Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Advertising (X1), Sales Promotion (X2), Interactive Marketing (X3), and Event Marketing (X4) on purchasing decision  (Y)  at  Hawai  Waterpark  Malang.  A  total  of  215  respondents  were selected on this study using purposive sampling techniques and methods of non- probability sampling by filling out a questionnaire that has been through the test validity and reliability to obtain data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The analysis showed that, variable Advertising (X1), Sales Promotion (X2),  Interactive Marketing (X3), and Event  Marketing (X4) have significant influence   partially  on   purchasing   the   entrance/admission   ticket   to   Hawai Waterpark Malang, with Fcount 38.477 and significance 0,000. The results of this analysis suggest that, variable Advertising (X1) dominant influence by 43% in influencing purchasing decisions. Value Adj. R2 obtain the results for 0.412, which  means  the variable advertising  (X1),  sales promotion  (X2),  Interactive Marketing (X3), and event marketing (X4) is able to influence consumer purchase decisions  to  enter  Hawai  Waterpark  at  42.3%  and  the  remaining  57.7%  is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. Keywords:   Advertising,   Sales   Promotion,    Interactive   Marketing,   Event  Marketing, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Middle income Trap  is  the  situation in  which a  middle income countries falls into economic stagnation and becomes unable to advance its economy to a high income level. Main purpose in this research is to examine the influences of secondary education, patent, productivity (TFP) and control of corruption to the GDP Per Capita in avoiding middle income trap for the five ASEAN countries by using panel data regression during 2002-2013. The five ASEAN countries are Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam. The method used to investigate the best model for panel data were Chow Test and Hausman Test. The result showed that secondary education and  patent  have  positive  relationship and  significant to  the  GDP  Per  Capita,  but productivity has  negative relationship and  significant to  the  GDP  Per Capita  and  control of corruption has positive relationship but insignificant to the GDP Per Capita. The conclusion is that secondary education and patent can contribute more in increasing GDP Per Capita. Keywords : Middle income countries, Middle income trap, GDP Per Capita, Education, patent,  productivity, corruption

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of government expenditure on education and health sectors in the human development index (HDI) as a measurement of social welfare.This study was quantitative panel data. The data used is time series data (2008-2013 periods) and cross section data (33 province in Indonesia). Type of data uses is secondary data as data which are processed by source of data or related institutions such as Djpk, BPS, Kemenkes, Bkkbn, and Susenas. Method of analysis used in this study is linear regression panel data analysis (pooled data) with Fixed Effect Model as an instrument to process the data by using eviews 7.The finding shows that Education Expenditure has not significant so education expenditure variable will not influence significantly on social welfare, and Health Expenditure has positive relationship and significant influence on social welfare.Keywords:      Education Expenditure, Health Expenditure, Social Welfare, and HDI.

Abstract

This paper aimed to analyze what variables give influence towards employment. The independent variables used in this study were minimum wage and Gross Regional Domestic Product. This study used a secondary annual time-series data from 2009 to 2013. The method used in this study was panel data regression with the approach of Fix Effect Model. The result of this study showed that minimum wage is significant towards employment while Gross Regional Domestic Product is insignificant towards employment. Both are negative impact towards employment. The result also showed that minimum wage is more dominant in influencing the employment.Keywords : Employment, Minimum Wage, GRDP

Abstract

Batu has tourism potential which benefits its  economic development. The potentials ranges from the available natural and man-made tourist and cultural attractions. As one of the cities with the brand image of travel, tourism potential in Batu is strong enough to attract   tourist visits which of course helps the economic development processThis study aims to determine the impact of the tourism sector on the Local Economic Development (LED) in Batu, especially around tourist area around Jatim Park 2. The data were obtained through interviews, documentation, observation, and additional info taken from the official website. By using a phenomenological approach, the research results show that the   Tourism in Jatim Park 2 Region gives significant impact  on Local Economic Development in Batu. The impacts include the following sector (1) The development of the informal sector, (2) Employment, (3) Welfare (personal wages and salaries), and (4) Empowerment. To maximize the synergies between the tour manager, government,  and community is one of the  solutions that can be used to further develop  the tourist areas, which certainly can have a big impact on the quality of life of local people there , especially those who are  directly involved in the world of SMEs. Maximizing the formation institutions of local communities to participate in activities or certain  meeting regarding  the needs of tourist attractions   is one of the alternatives that could be used to maximize the presence of the tourist area. Keyword : Tourism, Local Economic Development (LED), Tourism Impact

Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 48 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda , dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh K3 terhadap peningkatan jumlah produksi tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh factor penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang dimiliki perusahaan terhadap peningkatan jumlah produksi tenaga kerja pada karyawan PDAM Tirta Tamansari Kota Madiun. internal dengan menggunakan metode analisis model regresi linier berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesehatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan dan keselamatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah produksi yang dilakukan tenaga kerja.Kata kunci: Kesehatan Kerja, Keselamatan Kerja, Jumlah Produksi Tenaga Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk tahun 2011-2014 berdasarkan peringkat komposit yang dinilai dengan menggunakan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk selama tahun 2011-2014 secara umum berada pada peringkat komposit 1 yaitu dalam kondisi sangat sehat. Risk Profile pada aspek risiko kredit dengan menggunakan perhitungan rasio NPL menunjukkan kondisi sangat baik, aspek risiko pasar dengan menggunakan perhitungan rasio IRR secara umum menunjukkan peningkatan, dan aspek risiko likuiditas dengan menggunakan perhitungan rasio LDR, LAR, dan CR menunjukkan kondisi sangat  baik, good corporate governance yang terdiri dari 11 aspek penilaian, yaitu self assessment terhadap tata kelola perusahaan dalam kategori sangat baik, earning dengan menggunakan perhitungan rasio ROA dan NIM, dari kedua rasio tersebut menunjukkan kondisi sangat sehat, capital dengan menggunakan perhitungan rasio CAR menunjukkan kondisi yang sehat dari tahun ke tahun.  Kata kunci: RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh servicescape dan service excellence terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Diva Family Karaoke Malang. Jenis penelitian ini ialah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey dilakukan kepada 120 responden pelanggan Diva Family Karaoke Malang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa servicescape dan service excellence berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan ialah variabel servicescape.Kata kunci: Servicescape, Service Excellence, Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This research to analyze the influence of psychological factors which consist of motivation, perception, learning, beliefs, and attitudes on the decision travelers visiting Gunung Kawi religious tourism Malang City (studies on a visitor Gunung Kawi religious tourism Malang City). This research using explanatory research and the sample was 100 respondents. Sampling was carried out with non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling. Test equipment used to test the research instruments such as validity test, reliability test and test the classical assumption of normality test, multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. For data analysis  techniques  using  multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  Hypothesis  testing  using  F  test,  t  test,  and dominant test.The results showed that   the motivation, perception, learning, beliefs, and attitudes has an effect simultaneously toward the decision travelers visiting Gunung Kawi religious tourism Malang City. The analysis also showed that partial each variable, only perception, learning, beliefs, and attitudes has a significantly influence, while motivation did not significantly affect with beliefs as variable that has dominant influence toward the decision travelers visiting Gunung Kawi religious tourism Malang City.Keywords: Psychological Factors, Motivation, Perception, Learning, Beliefs, and Attitude, Decision to Visit, Gunung Kawi Relious Tourism Malang City

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Leverage Ratio (DER), Profitability Ratio (ROA and ROE), Activity Ratio (TATO), and the ratio of the Market (EPS) to Stock Return property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2010-2014. The independent variables in this study are DER (X1), ROA (X2), ROE (X3), TATO (X4), and EPS (X5). While the variable dependent that Stock Return (Y). This research was conducted with quantitative methods on the financial statements of property and real estate companies during the period 2010-2012. The total sample is 26 companies. Test equipment used to test the research instrument in the form of classical assumption (normality test) and test  BLUE (multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and test heteroscedasticity). Testing of the hypothesis is done by multiple linear regression model, the F test and t test.The results of this research indicate that the Leverage Ratio (DER), Profitability Ratio (ROA and ROE), and Activity Ratio (TATO), partially no effect to Stock Return, with the exception of Market Ratios (EPS). Meanwhile, if examined simultaneously, Leverage Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Activity Ratio and Market Ratio that significant effect to Stock Return.  Keywords: Investment, Property and Real Estate, Leverage Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Activity Ratio, Market Ratio, Stock Return.
