Abstract

The goal of this research is to examining factors which influence the people’s ineterest on using traveloka online service. This research is using explanatory research model combined with nonprobabilty sampling as a method and insidental sampling for the technique. Moreover,the result of this research processed by Partial  Least Square  (PLS).   Furthermore,  the  research  participated  by  120 student    of  Brawijaya University  in  Malang  who  yet  using Traveloka  online service. The result of this research describes that the interest of using Traveloka online  service  positively     influenced by  several  variables  such  as brand recognition, attitude, and confidence. The result also shows that it has two main variables which are attitude that influence the people’s interest of using Traveloka and  brand  recognition that  influence the people’s  interest  of  using Traveloka through attitude. In conclusion, the implications of this research  are relevant for Traveloka’s management to focus on and creating marketing strategy based on this research.Keyword: Brand recognition, Atitude, Confidence, Online Service

Abstract

Negara Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang masih memiliki tingkat kemiskinan yang cukup tinggi yaitu mencapai 11,22% di tahun 2015. Meningkatnya biaya   hidup  mengakibatkan   masyarakat   mengalami   kesulitan   untuk  memenuhi kebutuhan primernya seperti rumah. Pemerintah selaku pelayan publik menyadari hal ini dan berupaya untuk memberi keringanan bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR)   dalam   hal   memenuhi   kebutuhan   rumahnya.  Melalui   Peraturan   Menteri Keuangan Nomor 113/PMK.03/2014, pemerintah menetapkan bahwa rumah sederhana yang diperoleh oleh MBR tidak dikenakan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) dengan tujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan yang lebih luas kepada MBR untuk memiliki rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat penjualan   rumah   sederhana   di   Kota   Malang   antara  sebelum   dan   sesudah diberlakukannya kebijakan fasilitas pembebasan PPN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat penjualan rumah yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberlakukannya kebijakan fasilitas pembebasan PPN.Kata    Kunci:    PMK    Nomor   113/PMK.03/2014,    PPN,  Rumah    Sederhana, Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah

Abstract

This   research   aims   to   analyse   the   effect   of   pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability and technologyon the fraud tendency of employees. The population of this study is employees of automotive dealerships located in Malang City.Using a convenience sampling method, 60 respondents are selected as samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research indicate that the pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capabilityand technology positively affects the fraud tendency of Malang  automotive  dealerships  employees.  This  also  shows  that  the  fraud diamond and technology have an influence on the occurrence of fraud committed by employees of Malang automotive dealerships.Keywords:  Pressure, Opportunity, rationalization, Capability, Technology and Tendency Of Fraud Employees

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar bisnis dan ekonomi pada umumnya telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat dinamis. Seorang pelaku bisnis harus mengetahui siapa yang menjadi target pasar yang dituju dan merancang strategi yang tepat untuk menghadapi persaingan bisnis. Salah satu strategi agar mampu memenangkan persaingan bisnis adalah menciptakan usaha relatioship marketing yang dapat menciptakan persepi baik bagi pelanggan sehingga customer retention orientation tetap terjaga.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh relationship marketing yang terdiri dari faktor belonging, communication, customization, differentiation, personalization, rewarding, dan security and convenience terhadap customer retention orientation pelanggan wisatawan mancanegara di CV. Mitra Sejati Kuta Bali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal diantara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesa yang telah dirumuskan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 105 responden yang merupakan pelanggan wisatawan mancanegara CV. Mitra Sejati Kuta Bali dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, studi perpustakaan dan browsing.Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian ini berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Selanjutnya uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Untuk mendapatkan koefisien beta dan mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel, analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Pengujian hipotesis meyimpulkan bahwa hanya variabel belonging, customization, differentiation, personalization, dan security and convenience yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer retention orientation pelanggan wisatawan mancanegara di CV. Mitra Sejati Kuta Bali. Sedangkan variabel communication dan rewarding tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap customer retention orientation.Kata Kunci: relationship marketing, customer retention orientation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal antar sesama karyawan di perusahaan travel terhadap keseluruhan kinerja di Zena Travelindo Malang. Di dalam dunia bisnis yang modern ini, peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal dibutuhkan untuk memperlancar aliran komunikasi dalam perusahaan. Khususnya di Zena Travelindo Malang dibutuhkan aliran komunikasi yang cepat, tepat, dan efisien antara manajemen dan sopir agar kinerja menjadi optimal. Indikator penilaian efektivitas komunikasi  interpersonal  menggunakan  5  sikap  positif dalam  berkomunikasi, yaitu: (1) Keterbukaan, (2) Empati, (3) Sikap mendukung, (4) Sikap positif,, dan (5) Kesetaraan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 45 responden yang diambil dari seluruh pegawai Zena Travelindo Malang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui cara penyebaran angket/kuisioner penelitian dan pencatatan dokumen yang terdapat di perusahaan. Alat uji yang digunakan antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji hipotesis baik secara parsial, simultan, dan uji dominan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama, ditemukan bahwa  variabel komunikasi interpersonal yang terdiri dari Keterbukaan, Empati, Sikap Mendukung, Sikap Positif, dan Kesetaraan bersama- sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan Zena Travelindo. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua, ditemukan bahwa variabel komunikasi interpersonal yang terdiri dari Keterbukaan, Empati, Sikap Mendukung, Sikap Positif, dan Kesetaraan masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Zena Travelindo. Selanjutnya variabel komunikasi interpersonal yang berpengaruh dominan adalah Sikap Positif.Kata kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of credit, education and labor to the income Mitra Bina SME Telekomunikasi Indonesia Limited Corporation of East Java Area in South Malang by using multiple linear regression method. Data is  obtained from Telekomunikasi Indonesia Limited Corporation of East Java Area in South Malang and the interview with Mitra Bina SME. Testing data used classical assumption test to find out that the data used did not have normality, Heterocedasticity, Autocorrelation, and Multicolleanirity problem. Once the data passes classical assumption test later in the regression using linear regression.The result of this study indicates that through simultaneous and partial variable credit, education and labor significantly influences the income of Mitra Bina SME. Abstract

 The increasing tourism growth rate accompanied with development of hospitality industry led to the increase of competition between entrepreneurs. This encourages entrepreneur to prepare the best strategies in order to compete and be the best among its competitors. To achieve its goals, manager needs to prepare the right strategy. The Balanced Scorecard helps the manager to translate the organization’s mission and strategy into a comprehensive set of performance measures. Therefore, as a business unit that operates in the field of services, UB Hotel must be able to provide the best service to guests. Providing the best service for customers, UB Hotel needs to do a performance evaluation to determine the extent to which performance poses impact on guests visit. Using qualitative approach, this research is expected to produce an in-depth description of the phenomena using interview, writing, and the observable behavior of an individual, group, and organizations in the context and may reveal a complete, comprehensive and holistic/ comprehensive understanding. After analyzing the performance at UB Hotel using the Balanced Scorecard, the researcher found that the financial performance of UB Hotel is considered satisfying, the customer perspective on UB Hotel is bad, the operational service efficiency, and, in post-sales  service benchmark,  customer  relationship  is  also  bad,  and  the  learning  and growth perspective at UB Hotel is good. From the analysis results, the company needs improve these aspects such as considering marketing strategy, increasing employee and customer retention, customer acquition, customer satisfaction and staying experience at the hotel, improving both ROA and Operational profit margin, and  reviewing the room rates offered to the customer.Keywords:  Balanced  Scorecard,  Financial,  Customer,  Internal  Business  Process,  and Learning & Growth

Abstract

Performance accountability is an obligation for government institution to beresponsible of its success and failure in the implementation of organizational’smission which consist with strategic planning, performance planning, performancemeasurement, and performance reporting. This research aims to find out the effect ofthe implementation of performance accountability system for government institutiontowards the performance improvement in Provincial Government of South Sulawesi.Population used in this research is Provincial Government of  South Sulawesi whichthis research used purposive sampling method. Based on that method, RegionalDevelopment Planning Board, Bureau of Organizational and Official Affairs, andInspectorate became sample in this research because it has its own roles inimplementing the performance accountability system for government institution inSouth Sulawesi. Data gathered by doing direct interview. Furthermore, the documentof performance accountability report for government institution in 2014 and 2015became the secondary data in this research. Data processing including data reduction,data data display, and drawing conclusion and verification. In implementing theperformance accountability system for government institution, there is a positiveeffect towards the performance of South Sulawesi Provincial Government whichbased on the performance planning each year. In addition, performance which deemedto be lacking is expected to improve in line with the results shown in the performanceaccountability report for government institution.Keywords: Performance Accountability Report for Government Institution, Performance Improvement, Provincial Government of South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Investment is an investment activity or keep a number of assets in the hope of future capital or assets can increase in value as well as to maintain the integrity of the capital or assets owned by the investor. This study aims to determine whether the volatility of stocks listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) and macroeconomic variables that include: GDP, inflation, BI rate, and the exchange rate of US $ influential on investment securities Islamic insurance company in Indonesia.Population and sample in this research are monthly time series data starting in April 2013-December 2015 were obtained from the database of the Otoritas Jasa Keunagan (OJK), the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Bank Indonesia, and Yahoo finance. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed individually variable volatility in Jakarta Islamic Index no significant effect on investment securities Islamic insurance company in Indonesia. GDP and inflation significant negative effect on investment securities Islamic insurance company in Indonesia. BI rate and the exchange rate of US $ no significant effect on investment securities Islamic insurance company in Indonesia.Keywords: investment securities, volatility, macroeconomics variables

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of minimum wage towards employment. This study used quantitative panel data as the method. Data used were time-series data from 2009 to 2012. The data collected were secondary data collected from the website of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The analysis method used in this research was regression analysis of linear panel data (pooled data) using Model Fixed Effect as the instrument to process the data using Eviews 7. The result of this research showed that minimum wage gave influence to the employment in East Jawa, while GRDP (Regional Gross Domestik Product) and the total of industry did not give influence to the employment in East java.Keywords : Employment, Minimum Wage, GRDP, Total of Industry
