Abstract

This research has the purpose to analyze the compatibility of CAMELS as measurement instruments of sharia banks performance on justice that is based on Islamic perspectives based on the theory of paired epistemology and through analysis of the materialistic aspect with the spiritualistic aspect by using a qualitative method and document studies. The result of this research concluded that the assessment components of CAMELS that is stated in Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor: 9/1/PBI/2007 and Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia No.9/24/DPbS do not fulfill the justice based on justice in paired epistemology theory. Abstract

This research has the purpose to know how large is the potential and contribution of hotel tax to the Regional Income (PAD) in Bengkalis Regency. Type of research that used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The method that used in collecting data are library study, documentation, interview, and observation. The results of this research conclude that potential of hotel tax in Bengkalis Regency is very high, but not all potential can be realized. It can be seen with different calculate between potential and realization revenue of hotel tax 66.74% in 2009, 73.25% in 2010, and 75.67% in 2011. In other words, the realization of hotel tax that was achieved within the three consecutives years, 33.26% in 2009, 26.75% in year 2010, and 24.33% in year 2011  from the real potential revenue of hotel tax. Otherwise, the contribution of hotel tax to Regional Income (PAD) inclined decrease.   Key Words: Potential, Contribution, Realization, Hotel Tax

Abstract

This research is to know about anything that affects the stock split on companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Each company was founded with the hope that the company can sustain its business, growing rapidly and can exist for long periods. Supporting operations require one financing for companies that have gone public by issuing shares to increase liquidity and trading perform stock splits, stock split is to break a piece of stock into n shares, price per new share after the stock split is 1 / n of the previous price. Basically there are two types of stock splits do, which is share split up (split up) and dropped the stock split (split down). Solving stock up or split up is the decline in the nominal value per share, which resulted in increasing the number of shares outstanding. Stock split or split down fall is the increase in the nominal value per share, and reduce the number of shares outstanding. There are several theories that explain the stock split and its relation to the stock price and liquidity. Among them there are two well-known theories as literature, the signaling theory and optimal trading range theory. Signaling theory or also known as information asymmetry states that a stock split provides an informative signal to investors about the prospects for improvement in the future returns which substantially while trading range theory states that the stock split will increase the liquidity of stock trading Keyword:Stock Split, Split Up, Split Down Singnaling Theory, Trading Range Theory

Abstract

The economic atmosphere around the world, including Indonesia makes the growth of investment meets its rapid development. The development indicates the growth and inclination of companies selling their stock to society or investor called go public company. The purpose of selling stock is to increase both of the domestic and foreign investors, company value, stock price, to expand market, product diversification, and to win the competition that can increase the income of a company. The research purpose is to test the influence of CR, DER, ROA, ROE, and GPM toward stock price to companies which are listed in LQ-45 at Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2009-2011. This research applies purposive sampling technique with 19 samples of companies. Multiple regressions are technical analysis method applied. The result of t test indicates that CR, ROE, and GPM negatively and significantly influence dependent variable, which is stock price. DER and ROA positively and significantly influence stock price. Actually, there are some classical assumption tests, such as normality test, multicollinearity test, homoscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Abstract

Social responsibility accounting is a concept explains that organizations have a responsibility towards customers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of company operations. Therefore, there is guidelines guidance for the preparation of sustainability report in proving social responsibility to the stakeholders and shareholders, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). GRI itself has latest two versions. First, GRI G3.1 and the last one is GRI G4-Exposure Draft which is going to launch in the mid of 2013. It is expected to be able to examine the effectiveness of company or institution in using guideline of GRI G4 which is going to launch in 2013 in reporting the sustainability performance. Abstract

The background of this study aims to determine the effect of Integrated Marketing Communications consisting of four dimensions, namely Advertising (X1), Public Relations (X2), Sales Promotions (X3), and Personal Selling (X4) towards Customer Relations (Y) Lets Go Kart Malang. This study used a sample of 100 customer of Lets Go Kart Malang with a specific category, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Results of regression showed that integrated marketing communications simultaneously and partially significant influence to the customer relation. Adjusted R2 value of 0.745, which means 74.5% customer relation is influenced by the independent variable examined, while the remaining 25.5% are other variables that were not detected in this research.  Advertising variable (X1) became dominant variable effect on the customer relation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship of working capital management and profitability company in food and beverage sector listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. In order to know the relationship occur among the independent variable (Inventory Conversion Period, Days Sales Outstanding, Payable Deferral Period, and Cash Conversion Cycle) on Return on Asset using the regression analysis, F test and t Test was conducted. This research is explanatory research, in accordance with its purpose to explain the correlation and relations of some fixed variables. The sample in this research were the income statement and statement of cash flows data  from Food and Beverage sector listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique is Purposive sampling and the research instruments tested using classical assumption test. The hypothesis testing was using the F and t test to analyze the data to be used in Multiple Regression Analysis. The multiple regression showed that, simultaneously and partially tested Inventory Conversion Period, Days Sales Outstanding, Payable Deferral Period, and Cash Conversion Cycle. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze of liquidity and profitability for measure financial performance in Coal Mining Services Industries Listed on IDX. This journal uses the financial performance framework and public data from 10 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange along the year 2007-2011. This study uses the ratio of external comparisons include comparisons with other similar or industry average at the same point and also standard ratio in every kind of financial ratios. The results show that all variables may be expressed normally distributed. There is no difference in the financial performance of coal mining services industries are calculated using the ratio of liquidity and ratio of profitability. The financial performance of coal mining services company that is best for variable CR mean, QR mean, ROI mean and ROA mean is the variable of CR mean evidenced by obtaining the greatest results from coal services than other variables. The results help the company maintain and improve financial situation. Keywords: liquidity, profitability and performance

Abstract

Latar Belakang penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dari produk Luwak White Koffie di tengah-tengah persaingan yang makin ketat diantara produk kopi instan dalam negeri. Dengan demikian maka tiap-tiap perusahaan harus mampu untuk membuat strategi-strategi dalam melakukan pemasaran. Salah satunya yaitu dengan melakukan Bauran Promosi yang tepat sasaran dan efektif. Untuk mengetahui variabel Bauran Promosi mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian terhadap Luwak White Koffie. Untuk mengetahui variabel terikat mana yang paling dominan terhadap variabel bebas maka dilakukan analisis regresi berganda dengan melakukan  Uji F dan Uji t. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian explanatory research. Sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh beberapa variable yang sudah ditetapkan. Sample terdiri dari 100 responden, sedangkan teknik sampling menggunakan teknik non probability samplingdengan pertimbangan bahwa jumlah populasi penelitian tidak dapat ditentukan jumlahnya. Dari hasil analisis regresi diketahui bahwa variabel bauran promosi yang berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Luwak White Koffie terdiri dari variabel periklanan, personal selling, promosi penjualan, public relation. Kemudian variable bauran promosi yang terdiri dari periklanan, personal selling, promosi penjualan, public relation. secara keseluruhan juga berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Luwak White Koffie Kata Kunci :  Bauran Promosi, Pembelian Luwak White Koffie, Di Kecamatan Singosari  Kabupaten Malang

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the application of models of Sales Territory Management (STM) "Cluster War" on PT. Telkomsel Sub Branch Malang which includes pre-implementation and implementation of STM. This study is expected to provide input for the purposes of education, especially in the field of marketing and can be used as a reference for other researchers who want to examine more deeply. Informants of this study is the SPV and Outlet Sales Operation PT. Telkomsel Sub Branch Malang as a key person, a staff Outlet Sales and Operations, as well as an Outlet Management Reseprentative (OMR). This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews were guided by observation and documentation. The results illustrate that the sales territory management as a marketing strategy. Meanwhile, as a model of sales territory management (STM) "Cluster War" performed by five steps: mapping, classification outlet, perencnaan journey, kanvassing, periodic evaluation and monitoring which is required to perform in-depth analysis before implementation so that later formed the patterns and models desired.
