Abstract

This study indentifies the influence of service quality dimension toward customer satisfaction at PT. Enertika Dwipa Cipta (Pulomas Golf Course), Jakarta. In  service quality dimension, there are five variables, as follows: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This study uses explanatory approach, as the research method. The data were collected by employing interview, observation, internet browsing, and questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling and there are 60 respondents. The conclusion of this study is that the variable of service quality dimension simultaneously and partially has significant influence toward customer satisfaction at PT. Enertika Dwipa Cipta (Pulomas Golf Course), Jakarta. Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression, it is known that the responsiveness variable have the dominant influence toward the customer satisfaction at di PT. Enertika Dwipa Cipta (Pulomas Golf Course), Jakarta Key Words: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality Dimension.

Abstract

Memahami konsep penentuan margin pada akad murabahah diBank Muamalat Indonesia merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatanstudi kasus. Penggalian informasi mengenai margin akad murabahahdiperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengankaryawan Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Malang. Komponen-komponen penentu margin murabahah pada Bank Muamalat ini adalahCoF, overhead cost, cadangan resiko kredit macet serta spread margin.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Muamalat Indonesiamenetapkan margin murabahah sama dengan suku bunga kredit yangberlaku di bank konvensional.Kata Kunci: margin, murabahah, bank syariah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of  financial capital, the amount of labor, and business experience on  income level of small and medim industrial owners with case study on small and medium snacks industrial in Talok village. This research quantitative data used are primary data. Method of regression analysis using doubled regression and transformed into log-linier regression. Research  results  showed  that simultaneous  financial capital,  the amount of labor, and business experience  has  a significant effect on  the variable  income level.  In  partial  income level significantly affected by  financial capital(+),  the amount of labor(+), and business experience(+) on  income level  of small and medim snacks industrial in Talok village. The rate  coefficient of determination  ( )  for the variables  that affect working income level amounted to 95.8%, which means  the independent variables  in the model is able to explain  the dependent variable  (income level) at 95.8%, the remaining 4.2% is explained by variables outside this model.Keywords : Income Level, Financial Capital, Labor, Business Experience

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara PSAK 1 dan 3 yang merupakan adopsi dari IAS 1 dan 34. Data yang digunakan adalah data yang diperoleh dari membaca buku dan mempelajari teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan perbandingan PSAK 1 dan 3 dengan IAS 1 dan 34. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa catatan-catatan, laporan keuangan maupun informasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian ini dan studi literatur yaitu mengumpulkan data-data dengan cara membaca dan mempelajari teori-teori dan literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan perbandingan PSAK 1 dan 3 dengan IAS 1 dan 34. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan dari segi format penyajian laporan keuangan, beberapa poin yang tidak diadopsi karena tidak sesuai dengan konteks di indonesia, dan penambahan beberapa kalimat yang menyatakan standar ini tidak berlaku untuk beberapa entitas. Perbedaan ini tidak berdampak terhadap isi dari standar. Perbedaan format penyajian laporan keuangan dan beberapa poin tersebut dikarenakan adanya perbedaan sifat bisnis dan regulasi di indonesia. Kata kunci : PSAK, IAS, penyajian laporan keuangan, laporan keuangan interim.

Abstract

Financial performance become the important factor which attract the investor in buying stock. One thing that is considered is the stock price because it can be used by the investor to measure the company performance. Before invest their money, investor should be analyse the company performance so investor can predict their return in the future. The research is aimed at testing the influence of ROI, ROE, DER, CR, NPM, PBV and EPS toward stock price to food and beverage companies which are listed in LQ-45 at Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2012. This research applies purposive sampling technique with 15 samples of companies. Abstract

This analysis is aimed to examine the effect of risk, shareholder structure, and leverage towards financial distressed firms in the existing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012. This study used purposive sampling with the number of samples obtained as many as 56 companies. Data analysis techniques in this study is logistic regression. The test results of logistic regression prove that the risk variable, and leverage have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, that is financial distress. While the shareholder structure variables have no significant effect on the financial distress.   Key Words: Financial Distress, Risk, Share Holders Structure, Leverage

Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the impact of emotional inteligence on the understanding level of accounting. Emotional intelligence is the ability which someone sets his/her emotional life with his  inteligence, retain his emotional balance and its revelation through a skill of self awareness, self control, self motivation, emphaty and social skill. This research sample comprised 100 undergraduate students of Accounting Department of Brawijaya University Malang by using regression analysis technique. The  sampling  technique used was  purposive sampling,  and  a set of  questionnaire was used to collect the data.    The research result indicate that emotional inteligence consisting of self  introduction, self control, motivation, emphaty and social skill have a significant effect on  the  understanding  level of accounting both partially and simultaneously. Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  kinerja  Koperasi  Karyawan  “Harapan Sejahtera”  Tulungagung.  Dalam  penelitian  ini  dilakukan  dengan  menggunakan  Undang-Undang No.14/Per/M.UKM/XII/2009 yang dibuat oleh Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Republik Indonesia sebagai alat penilaian kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif karena berfokus pada penjelasan sistematis tentang fakta yang diperoleh saat penelitian dilakukan. Sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi Karyawan “Harapan Sejahtera” Tulungagung  periode  2010-2013.  Metode  pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk metode analisis data  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  rasio  permodalan,  rasio  kualitas  aktiva  produktif, rasio  likuiditas,  rasio  kemandirian  dan  pertumbuhan  dan  rasio  jati  diri  koperasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Koperasi Karyawan Harapan Sejahtera Tulungagung selama  empat  tahun  periode  penelitian  yaitu  pada  tahun  2010,  2011,  2012  dan  2013 memperoleh predikat “SEHAT”. Dari ketujuh aspek yang dinilai, aspek permodalan, aspek kualitas  aktiva  produktif  dan  aspek  jati  diri  koperasi merupakan  aspek  yang  paling  bagus kinerjanya  dibandingkan  dengan  aspek-aspek  yang  lain  karena memperoleh  skor maksimal pada setiap tahunnya.  Sedangkan aspek kemandirian dan pertumbuhan merupakan aspek yang tergolong buruk kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan aspek-aspek yang lainnya.    Kata  Kunci:  Koperasi,  Kinerja  Keuangan    Koperasi  Karyawan  Harapan  Sejahtera Tulungagung, Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan UKM No.14/Per/M.UKM/XII/2009

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi yang mengarah  pada  sektor industri dapat dijadikan sebagai motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi dan juga dalam  menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi penduduk. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh PDRB sektor industri, upah minimum, jumlah unit usaha dan investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor industri manufaktur di Kabupaten Gresik.  Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan mengunakan data time series dari tahun 1998-2012. Adapun variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah PDRB sektor industri, upah minimum, jumlah unit usaha dan investasi, sedangkan variabel dependenya adalah penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri manufaktur.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa  secara simultan keempat variabel independen dalam penelitian berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Sedangakan secara parsial  variabel PDRB sektor industri dan jumlah unit usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, adapun  variabel Upah Minimum dan investasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri manufaktur di Kabupaten Gresik. Kata Kunci: PDRB Sektor Industri, Upah Minimum, Jumlah Unit Usaha, Investasi, Tenaga Kerja.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of service marketing mix on customers’ decisions to visit Eco Green Park. It focuses on investigation to reveal the effect of product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence on customer decision. The samples of this research is visitors of Eco Green Park. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the research instrument was tested using validity and reliability test. The hypotesis was tested using t test from multiple regression analysis.  The results  show that product, place and physical evindence have significant effects on Customer Decision. However, price, promotion, people and process have not significant effects on Customer Decision..Keywords:  Product, Place, Price, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Customer Decision, Eco Green Park.
