Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi muzakki ASN dalam memilih tempat membayar zakat profesi di BAZNAS Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi logistic binomial. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu proportional stratified sampling. Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 95 muzakki ASN golongan 3 & 4 yang beragama Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor religiusitas berpengaruh positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi muzakki ASN dalam memilih tempat membayar zakat profesi. Faktor kepercayaan terhadap BAZNAS, faktor ekonomi, faktor social, faktor pengetahuan tentang zakat profesi dan faktor pemahaman tentang cara membayar zakat profesi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi muzakki ASN dalam memilih tempat membayar zakat profesi. Kata kunci: Zakat profesi, BAZNAS, preferensi muzakki, ASN.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of internal factors and external factors on problem loans at Village Credit Institutions ( LPD ) and Bank BRI in the district of Kintamani , Bangli , Bali . The author uses the non-performing loans as the dependent variable and enter the variable internal factors and external factors as independent variables The author uses quantitative research methods and using multiple linear regression analysis to see how big the effect that the test then the difference between LPD and Bank BRI .The results showed that the variables of internal factors and external factors significant and positive impact on non-performing loans in the Village Credit Institutions ( LPD ) and Bank BRI in the district of Kintamani , Bangli , Bali .Keyword : NPL , Factor Internal , External Factors

Abstract

Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) El-Zawa City of Malang through ZIS fund distribution program, in the form of UMKM program provides assistance in the form of business capital using Zakat, Infaq and Sedekah (ZIS) funds to household business owners (mustahik). With the help of venture capital along with systematic empowerment is expected to improve the welfare of the household. The objectives of this research are: To know the impact of ZIS funding on household welfare seen from Asset, Food Security and Financial Access level. The variables that represent these three indicators are income to represent Assets, consumption to represent Food Security, and savings to represent Financial Access. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach with the number of respondents as much as 33 samples of beneficiary households funding ZIS program UMKM LAZ El-Zawa Malang. The result pointed out that the mechanism that Laz El-Zawa carried out in the form of capital, supervision and training. Based on the results of different test analysis using SPSS21, showed that the impact of ZIS on welfare is a positive effect seen from 2 indicators of Asset and Food Security. However, negative results are shown from the Financial Acces indicator.Keywords: ZIS, Welfare, Income, Consumption, Savings

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan PP No. 46 tahun 2013 terhadap pajak penghasilan terutang dan laba rugi koperasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil salah satu koperasi yang mengalami perubahan tarif menggunakan PP No. 46 Tahun 2013, dengan menggunakan data berupa laporan laba rugi koperasi untuk tahun buku 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi karyawan Dharmada dirugikan dengan penerapan PP No. 46 tahun 2013. Besarnya pajak penghasilan terutang koperasi lebih besar jika menggunakan tarif 1% dari omset dibandingkan dengan penggunaan tarif tunggal 25% sesuai Undang-Undang No. 36 tahun 2008. Laba yang diperoleh koperasi mengalami penurunan akibat perubahan tarif ini karena pajak terutangnya yang lebih besar. Sehingga juga akan berpengaruh pada SHU yang dibagikan. Namun, koperasi lebih dimudahkan dengan kesederhanaan perhitungan dan administrasi yang diterapkan untuk pengenaan pajak penghasilan yang bersifat final ini. Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dari waktu ke waktu semakin membaik dengan ditandai meningkatnya konsumsi rumah tangga. Peningkatan konsumsi ini menyebabkan banyaknya pola perilaku pembelian impulsif masyarakat khususnya di Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh shopping enjoyment tendency dan impulsive buying tendency terhadap Impulsive Buying Behaviour di Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey dilakukan kepada 140 responden konsumen Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa impulsive buying tendency berpengaruh positif secara signifikan, sedangkan shopping enjoyment tendency berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Impulsive Buying Behaviour. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Impulsive Buying Behaviour yaitu impulsive buying tendency.Kata kunci: Shopping Enjoyment Tendency, Impulsive Buying Tendency, Impulsive Buying Behaviour.

Abstract

This research is aim to examine the impact Brand Image, Brand Experience, Service Quality, and Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction. The population of this research is the player of Pokémon GO in Malang City. This research used quantitative approach with questionnaire to collect data. There are 150 questionnaire distributed to every customers who already playing Pokémon GO in Malang. The gathered data is analyzed by using quantitative methods i.e., multiple regression analysis based on application named SPSS version 17.00. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence together with simultaneous and partial effect between brand image, brand experience, service quality, and perceived value on customer satisfaction. While service quality is the most dominant variable that affects customer satisfaction.Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Experience, Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

In facing complicated problems of poverty and unemployment due to lack of employment opportunities in formal sector, informal sector comes up its important role within the plan and structure of city employment. Informal sector which tends flexible and less-barrier preferred by employment force that  unable to penetrate into modern industry sector.  This study aims to understand the characteristic of informal sector enterprises,  also to analyze its role of employment which focused to the internal factors of enterprises including wages, productivity, and capital in Pasar Tugu Malang City. This study uses quantitative descriptive approach with Ordinary Least-Square as analysis method. The sampling technique used is random sampling with 60 merchants of Pasar Tugu as respondents. The result applied to each of independents variables shows that particularly, variable wages (X1) has significant effect towards employment (Y), meanwhile variables productivity (X2) and capital (X3) don’t have significant effect towards employment (Y). As results of F-test, shown that simultaneously variables wages (X1), productivity (X2), and capital (X3) have significant effect towards employment (Y) in accordance to value of Fstat > Ftable (10,787 > 2,90) and significant value < α (0,000 < 0,05).Keywords : Informal sector, employment, wages, productivity, capital.

Abstract

Impulse buying, better known as unplanned (spontaneous) purchase, is the act of buyers without the desire or intention to purchase before entering the store. This study aims at determining the effect of Impulse buying variables, consisting of ambient condition, spatial layout & functionality, and signs, symbols, and artefacts. This study is conducted on students of Brawijaya University Students Having Purchased at Sardo Supermarket.The population of the study is students of Brawijaya University Students Having Purchased at Sardo Supermarket. This study uses 259 samples selected through purposive sampling. The analysis uses multiple linear regression in SPSS.The results show that Ambient Condition is significantly positive to impulse buying at 0,001. Spatial layout and functionality is significantly positive to impulse buying at 0,000. Signs, symbols, and artefacts is significantly positive to impulse buying at 0.015.Keywords: ambient condition, spatial layout and functionality, signs, symbols, and artefacts, impulse buying

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan faktor-faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi harga saham Bank pemerintah di indonesia . peridoe 2010-2015.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Laporan keuangan bank pemerintah di Indonesia periode 2010-. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel unbalance untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inflasi dan Return On Assets ratio terhadap harga saham  pada Bank pemerintah di Indonesia.Berdasarkan uji ramsey reset dan uji hausman ditetapkan penggunaan model Fixed EffectModel.  Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial inflasi dan ROA berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Serta variabel inflasi (INFit) dan variabel return on assets (ROAit) mampu menjelaskan variabel dependennya, yakni harga saham (Yit) sebesar 74 persen. Sedangkan sebesar 26 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitan yang digunakan pada penelitianKata kunci: Inflasi, ROA, harga saham, bank pemerintah

Abstract

This study aims to determining the effect of working capital on the company’s profitability. The independent variables are inventory conversion period, average collection period, payable defferal period and cash conversion cycle. The dependent variable of this is profitability measured using Return on Asset (ROA).This quantitative research is an explanatory research which explains the relation or influence among variables. From a population of 14 food and beverages and used non- probability sampling method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This studu  uses  secondary  data  in  a  form annual financial  report  of  food  and  beverages companies dusring 2012-2016, which were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and were then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression.The partical test of the research shows that average collection period, payable defferal period and   cash conversion cyle has a negative and significant relation with probability and  inventory conversion period have a positive and significant relation with probability (ROA).Keywords  :  Profitability, Cash  Conversion  Cycle,  Inventory  Conversion  Period, Average Collection Period and Payable Defferal Period
