Abstract

Health services is a factor affecting the degree of public health, because of the existence of health facilities able to determine service the recovery of health, the prevention of a disease, treatment and nursing as well as groups and societies who need services – the health services. This study was conducted at the clinic Lubuk Dalam in Siak regency located in road Puskemas Rawang Kao Lubuk Dalam subdistrict in Siak regency. Purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of health services patients at the clinic .In this study the methodology used is descriptive analysis, where the sampel that is used visitors of public health centers and as source information is the administration, to determine the samples using the formula Slovin, accidental sampling method with sampling, stratified random sampling for the service, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires.From the analysis of the performance of health services performed by the clinic include speed, accuracy, friendliness, comfort stating that service activities are on good category.Keywords : service, health services, public health center

Abstract

This research focuses on an implementation of job promotion done by PT.Telkom Pekanbaru which located in JendralSudriman Street No. 199.The descriptive quantitative method is used to analyze collected data. Thedescriptive quantitative method is an analysis by classifying data thus obtained, thenprocessed in accordance to its function. Processing results are then presented innumerical form that easier to understand. Statistical data processing is done to theextent of descriptive only and still has not reached the stage of generalization.The results of the analysis that has been done can be seen that theimplementation of the promotion is done by PT. Telekom Pekanbaru already included inthe category of “appropriate” to the terms set by the company. Implementation of jobpromotion at PT. Telkom based on the value of Competence (K) obtained by filling aquestionnaire that employees do online. The standard of competence at PT. Telkom isK3 and if someone wants to be promoted, the employee must obtain K2. K3 value set bythe company is 95 and the value of K2 range 95-115. The questionnaire contains anassessment of the employee who filled out by supervisors, fellow workers, subordinates,and the employees themselves. The questionnaire as a whole contains about discipline,knowledge of employees, the company common knowledge, knowledge about the job,and how the employee socialize with their work environment.Keywords: Human Resource Management, Job Analysis, and Job Promotion.

Abstract

The research was conducted on the original bugis mother fast a business located in the village elis Kampar Regency Lake Jl. Pekanbaru cross-Bangkinang KM.34. The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of small businesses as a traditional food industry in Kampar Regency in many respects, namely financial management, human resource management, production management. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. That where there is no population and sample. This study used interviews to obtain needed information. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The primary data of the results of interviews with business owners associated with the original bugis fast a business management elis mom. Secondary data is data that can be from field surveys. From the results of research conducted fast a business can be seen that the original bugis elis mom has been established since 2006 and now has opened branches namely: Branch Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru Panam Side Branch Partner Betondi Garuda Sakti, Branch Jl. Hope Kingdom Edge Adira side after Sp. Red Light Bukit Barisan. Problem of this Research is height mount emulation for network of internet at the moment, making PT. Telkom Experience of amount of customer difficult to experience of realyy improvement expected, and surely this time like known by more and more and more amount of consumer of network will make often the happening of network trouble. So that often the happening of trouble make customer dissatisfy and not rarely often do komplein to party to Telkom. As for target of this research that is to analyse execution program marketing At PT. Telkom Pekanbaru Case of customer product of regional speedy Pekanbaru.Execution program marketing At PT. Telkom Case Customer Regional Product Speedy of Pekanbaru Have been execution by according to program which made by a company so that the responder in this case becoming consumer Telkom Speedy can accept their Medial existence Telkom Speedy to be made wrong of product which can be used for network internet at home, form four variable ub covering product quality, price which kompetitif, location and promotion marginally nya asuumed to be executed good enoughly. Abstract

This research aim to analyze positive and significant of implementationorganization structure unfluence work satisfaction at PT Citraciti PacificPekanbaru. This reseacrh used simple linear regression analisis by means SPSS16 program. The result show that the implementation of organization structuredimension consisting of complexity, formalization, centralization –decentralization together effect on work satisfaction at PT Citraciti PacificPekanbaru. Dimension implementation of organization structure to contribute towork satisfaction variable of 0,260 or 26% while the remaining 74% iscontributed by other variables not included in this study. Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the implementation of the promotion in PT. Agung Automall, to determine consumer interest in PT. Agung Automall and to determine the effect the implementation of the campaign against the consumer interest in PT. Agung Automall. The formulation of the problem as follows: How does the implementation of the promotion of the interest of consumer automotive products PT. Agung Automall Branch tip Kab.Rokan stone Hulu.This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach as a tool of analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Agung Automall Branch tip Kab.Rokan stone Hulu is located at Jl. Sudirman Kec.ujung Kab stone. Rokan Hulu. Determination of making the number of respondents (samples) conducted through accidental sampling technique using Slovin formula specified number of samples in this study as many as 52 customers. Data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation.Results of this study concluded that the respondents From the results of the promotion of the Dealer PT. Agung Automall Branch. Ujungbatu Kab.Rokan satisfactory whereas Hulu in the category of feedback on the results of consumer interest in Dealer PT. Agung Automall Branch. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise training on the performance of employees of PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru (Case Employee Suzuki Car Dealer Marketing Division). This research was conducted at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru (Suzuki Car Dealer) located in the SM. Amin Number.89 Simpang Baru Tampan. In this research method used is a method of statistical tests with SPSS, where samples were used that employee marketing division of PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru and as an informant to interview is with the Marketing of PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru. To determine the sample using census techniques and techniques of data collection by interview and questionnaire. From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, test T, test R and simple linear regression showed that training has an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru with a value of 0.285 means that the influence of variables of training on employee performance variables was 28.5%. The results of hypothesis testing found that t-count is greater than t-table which means Ha accepted.Keywords: Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Influence of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance Pekanbaru Area National Electricity Company. In this research there are two variables: Organizational Commitment ( X ) Employee Performance ( Y ) in which the population of this study were all employees remain part of the state electricity company offices Pekanbaru area with lots of samples is 76 respondents who use census techniques. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the organizational commitment consisting of affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment owned National Electricity Company employees Pekanbaru Area. And the high performance owned National Electricity Company employees Pekanbaru Area. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the organizational commitment and job involvement and influence on the performance of employees at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. Organizational Commitment as a variable (X1), Work Involvement as a variable (X2), and employee performance as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 21, wherein the samples used are 63 employees who conducted the census and data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the validity, reliability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression test, t test and F. It can be concluded that organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of employees at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru, work engagement significantly influence performance of employees at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru, and commitment, and job involvement oganisasi significant effect on the performance of employees at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study used 3 variables, namely: on the job training, off the job training, and employee performance. The on the job training had 2 dimensions, coaching and job rotatian. In the variable off the job training have 2 dimensions of simulation and presentation of information. In the variable Employee Performance has 3 dimensions of the quantity of work, quality of work, and timeliness. Objects in this study are employees of the Division at PTPN V Unit Kebun Lubuk In Siak Regency amounting to 77 employees. The analysis used in this research is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Test (R2), Individual for Significant Test (t test) and Significant Test (F test).The results showed the influence of On The Job Training and Off The Job Training on Employee Performance. The more frequent the On The Job Training and Off The Job Training then the better level of Employee Performance on the. Subsequently, the resulted data from quisoner is calculated and tested with statistics through SPSS program. The calculated result is known that R square is coefficient of determination. So that, it obtained the value of R square is about 0,511. It is meaned that the influence of variable On The Job Training and Off The Job Training variables was 51.1%. to employee perfomance variables.Keywords : On The Job Training, Off The Job Training, employee performance
