Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah keterlekatan kuat atau keterlekatan lemah tindakan ekonomi dari transaksi tunai oleh nasabah Bank (Studi kasus pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia tbk Cabang Martadinata Malang). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan accidental sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari hasil kuisioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber antara lain profil Bank BRI dan Data dari Bank BRI. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Keterlekatan tindakan ekonomi transaksi tunai oleh nasabah bank (studi kasus Bank BRI Cabang Martadinata malang) adalah keterlekatan lemah. keterlekatan lemah adalah lemahnya atau kecilnya interaksi yang terjadi dalam individu saat melakukan tindakan ekonomi. Dalam hal ini para nasabah ternyata lebih menyukai bertransaksi melalui mesin ATM daripada melalui teller. Dengan alasan nasabah merasa lebih nyaman. Kemudian tetap merasa aman, lebih cepat dan sangat efisien karena mudah di jangkau kapan saja dan dimana saja. Kata Kunci: Keterlekatan, Teori memegang uang, Preferensi, dan Jasa jasa bank

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Pemberian Kredit Ketahanan Pangan Dan Energi ( KKP-E ) Terhadap Pendapatan PetaniI Tebu  (Study  KUD Satya Dharma Bantur-  Malang)  . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  Untuk mengetahui  ada tidaknya pengaruh pemberian  Kredit Ketahanan dan Energi (KKP-E), modal kerja, sewa lahan, hasil produksi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petani tebu di KUD Satya Dharma Bantur  – Malang. Untuk analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda  ,  dengan bantuan program SPSS  18  Statistic for Windows.  Variable indenpenden  adalah KKP-E , Modal Kerja, Sewa Lahan , Hasil Produksi  sedangkan variabel dependennya  adalah Pendapatan Petani Tebu . Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah variable KKP-E  , Modal Kerja , Sewa Lahan  , dan Hasil Produksi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani tebu Kata Kunci : KKP-E , Modal Kerja, Sewa Lahan , Hasil Produksi , Pendapatan

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of CSR  toward  company’s  performance.  The CSR  is  represented  by  CSV (Creating Shared Value) and the company’s performance  is represented by  financial performance, human resource, and corporate  image.  This study employs interview as the source of primary data and company’s  report  and  publications  as  the  secondary  data. The findings  of the  study  reveals  that CSR activities  have impact toward  the  company’s performance  as shown by the  three indicators,  consisting of  financial performance, corporate image, and human resource.  From this study, it can also be concluded that the CSV activities undertaken by PT PKG a positive impact and significant enough to company performance. This is evidenced by the increasing ratio of a company's financial year, but it also PT PKG experienced  an increase in sales of their products,  it is because the PT PKG has a good image in the public  perspective. And human resources owned by PT PKG have increased as more and more human resources really have the expertise as required by the company in carrying out its activities.Keyword: CSR, CSV, and company’s  performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the amount of third-party funds (savings and deposito) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL)  to the amount of outstanding loans Rural Bank of East Java branch of Batu. Besides that, the aims of this research  is to determine which variable is  the most dominant of the total outstanding loans. This research is explanatory research. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data  during the period January 2011 to December 2013. This research uses multiple regression analysis with F-test and t-test and classical assumption test. From the results of multiple regression analysis  shows that the third-party funds and NPL take effect  simultaneously and partially  to the total outstanding loans and deposito is the most dominant variable of Rural Bank of East Java branch of Batu. Abstract

This study purpose to determine the influence of education’s parent and the university recruitment’s way on learning achievement. This study used a different test in testing the two-way anova analysis. Based on the results of education’s parent variables or the university recruitment’s way testing, both variables have a positive and significant impact on accounting learning achievement. Education’s parent is measured by the latest education taken by the parents. The university recruitment’s way were measured by the college admission when new student admissions. Learning achievement is proxied by Grade Point Advantage. The indication, the parental education as high as child's learning achievement. The people intelligence level affected to the results of study, where each university recruitment’s way indicates of the intelligence. Abstract

The research aims: to test the influence of January Effect and Rogalski Effect of the Abnormal Return and Trading Volume Activity in the Indonesia stock exchange.  The sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. Methods of analysis used  the Product Moment Correlation Test, Kruskall-wallis Test, Paired Sample t-Test, and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.  The result showed that January Effect occurs in  the period 2012 influential against  to Abnormal return but  it  didn’t  happen,  further  more  influence on Trading Volume Activity. But Rogalski Effect didn’t exist  in  the  Indonesia  stock exchange. Keywords:January effect, Rogalski effect, abnormal  return, trading volume activity, LQ45 stock price index

Abstract

This study aimed to identifying the role of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in promoting sustaitainable economy, this present study investigates the effect of CSR conducted by PT.Tirta Investama Pandaan on the income of the local community. The community development program of PT. Tirta Investama named Wanjati is conducted in Jatianom, Karangjati village and run under the mangement of Social Investment Indonesia (SII). By employing quantitative research method, this study randomly selects 78 respondents. The variables used in this study are training as dummy variable (D1), gender as dummy variable (D2), business as dummy variable (D3), capital (X1), age (X2), and income (Y). Jatianom as the sample since they are the beneficiaries of the CSR program.The data obtained in this study were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with F test and T test. The findings show that training, capital, age, gender and capital and business simultaneously have significant effect on income. It shows that training and capital provision can increase the income of the community. The partial analysis reveals that training has significant effect on the increase of the community’s income. People who joined training have higher income compared to those who did not join the training. In addition, capital also has a significant effect on income which is greater (more dominant) than training, age, gender and business. It means the amount of the community’s income depends on how much the capital received. So, the higher the capital which is received, the higher the income of the community. Abstract

Semakin berkembang  teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan maka semakin ketat pula tingkat kompetisi antar perusahaan. Pelayanan yang berkualitas dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah sehingga diharapkan dapat mendorong kesuksesan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Tabungan Negara KC. Malang. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 125 nasabah. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. untuk memperoleh hasil regresi yang baik, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian secara simultan, parsial memberikan kesimpulan bahwa semua variabel yang terdiri dari  bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank BTN KC. Malang. Variabel jaminan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Jasa dan Kepuasan Nasabah.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan penerimaan kas yang diterapkan pada CV. Sakinah Farmindo Makmur, apa kendalanya dan masalah yang terjadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah deskriptif. CV. Sakinah Farmindo Makmur sebagai objek dalam penelitian ini. Data primer diperoleh dari dokumen yang terdapat pada CV. Sakinah Farmindo Makmur. Selain itu, dilakukannya wawancara kepada yang bersangkutan dan observasi secara langsung. Penilain dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu dengan menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan penerimaan kas dengan menggunakan flowchart. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa CV. Sakinah Farmindo Makmur memiliki sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistem pengendalian intern yang dikatakan cukup, karena masih ada yang harus dibenahi. Hasil evaluasi sistem dan prosedur akuntansi penjualan dan penerimaan kas yang dijalankan perusahaan sudah cukup memadai, karena adanya pemisahan fungsi, adanya otorisasi persetujuan, adanya penambahan fungsi, dan adanya kebijakan bagi perusahaan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh  structural assurance  dan perceived reputation  terhadap  trust  pengguna internet di sistem  e-commerce. Sample penelitian ini berjumlah 199 responden yang berasal dari mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya Malang dengan menggunakan teknik  convinience sampling. Metode pengumpulan  data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan  survey  dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan software  Partial Least Square  (PLS) dengan melakukan teknik analisis multivariat yang memperbandingkan variabel dependen berganda dan  independen berganda. Hasil pengujian didapatkan  structural assurance  berpengaruh positif  terhadap  trust pengguna  internet di sistem  e-commerce. Begitu juga  perceived reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap trust pengguna internet di sistem e-commerce. Kata kunci : structural assurance, perceived reputation, e-commerce, trust
