Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang tercatat di BEI periode tahun 2009-2012. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen (ROI, EPS dan PER) terhadap variabel dependen (Harga Saham) digunakan analisis regresi dengan metode analisa uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian eksplanatori yaitu menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh beberapa variabel yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan telekomunikasi yang diambil dengan  teknik  purposive sampel. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa  ROI, EPS dan PER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial variabel EPS  berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan variabel ROI dan PER tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham. EPS merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap harga saham. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan hipotesis penelitian yaitu ROI, EPS dan PER secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the method of information gathering on a financing analysis in Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Malang branch. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach, conducted in Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Malang Branch. The technique of data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. Interview conducted to both  of Relationship Financing Manager which is officer and non-officer. Observations made on Relationship Financing Manager related to the analysis performed on the financing applicant and filing requirements documents owned  by the financing applicant. Documentation conducted related to for financing handling procedures and Financing Proposal Memorandum.  Results of this study indicate that the method of how Relationship Financing Manager collect the information needed-to analyze a financing in Islamic banks-is started by determine what relevant information to be obtained.  Then find any possible method in such a way to get the  information, such as: interview, survey, through the required documents, through BI Checking and taksator warranty.  So far, by using the financing handling process and existing method, is quite effective. It can be seen from financing problems records in Bank Muamalat, Malang Branch, basically is extremely rare. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di ria djenaka coffee house & resto malang dengan tujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam berkunjung ke Ria Djenaka Coffee House & Resto Malang secara simultan, parsial dan dominan.. Jumlah responden yang ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu suatu metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan cara menetapkan secara sengaja menetapkan kriteria atau pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu berdasarkan tujuan dalam penelitian. Data penelitian diambil dengan teknik kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari variabel produk (product), harga (price), lokasi (place), promosi (promotion) people, physical evidence dan process berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan konsumen berkunjung ke ria djenaka coffee house & resto malang, secara parsial variabel people dan physical evidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan konsumen dan dapat diketahui bahwa variabel people adalah variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen berkunjung ke ria djenaka coffee house & resto malang.   Kata kunci: produk (product), harga (price), lokasi (place), promosi (promotion) people, physical evidence dan process, Keputusan Konsumen.

Abstract

This research purposed to know the repayment credit on partnerhip and enviroment development  program in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III. This study measure influence  variabel of loan amount, interest rate, monthly installments and and length of time against  repayment credit. This study uses explanatory quantitative method. The data used on this study is primary data obtained from interview section and secondary data obtained  from PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III. The result show that during last four years repayment credit  was low. Today, from outcome of SPSS application sees that loan amount, interest rate, monthly installments and and length of time variabels has a leverage againts repayment credit as a simultaneous. But as a partial, only an interest rate did not has a significant influence against repayment credit. It also known that loan amount is the most influential variabel against repayment credit. Ultimate causes low level of repayment credit is about lack of awareness of partners to pay its obligations on the loan granted. Besides, theres no punishmens for partners who not repaid their debt on time. Keywords : Repayment credit, Partnership and Enviroment Development

Abstract

This research isaimedtoobtain empirical evidance the influence of corporate social responsibility activities to financial performance on banking companies. Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Interst Margin (NIM) are used as the proxy of financial performance. Public banking companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2009-2012 and doing the corporate sosial responsibility disclosure in annual report by successive that produce 14 each year samplesis usedas an object ofresearch. Samples in this research are determined by purposive sampling method. The research data is analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result showsthatcorporate social responsibility has effect onROA, ROE, and NIM. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of the promotion mix to consumer decision choosing Ollino Garden Malang Hotel rooms simultaneously and partially. Multiple linear regression analysis method used to know how big influence the independent variable (promotion mix) on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis is known that the variables are not researched more influence on purchase decisions. Therefore, the promotion mix that has been done by the Ollino Garden Hotel Malang less influence on consumer decisions in choosing Ollino Garden Hotel Malang. Public relations and publicity variables more dominant influence on purchase decisions than the other promotion mix variables. Abstract

Aims  of  this  study  was  to  examine  CSR  disclosure  influence  concerning  financial performance within  tobacco  companies  listed  on  Indonesian  Stock  Exchange.  This research  describes  the  influence  of  independent  variable  Corporate  Social Responsibility disclosure on  two dependent variables namely Return On Equity and stock  return.  This  research  included  in  the  type  of  explanatory  and  population research. This  research used 3  firms namely PT Gudang Garam Tbk., PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk., and PT Bentoel  Internasional  Investama as a population for  a  period  of  3  years  from  2009-  2011.  This  research  used  linear  regression  to examine  Corporate  Social  Responsibility  disclosure  effect  to  tobacco  financial performance. The result couldn’t prove that both research hypothesis were Corporate Social  Responsibility  disclosure  have  positive  influence  to  Return  On  Equity  and stock  return.  It  means  that  investors  assess  the  Corporate  Social  Responsibility information  disclosed  by  the  companies  in  their  annual  reports  for  their  investment decision. Abstract

The banking sector is one of the institutions that play an important role in the economy sector of some country, where the main operations in the banking sector are collecting funds from the public in the form of deposits and channeling back to the public  in the form of credit or another forms in order to improve the living standards of the peoples . As the company in general, efficient operational performance, are absolutely necessary to achieve the company's goal every year is no exception companies in banking, where revenue and expense management becomes the main thing that needs to be considered by the management company where this is in accordance with the company's main banking operations . This study aimed to investigate the relationship between growth in earning assets and deposits perumbuhan of operating performance is measured by the ratio of Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) by quantitative methods either simultaneously or partially. Which in this study, researchers found that the simultaneous testing growth of earning assets and the growth of third-party funds jointly affect the BOPO ratio. In a partial test researchers found earning asset growth has a significant impact and negatively related to BOPO ratio in which any increase of productive assets will push the value of the BOPO ratio,  and another case in the growth of third-party funds partially, researchers found that the growth of third-party funds not have a significant effect on the BOPO ratio. Abstract

Abstract:  Stock  price  is  a  success  indicator  in  managing  companys.  In  an increasing  company  stock  price,  investor  investor  considers  that  the  company succceded  in managing  business.  This  study was  conducted  to  determine what factors affect stock returns  that represented by stock price,  through  technical and fundamental analysis (AF & AT). Fundamental variables used to predict the stock price  are  Quick  Ratio  (QR),  Debt  to  Equity  Ratio  (DER),  Return  On  Equity (ROE), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Woring Capital Turn Over (WCTO), and Price Earning ratio (PER). Technichal variable  is represented by company‟s beta (β). This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with 20.0 version of SPSS. To get a good estimation and interpretation, the studied sample  is set 8 out of 35 companies  from  IBK  sector  period  2008-2011.  Sampling  technique  used  is purposive  sampling.  Results  prove  that  the  seven  simultaneous  independent variables:  QR,  DER,  ROE,  TATO,  WCTO,  PER,  and  β  have  a  positive  and significant  impact  on  the  dependent  variable,  stock  price.  While  partially significant variables are DER, PER and ROE; and the dominant variable is ROE. Abstrak: Harga saham merupakan indikator keberhasilan manajemen perusahaan. Jika harga saham perusahaan mengalami kenaikan, maka  investor menilai bahwa perusahaan  berhasil  dalam mengelola  usahanya.  Penelitian  ini  dilakukan  untuk mengetahui  faktor-faktor  yang mempegaruhi  return  saham  (diwakili  oleh  harga saham),  melalui  analisis  teknikal  dan  fundamental.  Variabel  fundamental  yang digunakan  dalam memprediksi  harga  saham  adalah Quick  Ratio  (QR), Debt  to Equity Ratio  (DER), Return On Equity  (ROE), Total Asset Turn Over  (TATO), Woring  Capital  Turn  Over  (WCTO),  and  Price  Earning  ratio  (PER).  Variabel teknikal  diwakili  oleh  beta  perusahaan  (β).  Penelitian  ini menggunakan  analisis regresi  linier  berganda  program  SPSS Versi  20.0. Untuk mendapatkan  estimasi dan interpretasi yang baik dari penelitian ini maka sampel yang diteliti ditetapkan sebanyak  delapan  dari  35  perusahaan  IBK  periode  2008-2011.  Teknik pengambilan  sampel  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa  secara  simultan ketujuh variabel independen: QR, DER, ROE, TATO, WCTO, PER dan β berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap  variabel  dependen  yaitu  harga  saham.  Sedangkan  secara parsial, DER, PER, dan ROE berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi penetapan harga jual jasa wedding organizer pada Oro Islamic Wedding and Event Organizer Malang. Oro Islamic Wedding and Event Organizer Malang memiliki beberapa produk yang telah disusun dalam bentuk paket maupun yang dijual retail. Produk-produk tersebut  antara lain layanan event management, rias pengantin, dekorasi, souvenir, undangan, catering, peralatan pesta, MC dan entertainment. Evaluasi terhadap penetapan harga jual pada Oro Islamic Wedding and Event Organizer Malang menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data-data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan evaluasi terhadap penetapan harga jual jasa wedding organizer dihasilkan beberapa gambaran kelemahan yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian dan kurangnya standar biaya. Penetapan harga jual yang selama ini diterapkan oleh Oro Islamic Wedding and Event Organizer belum memenuhi tujuan operasional perusahaan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan metode yang memadai untuk menetapkan harga yang tepat serta perbaikan standar biaya untuk menjelaskan spesifikasi produk jasa yang akan diproduksi. Metode penetapan harga yang direkomendasikan dalam hal ini adalah cost-plus pricing dan target pricing.   Kata kunci: Deskriptif, Kualitatif, Wedding Organizer, Penetapan Harga Jual Produk Jasa, Studi Kasus, Cost-Plus Pricing, Target Pricing
