Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh nilai dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Part Indirect Toyota Auto  2000 Cabang Sutoyo Malang.  Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian exsplanatory research. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dimensi nilai dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,617 atau 61,7%..Secara parsial dimensi nilai dan kepuasan pelanggan  berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan  dengan signifikansi variable sebesar 0,348 dan 0,561. Dan secara dominan dimensi kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Kata kunci : Pengaruh, Nilai Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

Research aims to understand and to analyze the influence of Brand Community on the loyalty to Yaris Toyota Brand in Malang City, either simultaneous or partial. Research type is explanatory research to explain causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing.The sample of research is 50 respondents selected from official member of car community, Malang Yaris Community (MYC). Sampling technique is purposive sampling or be called also as judgment sampling. It is a random sample selection which is used based on certain consideration, which is commonly based on research goal or research problem. This test is used also to examine research instruments including validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. Hypothesis test is using F-test, t-test, and dominant test. Data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression analysis.Result of research indicates that based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis using F-test (simultaneous), it is concluded that simultaneously, brand community variables have influenced brand loyalty. Pursuance to result of t-test analysis, it is concluded that partially, brand community has influenced brand loyalty. Based on coefficient of regression (standardized coefficient beta),  each variable will help using the brand to have dominant influence on brand loyalty to Toyota Yaris in Malang CityKeywords: Brand Community, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of  positioning  on purchasing decisions Smartphone Lenovo  in Brawijaya University  .  To find out how much influence the dependent variable (buying decisions) to the independent  variables (Attribute, Benefit, and Price  ). This study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0. This data collection method uses a questionnaire to  consumer of Smartphone Lenovo in Brawijaya University.. Questionnaires were distributed 50  questionnaires. The results of studies using multiple linear regression analysis, showed that simultaneous variabel  attribute  (X1), benefit  (X2), and price  (X3),  has a significant influence on buying decisions (Y). While partial, variable price showed a significant effect on decision buying consumen. Keywords: Positioning, Attribute, Benefit, Price, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of learning motivation variables, learning environment, and learning behavior of student learning achievement levels of the end of the Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics and business, University of Brawijaya Malang. Data collection tools used are questionnaire Likert scale using the closed 1-4 for the weighting of each answer. From the answer weight will then be transformed so that it can be analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation result from multiple linear regression analysis proves that partially, the three variables (the motivation of learning, learning environments, learning and behavior) have a significant influence on the learning achievements of students. The great influence that simultaneously owned by these three variables to the achievement of student learning was 68.3%. And Learning Motivation variables are the variables that affect student learning achievement dominant majoring in accounting and Business Economics University of Brawijaya Malang. Because of the existence of good motivation from within the student personally, the motivation that comes from the outside including the learning environment was also very instrumental in the achievement of student learning achievement. Learning environment also impact significantly to student achievement. Whether it's learning environment at home, on campus and in the surrounding communities. Support the positive learning environment especially learning environment at home making students feel excited and supported by family members to Excel. Abstract

There are five  sources of production factors in the company, but the only factor that showed a potential advantage is the human resource. To empower and improve the quality of human resources in order to increase production company one of them with promotion.  In banking  the  human resource production factors directly affect  to  the performance of the company therefore the company should be well thought  of his promotion system . Bank  Jatim  has a good promotion programs  system    include staff development program (SDP), Manager Development Program (MDP) and Exsecutive Development Program (EDP). The promotion system has a requirement of at least two years of work and successfully passed on the test. This study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 21 . Methods of data collection using questionnaires for collecting data on employee career on Bank Jatim Pasuruan’s Branch Office. This  study aims to find out the influence of the competence and loyalty of employees towards promotion. From the results of this study found that the competence and loyalty of employees affect significantly and positively to the promotion. The Employee loyalty  has  the dominant influence on promotion at Bank Jatim Branch Office Pasuruan . Keywords: competence , loyalty and promotion

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja islami terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial pada etos kerja islami terhadap kinerja karyawan?”. Hipotesis dari permasalahan adalah “Etos kerja islami mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan”. Penelitian dilakukan di Kanindo Syariah Jawa Timur, sebanyak 36 orang sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan etos kerja islami tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, di antara variabel kerja beraqidah, variabel kerja berilmu, variabel kerja dengan meneladani sifat Ilahi dan variabel kerja dengan mengikuti petunjuk Nya, hanya variabel kerja dengan mengikuti petunjuk Nya yang secara parsial berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi Kanindo Syariah Jawa Timur, yaitu pihak manajemen dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas etos kerja islami para karyawan dengan pemahaman secara empiris. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran perusahaan untuk peka terhadap lingkungan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menentukkan strategi yang sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan disekitarnya. Ada dua faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal. Penelitian ini akan melakukan evaluasi serta analisis dengan mempertimbangkan subfaktor dari faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap penentuan  strategi perusahaan. Selain itu, peneliti berusaha menganalisis kesesuaian penerapan strategi yang selama ini dilaksanakan perusahaan dengan kondisi lingkungan disekitarnya. Agar kita bisa mengevaluasi tingkat kesesuaian strategi dengan kondisi lingkungan yang ditinjau dari beberapa faktor tersebut, maka digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi yang selama ini dilaksanakan perusahaan perlu mengalami perubahan yang semula adalah strategi pengembangan produk dan pengembangan pasar, maka dari hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan sebaiknya menerapkan strategi pengembangan pasar dengan beberapa wilayah baru seperti Papua, Maluku, Palu, Manado dan Makassar. Kata Kunci : Analisis Lingkungan Internal; Analisis Lingkungan Eksternal; SWOT; QSPM.

Abstract

Pengadaan  barang  merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, terutama dalam industri  manufaktur.  Keterlambatan pengadaan barang dapat menyebabkan terganggunya kegiatan operasional pabrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penyebab  keterlambatan pengadaan barang.  Jenis  penelitian  yang digunakan yaitu  deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek  penelitian  adalah orang-orang yang berhubungan langsung dengan proses pengadaan barang di PT. Pupuk Kaltim,  yaitu orang-orang atau karyawan dibagian Departemen Pengadaan Barang dan Bahan Baku khususnya dibagian expediting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama masalah keterlambatan pengadaan barang dikarenakan proses klarifikasi yang lama dengan persentase penyebab keterlambatan sebesar 20,75%, untuk itu manager atau kepala bagian  expediting perlu mengambil suatu  kebijakan atau tindakan perbaikan seperti  meningkatkan kerjasama dengan user. Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the value relevance effects of mandatory disclosure in measuring firm value in Indonesian public companies. This study uses price model, i.e. stock price as a firm value. Value relevance is measured by earnings per share and book values per share,while mandatory disclosure is measured by index disclosure. The value relevance effect of mandatory disclosure is measured by relating variable earnings per share and book values per share with index disclosure. Regression analysis on sample of 219 firm-years from 2011 to 2012 is employed to test the hypothesis. Those samples are taken from Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in all sectors. The result of the present research shows that mandatory disclosure decreases the relevancies of earnings per share. Meanwhile, mandatory disclosure is increasing the relevancies of book value per share. Keyword:   Value relevance, earnings per share, book value per share, stock price, mandatory disclosure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine factors that influence attitude and intention to use internet banking with theoretical model of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989) and development model used by Cheng et al. (2006) and Cho (2005). The antecedent of intention of using in this study are usefulness, ease of use, web security, lifestyle compatibility, and attitude. Although internet banking offers many benefits, people are not interested to use that. This research proves that the attitude in adopting internet banking is determined by the perceived usefulness, web security, and lifestyle compatibility. Whereas perceived ease of use does not effect the attitude of using internet banking. The implication of this research is to provide a reference to improve and enhance the quality of online services, especially internet banking facility in accordance with customers’ demands for customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this study, perceived usefulness has the most dominant effect to attitude and intention of using internet banking.
