this case to choose legislators Pekanbaru by using a majority vote system of election at this stage of the Open List Proportional system mechanisms that can provide the same opportunity for anyone who wants to become a legislator has completed the democratic system in the field of institutions - political institutions in Indonesia . In the case of urban society pekanbaru faced with a choice to be able to determine simultaneously choose 45 members legisatif second level of Pekanbaru City Council candidates are available as 618 participants competed the Legislative General Election.In the composition of the increasingly limited, the emotional sentiment - was in fact still a primordial reasons and motives in choosing a figure or figures someone who deserves to be served as a legislator. Seen with the effort as do various strategies held by the Legislative Candidates for their vote and win the competition Legislative General Election in Pekanbaru city in 2009. Strategies used include Dor to Dor Come to Every Home Community, Enabling More Success Team, Open Campaign and others - others. In general, 6people of responden a sample of researchers consisting of 2 persons from each party, candidate 1 wins and 1 defeat candidates from each party are available as three types of political parties.In this study population is all Pekanbaru City Legislative Candidates who competed in the 2009 general election. Researchers used for the determination of respondent Quota Sampling. In order to determine who include members of the research sample should first determine the desired respondent. To know about ways and strategies used by the candidates, researchers looked at the status and background of each candidate. In this sampling investigators decide the number of samples per each - each stratum (membership type) tamap random.In this research, using qualitative research model description. The subjects of this study are candidates of Golkar Party with the principle of nationalism, the principle of Joint Democratic Nationalism - Religious and PDS with religious principle.Screening instrument data used is interviews, documentation and literature searches. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative description. The theory used for the formulation of strategy and motive problems in reaching sound Legislative Candidates in the General Election year 2009 is Theory of Action and the Theory of Social Action of the experts Sociology ie, Max Webber and Talcott Parsons.Keywords: Strategy

Abstract

In February 2010, China announced placed tarrif on broiler chicken product from the United States. China claims that U.S has been unfairly flooding the China markets with cheap broiler chicken product, so that impact to China jobs and China unions. Many criticized the tariffs as a protectionist move by the China, because in recent years, the United States placed tariffs on one China infant industry with same reason. The focus of this research is to analyze the real motif China placed tariff on broiler chicken product from U.S. Are this have any reason connected to U.S placed tarif on China infant industry. This research uses Politic Economy Theory related to International Trade theory which has been revealed by Heckscher-Ohlin This research is Qualitative research which is used by library observation.The result of this research prove that there’sno relevant reason owned China to impose of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on U.S broiler chicken product. In four meeting in the WTO DSB Panel, declared victory for the U.S, as well as announced that all the Chine data and evidence is a mistaken.Keywords: Anti-Dumping, Broiler Chicken, Countervailing Duties.

Abstract

The Rule and Regulation of Indonesia year 1945 verse 28-H has been madated that housing and resident are the base of human right where everyone has right to live properous fisically and mentally, stay and get life in well environment and healthy. This base principle has been accomodated too in the Rule and Regulation No. 39 year 1999 about human right as well as in the Rule and Regulation No. 1 year 2011 about housing resident area. Therefore, to guarantee the fulfillment that human right it has became obligation for the government as state organizer to respect, save and also fulfill it directly. In concreting this mandate of our Rule and Regulation, the government needs help from other side, that is developer. This developer here is Real Estate Indonesia (REI) is the assosiation of developers in ndonesia. REI is believed becomes the stakeholders of the government in concreting this mandate of our Rule and Regulation to prepare housings for Indonesian societies.This research has been done in Pekanbaru where the location was in DPD REI Riau Province. This research was qualitative research in which the informations were taken by deep interviews from some interviewers.The result of this research showed that the growth of the Riau economic development that made the need of housings in this area was growing fast too. As a result, this impacted to the resident bussiness in Riau Province that becomes brighter and gives prospect. Riau province is one of theprovincesin Indonesia that experiences fast economic development in Sumatra. In every year almost 10.000 residents built in Riau Province with majority in Pekanbaru. Nowadays, Riau is in the first position in this growth of the residents expansion in Sumatra. While in Indonesia, Riau Province is in the third position.Key words: DPD REI Riau, Housing,subsidy, governmentpolicy.

Abstract

Camat leadership is someone ability in takes a decision and opinion and get to beimplementation and smooths accomplishment aim of organization. The purpose of thisresearch is to know Camat leadership in carry out his function in Kubu subdiscrit Regency ofRokan Hilir. To know factor that becomes constraint in camat's leadership in carry out herfungtion in Kubu subdiscrit Regency of Rokan Hilir.In this research, Based on theory which interposed by Sondang P. Siagian (2010: 31)that: Chairman as a determiner that will pass in intent accomplishment purpose, chairman asrepresentative and organization spokesman in connection with another organizations,effective communicator, good mediator, effective integrator, rational, objektif and neutral.The research was conducted at subdiscrit of Kubu and the sample of this research is 26person. In the collecting data, the writer used observation, interview and study ofbibliography. This research included in descriptive research.This result of this research are , the fungtion of Camat leadership on subdiscrit of kubu,Regency of Rokan Hilir that is categories not good, because in the implementation and thefunction not able optimum. It was caused by decrease coordination camat in theimplementation his function. One of factor which identifies the resistor camat leadership isfacility, decrease of connection with another organizations, interaction with society,communication, and conflict intervention.Key word: Function, Leadership and Camat

Abstract

This research focuses on an implementation of job promotion done by PT.Telkom Pekanbaru which located in JendralSudriman Street No. 199.The descriptive quantitative method is used to analyze collected data. Thedescriptive quantitative method is an analysis by classifying data thus obtained, thenprocessed in accordance to its function. Processing results are then presented innumerical form that easier to understand. Statistical data processing is done to theextent of descriptive only and still has not reached the stage of generalization.The results of the analysis that has been done can be seen that theimplementation of the promotion is done by PT. Telekom Pekanbaru already included inthe category of “appropriate” to the terms set by the company. Implementation of jobpromotion at PT. Telkom based on the value of Competence (K) obtained by filling aquestionnaire that employees do online. The standard of competence at PT. Telkom isK3 and if someone wants to be promoted, the employee must obtain K2. K3 value set bythe company is 95 and the value of K2 range 95-115. The questionnaire contains anassessment of the employee who filled out by supervisors, fellow workers, subordinates,and the employees themselves. The questionnaire as a whole contains about discipline,knowledge of employees, the company common knowledge, knowledge about the job,and how the employee socialize with their work environment.Keywords: Human Resource Management, Job Analysis, and Job Promotion.

Abstract

This research is motivated when M.Rasyid holds a Datuok Malintang , is where there is a conflict , each faction seized power among the descendants of Abdul Hadi Datuok Shoots ( Datuok Malintang ) with backrest Datuok Malintang Yahya camp . Though clearly Abdul Hadi who has been crowned the Datuok Malintang , while John was never crowned as Datuok Malintang and never too kua baewik , dagiong bacoca , while many witnesses still alive who saw when Abdul Hadi crowned Datuok Malintang . Abstract

When the Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall got crisisses that are related to the accidents successively in 2012 and the issuesregarding of employees who resigned because of inconvenience to the company, the image of Ciputra Mall remains good even thus increased. Therefore, this research was conducted with the purposes are :to understand the roles and functions of public relations of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall as one of the efforts to increase its image, to find out the activities of public relations of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall in improving the image of the company and to detect the supporting and restricting factors of public relations activities of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall as an attempt to improve the image ofthe company.The researcher used qualitative descriptive research method and collect the data by observation, interview and documentation toward objects of this research. In this case, they are public relation activities of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall in improving the image of the company. The total of sample in this research is eleven informants who were selected trough purposive sampling and accidental sampling technique. The types of data in this research in the followings: (a) primary data that is the results of interview and observation; (b) secondary data which is formed as files from the company related to this research.This researchshowed thatthe roles of public relations Ciputra Mall are becoming technicians and managers, and its functions are as a communicator, relationship, backed up management, and good image maker. The activities of public relations Ciputra Mall are the internal relations, external relations, relationship marketing, media relations, promotion and special events, publicity, sponsorship, crisisses and issues management, and community relations. The implementation of public relations activities Ciputra Mall are supported by a good management, utilizing the development of science and technology (social media), creative and innovative human resources. While the restricting factors are existence of rogue tenants, the limitation of parking area and rents as well as the competitors.Keyword: activities, public relations, image, corporate

Abstract

Based on data from the General Election Commission (KPU) Riau province, the level of participation community in the city of Pekanbaru only reached 55.64% of the total number of people registered in Pekanbaru city DPT. The purpose of this study to determine the strategy, target recognition media selection strategy, objectives and strategy evaluation strategy roles message communicator that is used by the General Elections Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru. The research used a qualitative descriptive methods and data are grouped based on the fact collected by field observation, maintenance and documentation. Informants in this research was 12 people were taken by purposive sampling technique. Interactive data analysis model that use the results of the research are described in the data analysis and checking the validity of the data that the researchers use participatory techniques and triangulation. The results showed that the communication from the Commission concerning the introduction of Pekanbaru, the whole community Pekanbaru registered as voters and target to target position is divided into five segments are strategic voters, religious groups, women's groups, people with disabilities and marginalized groups. After the election of the media are divided into groups and the media, so the media all levels of society can achieve. The content of the message delivered by the election of Pekanbaru is the message compelling, educational and informative. In doing a variety of activities for the 2014 election socialize, Pekanbaru election commission not only work, but formed a team Relationship electoral commission as supported from Pekanbaru to disseminate to the public the 2014 election on the basis of each segment. Communication Strategies that the Commission in Pekanbaru, was very effective visible from the increasing participation of 7% compared to the previous period.Keyword: strategy, communication, socialize

Abstract

This research claim to ( 1) knowing group influence learn to Class XI IPS MAN Student achievement 2 Model Pekanbaru ( 2) knowing how big influence group learn to Class XI IPS MAN Student achievement 2 Model Pekanbaru. With respondent amount 84 divisible school student for 42 student have achievement and 42 group member student learn. This research have the character of korelasional which is mentioning with quantitative research of inferensial.By using test of correlation of Karl Pearson, in earning correlation (r) of equal to 0,074 is hereinafter by examination of determinasi obtained that is group learn to influence achievement of student of equal to 0.543%. Pursuant to test of hypothesis known that > so that hypothesizing rejected (0,474 > 0,2912) meaning there is relation of between group learn with achievement learn. Conclusion which is there are in statement of above that is there relation which signifikan between group learn with achievement learn but his relation is very weak, the rest of there are at other or dissimilar research which do not there are in this research.keywords: group learn, student of achievement learn, student of member group learn and achievement learn

Abstract

This study aims (1) to find out level of cash turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover in PT. Indosat Tbk (2) to find out the level of profitability PT. Indosat Tbk and (3) To determine the effect of working capital on profitability PT. Indoat Tbk.The research was conducted with an emphasis on quantitative data derived from the financial report of PT. Indosat Tbk period 2008-2012. From the analysis that has been done note that Cash turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover are fluctuation. Profitability while also experiencing fluctuations.The multiple regression model used in this study, the test results in a partial (t test) showed that the only receivable turnover variable influence significantly to Return on Asset. While simultaneously (f test) show that cash turnover, inventory turnover and accounts influence Return on Asset.Keywords :Working Capital , Profitability, Return on Asset
