Abstract

Elections are the means to carry out the people's sovereignty is based on the principle of direct, public, free and confidential, and honest and fair. Political stability is essential to facilitate the implementation of development, a safe, fair, and open election process. The result of voting by all citizens, which is expected to deliver the nation to a clean and authoritative, peaceful and prosperous government. Couples M. Amin and M. Shaleh is one of the candidate pairs who participated in the election of Kampar Regency Head of 2017-2022 period who got the sequence one. However, in the election of the head of the region M. Amin and M. Shaleh lost and only got the order to 4 out of five pairs of candidates who participated in the election. However, the defeat suffered by M. Amin and M. Shaleh is not the end of any struggle in helping and building up of Kampar Regency society. let alone M. Amin known by a successful entrepreneur and also served as chairman of Apindo (Indonesian Employers Association) Kampar regency. of course M. Amin has an important role in economic affairs in Kampar. The base of support consists of the basis of political parties, cultural bases and social bases and also diliat from political strategy that is political communication, political marketing and the capability of successful teams with the aim to win the couple M.Amin and M, Shaleh not run optimally.Keywords: Defeat factor, base off support, successful team capabilities

Abstract

The title of this research is Implementation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Villages (Case Study of Village of Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict Kampar Regency) Based on the background found the phenomenon that occurs in the field of services that ddidapatkan by community from the village government is less satisfactory community, accept the aspirations and suggestions from the village community either in terms of activities of the implementation of Village Government, the Community also did not get information from the Village Government about the development undertaken and the activities of the Village Administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is Implementation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Villages (Case Study of Village of Tanjung Subdistrict Koto Kampar Hulu Kampar District). The type used in this research is qualitative with descriptive survey technique. The location of this research was conducted in Desa Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu sub-district, Kampar regency. The informant is Head of Tanjung Village, Secretary of Tanjung Village Head, Head of BPD and community. The results of Implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages in the Village of Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict Kampar District can be seen from the results of research interviews, that the targeted policy is considered not reached because the community is still not satisfied with improving the quality of life of villagers, the government has been sufficient to do the service to the community and it is different from the opinion of the people who receive the service from the village government, All existing rules have not been fully implemented. And the agent of palaksana here is all the tools of the village government and its staff including Dusun, RT, RW and so on, the attitude of the implementing agency has not been detrimental to the community and yet there is a community that is in compliance with the performance and the service it is doing, Communication as a means of providing understanding to the community about the implementation of autonomy in Desa Tanjung, After the implementation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About the Village has a high social environment and social life that more menjantingkan the community so that mambantu implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 About the Village.Keywords: Implementation, Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Village

Abstract

The National Land Agency conducts land certification services, one of which is the transfer of land rights. Currently, many communities have not registered their land, lack of socialization of land registration procedures, objectives of land registration, lack of knowledge of land law grounds, and ineffective service delivery. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Land Administration Services and to determine the factors that affect the service of Land Administration at the BPN Office Kecamatan Tampan. Based on the effectiveness theory of S. Siagian namely, Clarity of goals to be achieved, Clarity of goal achievement strategy, Process analysis and formulation of a solid policy, Mature Planning, Preparation of appropriate programs, the availability of facilities and work infrastructure. The factors that affect the Limited Quality of Resources and Lack of information. Research location at BPN office Pekanbaru city. The research informants are the head of BPN, BPN staff, Head of Land Rights and Land Registry, Koflik and Case Dispute Disputes as well as the community taking care of the land certificate. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive analysis by using data collection method technique by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness in the Administration of Land Administration at BPN Kecamatan Tampan office showed that there was a problem at the time of handling which was not in accordance with the existing regulations. The cost of taking care of the certificate is appropriate. BPN employees are given the opportunity to attend technical and non technical education and training. Coordination of kelurahan and BPN in the land administration process is needed, so there is no waiting list that is so long. Public service one of the fulfillment of welfare then automatically becomes the fulfillment of community rights. Keywords: Effectiveness, Public Service, Land Administration and National Land Agency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of relationship marketing and after sales service to the consumer car brand kepusan Nissan Consumer Nissan Dealer PT. Wahana Wirawan Pekanbaru, where proposed two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely relationship marketing and after-sales service as an independent variable and customer satisfaction acts as a dependent variable.This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is consumer of Nissan Dealer PT. Wahana Wirawan Pekanbaru with 100 respondents. For sampling technique using snowball method. Technique of collecting data through kusioner and interview.The results of analysis using the validity test, reliability test, detemination test, simple linear ujiregresi, multiple linear expressions, t test, and f test so that it can be seen that Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, that after sales service significantly influence consumer satisfaction, Relationship marketing and post-sale services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Relationship Marketing, After Sales Service and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Villages that have such a condition are called having their own households, that is, having a territory that only the village community concerned can organize and manage its affairs. Outsiders who are not interested can not intervene to organize and manage the interests of the village community concerned. Taking care of his own household affairs is called village autonomy. With the existence of legal tools has opened the opportunity for the realization of democratization to the village level through changes in village governance configuration by presenting the Village Consultative Board (BPD) as a representative institution of the people at the village level who have equal status and become partners of the village government This research uses qualitative approach. Qualitative approach is an approach that is used to obtain the information needed in order to deepen about the problems to be discussed in this study. The qualitative approach emphasizes the human element as a research instrument will make it easier to adjust to the reality that happened in the field. The type of research used is descriptive that is collecting, compiling and interpreting existing data then analyze the data, examine it, describe and examine more clearly from various factors related to condition, situation and phenomenon investigated. Collection techniques by interview and documentation. The results of the research indicate that the village government of Waterfall, especially the Village Consultative Board (BPD) of Waterfall village has not been maximally involved in performing its duties and functions, especially in the process of formulating village regulations on the Village Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in 2016, which is one of the important elements In the administration of village governance in creating a village government that is advanced, effective, directed in accordance with the goals of community welfare. The obstacles and obstacles BPD in the process of formulating, discussing, and determining the draft village regulations on APBDes is still the low level of ability and expertise and understanding of board BPD village Waterfall.Keywords : Government Village, Legislation, Aspiration

Abstract

The plantation sector is one of the most strategic agricultural sectors to be developed. For Indonesia, oil palm crops have important significance for the development of national plantations because they are able to create employment opportunities that lead to the welfare of the people and as a source of state foreign exchange earnings. The author is interested in researching farm workers as harvests in PTPN III Sei Meranti in Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah because the majority of farm workers in Kecamatan Bagan sinembah are still categorized in the middle to lower class and many also among the farm workers to meet the needs of their family is still less than the producer. The formulation of the problem (1) How socio-economic conditions of oil palm farmers (2) How the farm labor strategy in meeting family needs. (3) What is the reason and socio-economic background of farm laborers in choosing family fulfillment strategy. The purpose of this study is to describe the socio-economic conditions of oil palm farmers, to find out the farm labor strategies in meeting family needs, and to find out the reasons and socio-economic background of farm workers in choosing family fulfillment strategies. The theory used is a survival strategy. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The location of this research in PTPN III Sei Meranti in Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study amounted to 326 people. Samples taken amounted to 65 people. Data analysis techniques used descriptive quantitative percentage. The result of this research is seen from socio-economic characteristic of family of palm oil farmer of PTPN III Sei Meranti that is majority of education graduate of elementary and junior high school, while in view from amount of family income equal to Rp. 1,500,000-Rp. 3,000,000. The strategy of fulfilling the needs of the family of the farming workers that have been employed are among others: (a) Active Strategy by the family of the palm oil workers is the role of the members of the family. (b) A passive strategy is a survival strategy by applying a frugal pattern. (c) Network Strategy by the families of oil palm farmers generally borrows money to BANK, families and cooperatives.Keywords: Strategy, Palm Farmer, Fulfilling Family Life.

Abstract

The research analyzesthe impact of Indonesian mangosteen fruit exports to Vietnam on Indonesia. One of the export commodities that now dominate the horticultural export market from Indonesia to Vietnam is the mangosteen fruit.Mangosteen fruit is oneof Indonesiafeatured product. With the trade cooperation between the twothis country then the mangosteen fruit of Indonesia must compete with other exporters. With Indonesia natural resources, Indonesia is able to compete with exportersThe research teoritically has been built by using Liberalism perspective. The kind of this research is qualitative research. The data is based on secunder data through literature study such as book,website, and each other.The final result of this research is that Indonesia can increase the export value of mangosteen fruit to Vietnam. Indonesian mangosteen fruit exports have increased significantly, Mangosteen fruit becomes one of the mainstay in Indonesian horticultural export commodities. Mangosteen fruit has the largest amount of export in horticultural export commodities. Various efforts were made by the Indonesian government to increase the export power of horticulture so as to be able to compete in the domestic market to the international market. The government efforts are producing good results because every year the export of Indonesian mangosteen fruit to the country of Vietnam has increased. Although the export volume is not as high as in other countries but exports to Vietnam have increase.Keywords : Mangosteen, Impact of exports

Abstract

An empowerment program that claims to be a program based on the wishes and needs of the community, but ironically the community still does not feel the ownership of the programs so it is not strange that many programs are only for the lifetime of the project and end up without a significant impact on people's lives as one of the programs of 16 programs of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Bengkalis is the development program of aquaculture. The problems in this research are; How is the implementation of fishery aquaculture development program in Kecamatan Bantan by Department of Marine and Fisheries of Bengkalis in 2015 ?. What are the obstacles in implementing the program of development of aquaculture in Kecamatan Bantan by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of in 2015? The type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in research, interviews, Documentation Search, Observation. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of research conducted that the Program of freshwater fishery cultivation (pond) needs to evaluate the process of implementation of fishery aquaculture development program to determine the suitability between program planning and program implementation. Implementation of the program is in accordance with the planning prepared. But there are program planning that is not well realized, that is in the activity of fishery development and development. Inhibition of Fishery Cultivation Development Program is a communication between government agencies in empowering Fishery Development Program, the lack of human resources that can to implement the Program of Aquaculture Development in accordance with the existing policy, the subsequent lack of socialization which is mainly done by the fisheries and marine agencies. Abstract

The research is an analysis in social phenomena which occours in the implematation Uang Panaik on society Sanglar village. Uang Panaik is the main requirement in stepping into the marriage procession. Therefore the research aims to determine position bride price in the marriage of the Bugis tribe. And to know the implementation bride price the happened in society bugis tribe said. The research do sanglar Sanglar village Kecematan Reteh Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir which is a resident the larges ethnic Bugis in Provinsi Riau. Theory used Radcliff-Brown that is function concept and social structure. Data analysis done by way of approarch qualitative descriptive, data retrieval techniques in the research using purposive sampling the number of these 7 people is traditional adat, humanist, society directly involved bride price in the implementation. From the field research result that bride price has shifted to its true meaning who used to be is a form of appreciation against women function party money,but this has shifted be social prestige and longer Uang Panaik the higher it is. In the case impact on a individual or group as social prestige, social psychology, wedding canceled and silariang. Abstract

National News Agency (LKBN) Between is the first news agency Indonesia which was established in 1937. LKBN Antara continues to grow into a public company with a Bureau in each province and manage news portals in every region spread in Indonesia is no exception Riau province, namely LKBN Between Bureau Riau. In 2015 LKBN Antara Riau was awarded as the first best provincial bureau in the news category. Researchers want to know how the news strategy LKBN Between Riau Bureau in the face of competition with online media, and will be described through news tips, news variations to the speed and depth of news.This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. In this study using the concepts of Strategy, news, online media and media competition. Subjects in this study were selected based on certain considerations of researchers namely Head of Bureau LKBN Antara Riau, Editor, and journalist LKBN Antara Bureau of Riau, then the object of this research is LKBN Between Riau Bureau.Based on research conducted for nine months then know the results of this study. In the results and discussion then LKBN Between Riau Bureau implement strategies peberitaan or news management process to face competition with other online media. The strategy undertaken LKBN Between Riau Bureau the first is the tips in the news by adding news elements 3E + 1N adder 5W + 1H, highlighting variations for light news. Finally, LKBN Between Riau Bureau meet the depth of news equivalent print media and news speed equivalent to other online media.Kata kunci: Strategi Pemberitaan LKBN Antara
