Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelanggan untuk menggunakan mobile banking. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang di gunakan dalampenelitian ini ada 137 karyawan dari Universitas Brawijaya. Data penelitian dan hipotesi dianalisa dengan menggunakan rmodel persamaan structural (SEM) bedasarkan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa niat untuk menggunakan mobile banking tidak dipengaruhi oleh kredibilitas, resiko, kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan expektasi performa. Sedangkan pengaruh moderasi umur, jenis kelamin dan pengalaman juga tidak memengaruhi niat untuk menggunakan mobile banking Semakin tinggi resiko, kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ekspektasi performa maka semakin besar pula efek terhadap niat menggunakan mobile banking. Sedangkan Semakin tinggi kredibilitas maka semakin rendah efek terhadap niat menggunakan mobile banking.Kata Kunci: Kredibilitas, Resiko, Kepercayaan, Kemudahan Penggunaan, Ekspektasi Penggunaan, Niat Menggunakan Mobile Banking

Abstract

Taxpayers frequently do mistakes while implementing the taxes. Taxpayers tends to do errors caused by lack of education. CV ABC is the family business providing catering services in one of the cities in East Java. In running its business, CV. ABC fulfils its tax obligations by paying income tax in accordance with Government Regulation number 46 of 2013. This study aims to evaluating the tax paying of income tax conducted by CV. ABC in 2015. This research is qualitative with case study approach using interviews and documentation to collect the data. The result shows that the main problem experienced by the company is a wrong implementation type of taxes. Due to sales in 2014 is more than 4.8 billion Rupiah. The Implementation of tax in 2015 should be based on tariff as stipulated on regulation number 36 year 2008 concerning Income Tax instead of based on Government Regulation number 46 year 2013 about income tax from business with a certainty sales. Since CV. ABC cooperated with PT. X, other types of taxes are conducted based on income tax article 23 and restaurant tax. Those errors and unpaid taxes lead CV. ABC to be set at administration sanctions and it is going to be worse if CV. ABC do not report the errors immediatelyKeywords: Tax Paying, Income Tax, Local Tax

Abstract

Investment is an effort to increase economic growth within a country or region. Investment can be interpreted as an investment an individual or company to a country or region. Also, it can be divided into two, namely domestic investment and foreign investment. Domestic investment is an investment made by individual or company originating from domestic, while foreign investment is an investment made by individual or companies coming from board to a country or a region. This study aims to analyse the determinants of domestic investment in Sumatera Island in 20062015.This research uses regression method of panel data which is used to recognize determinants of domestic investment in Sumatera Island. The results obtained in this study using Random Effect Model (REM) in panel data, indicate that foreign investment (PMA) and Gross Domestic Regional product (GDRP) have a significant and positive effect on domestic investment. Labor has an insignificant result and positive effect on domestic investment, while inflation has significant result but has negative impact on domestic investment in Sumatera Island in 2006-2015Keywords: Economic Growth, Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment, Gross Domestic Regional Product, Labor, Inflation, Panel Data

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara kebijakan mikroprudensial melalui instrumen Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Performing Loan (NPL), BOPO, Return on Asset (ROA), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR)) dengan kebijakan makroprudensial melalui instrumen Loan to Value (LTV), Giro Wajib Minimum Loan Fund Ratio (GWM LFR), Net Open Position (NOP) di Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah bank yang tergolong dalam bank BUKU 4. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi kanonikal.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kebijakan mikroprudensial dengan kebijakan makroprudensial.Kata Kunci : Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan, Kebijakan Mikroprudensial, Kebijakan Makroprudensial

Abstract

Penulisan karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan tentang analisis hubungan migrasi dan kemiskinan dengan menggunakan faktor pendekatan pendapatan terhadap kemiskinan. Beberapa variabel yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah status pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan, banyaknya anggota rumah tangga, umur, status kepemilikan sepeda motor, dan status migran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah status pekerjaan (X1), tingkat pendidikan (X2), dan status migran (X6) dinilai berpengaruh kuat terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Jawa Timur.Kata kunci: migrasi, kemiskinan

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  dan  menganalisis  pengaruh  pertumbuhan ekonomi,  pengangguran,  dan  indeks  pembangunan  manusia,  terhadap  tingkat  kemiskinan  di Kota  dan  Kabupaten  Provinsi  Kalimantan  Barat  2010-2016.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode regresi data panel dengan alat bantu uji, yaitu Eviews 9. Data panel adalah data yang menggabungkan  antara  data  time  series  dan  cross-section.  Dalam  penelitian  ini  ditemukan bahwa  pengaruh  pertumbuhan  ekonomi  berpengaruh  positif    tidak  signifikan,  pengangguran berpengaruh  negatif  tidak  signifikan  dan  indeks  pembangunan  manusia  berpengaruh  negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kota dan Kabupaten Provinsi Kalimantan Barat 2010- 2016.Kata kunci: pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengangguran, indeks pembangunan manusia, tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Kaliamnatan Barat

Abstract

Social media has brought a lot of responsiveness to both companies and individuals interacting online. Marketers nowadays are everywhere to get customers. Social media marketing and advertising is a form of internet advertising that comes with the usage of social media platforms and web sites to sell a product or service. The aim of this study is to examine social media marketing as a tool for brand building and the impacts of social media marketing on customer purchase decision. The research is qualitative (exploratory method) with the intent of generating new theory from data. The data collection technique of this study uses questionnaire, observation, and interview. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Credibility and dependability are in place to guarantee the trustworthiness of this study. Since the research is qualitative in nature, content analysis is used a method or technique of data analysis. The result from this study shows that almost everyone uses social media, it is a great place for brand building and things such as trust, and being present online can have significant impact on customer purchase decision.Keywords :    Social Media, Marketing, Brand Building, Impact, Customer Purchase, and Decision.

Abstract

The competition of agriculture industry especially fertilizer is very tight considering the existence of AEC policy since 2016. This makes local fertilizer company in Indonesia is demanded to improve the quality of its human resources. A good quality of human resources can be measured by good employee performance. This research aimed to investigate factors affecting employee’s performance  especially in fertilizer industry. This study was conducted to determine the effect of discipline, compensation, and competence on employee’s  performance. In this study, PT Petrokimia Gresik serve as an object representing all state-owned fertilizer companies in Indonesia. Population in this research are all permanent employees in PT Petrokimia Gresik whic are 3,173 employees. For sampling technique, this study used Slovin formula calculation with 10% error rate. The samples obtained in this study were 112 employees of PT Petrokimia Gresik. This study was conducted by regression analysis. The results of research show that discipline, compensation, and competence have a significant effect partially on employee’s performance, and competence has a dominant effect on employee’s performance.Keywords: Discipline, Compensation, Competencies, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find the influence of capital expenditue investment on company’s profitability. For major business investment projects, capital expenditure have an important role in financial statement. One view is that capital expenditure announcements provide information about a firm’s earnings prospects. The research population covered go-public companies from manufacturing, telecommunication and Oil that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for periods, 2012-2016. The method used for selecting the samples is purposive sampling method. Samples used in this research is 27 companies, 135 Data from Manufacturing, Telecommunication and Oil Companies. The research result reveals that Capital Expenditure have a significant influence towards profitability.  Keywords: Capital Expenditure, Profitability, Company Financial Performance

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel eksternal dan premi risiko terhadap indeks saham sektoral di Indonesia.Variabel eksternal yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah harga minyak dunia dan volatilitasnya, sedangkan premi risiko diukur menggunakan standar deviasi yang diperoleh dari harga historis indeks saham sektoral yang menggambarkan risiko volatilitas indeks saham sektoral ketika bergerak volatile.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2010-2015.Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah GARCH in mean (GARCH-M) dengan bantuan Eviews 6.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwapengaruh eksternal, yaitu harga minyak dunia memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan  searahterhadap return indeks saham sektoral, kecuali indeks saham sektor konsumsi.Hal ini dikarenakan indeks saham sektor konsumsi merupakan saham yang defensif sehingga faktor eksternal seperti harga minyak dunia, tidak berpengaruh terhadap pergerakan saham sektor ini.Sedangkan, volatilitas harga minyak dunia dan risiko volatilitas (premi risiko) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return indeks saham sektoral. Kata kunci  :  Harga minyak dunia, volatilitas harga minyak dunia, risiko volatilitas (premi risiko), indeks saham sektoral, GARCH-M.
