Abstract

This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The results of research related to aspects in Business Model Canvas obtained that the value proposition formed by LangitMusik is free quota streaming, instant access to million songs, and huge platform for advertising. Customer segments targeted are telkomsel users, music listener, and advertiser. Channels used in delivering value proposition to the consumer are mobile app and web player. Customer relationship that is applied is playlist update, social media engagement, music event, sponsorship, and FGD. Revenue streams are obtained from bundling with Telkomsel products, subscription fees, and advertising revenue. Key resources are digital platform, human resource, and songs collection. Key activities include research, platform development and marketing activities. Partners who became key partnership LangitMusik is record label, telkomsel, melon Indonesia, and artist / musician. Cost structure that must be spent is web & app development, marketing & sales, administration, and the product development. Abstract

Valuasi saham adalah salah satu hal penting dalam berinvestasi. Tujuan dari valuasi saham adalah untuk membantu investor meminimalkan risiko investasi melalui nilai intrinsik dalam membuat keputusan investasi. Model evaluasi untuk menghitung nilai intrinsik dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis fundamental dengan Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan populasi penelitian pada perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode Agustus 2017 - Januari 2018, yang terdiri dari 45 perusahaan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive samplingdan menghasilkan 18 perusahaan sebagai sample. Hasil menggunakan pendekatan Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) menunjukkan bahwa 9 perusahaan dalam kondisi undervalued dan 9 perusahaan dalam kondisi overvalued. Sementara, hasil menggunakan pendekatan Price Earning Ratio (PER) menunjukkan bahwa hanya 4 perusahaan dalam kondisi undervalued dan 14 perusahaan dalam kondisi overvalued. Rekomendasi keputusan investasi dapat diambil untuk perusahaan dalam kondisi undervalued adalah membeli atau menyimpan saham dan rekomendasi keputusan investasi untuk perusahaan dalam kondisi overvalued adalah menjual saham. Ada beberapa perusahaan yang memiliki rekomendasi serupa untuk keputusan investasi dari kedua pendekatan tersebut, yaitu AKRA, BBCA, BBRI, BMRI, KLBF, PTBA, UNTR, dan UNVR. Kata Kunci :Valuasi Saham, FCFE, PER. ABSTRACT Stock Valuation is one important thing in investing. The aim is to help investors to minimize the risk of investment through intrinsic value in making investment decisions. The evaluation model for calculate the intrinsic value is fundamental analysis with Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). This research uses descriptive study using research population on companies which listed on the LQ-45 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange period August 2017 – January 2018, it consist of 45 companies. Researcher using purposive sampling technique that was selected 18 companies. The results using Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) approach indicates that 9 companies in undervalued condition and 9 companies in overvalued condition. While, the results using Price Earning Ratio (PER) approach shows that only 4 companies in undervalued condition and 14 companies in overvalued condition. The recommendation of investment decision can be taken for companies in undervalued condition is to buy or keep the stock and the recommendation of investment decision for companies in overvalued condition is sell the stock. There are several companies that have similar recommendation of investment decision between both approach, those are AKRA, BBCA, BBRI, BMRI, KLBF, PTBA,UNTR, and UNVR. Abstract

This study aims to determine the intrinsic value of the stock price by using fundamental analysis with DDM and PER method in Financial sector finance listed on BEI Period 2014-2016. DDM and PER calculations will be used as the basis of the decision by comparing the intrinsic value of the stock with market price and it can be seen whether the stock is undervalued (buy), overvalued (sell), and correclyvalued (hold). This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach. The researcher used purposive sampling technique to get 26 companies. The result of research using DDM method shows that stock is experiencing undervalued at AGRO, BBCA, BBKP, BBMD, BBNI, BBNP, BBRI, BBTN, BDMN, BJBR, BJTM, BMRI, BBLD, BFIN, MFIN, TIFA, PANS, ABDA, ASDM, LPGI. Overvalued conditions are found in companies ADMF, PEGE, ASBI, ASRM, GSMF and truevalued on BNBA companies. The PER method shows the undervalued shares in AGRO, BBMD, BBNI, BBNP, BBTN, BDMN, BMRI, BBLD, BFIN, MFIN, TIFА, PАNS, PEGE, АBDА, АSDM. Overvаlued conditions аre found in BBCА, BBKP, BBRI, BJBR, BJTM, BNBА, АDMF, АSBI, АSRM, LPGI, GSMF. Abstract

This research aimmed to determine and explain: (1) determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Brand Image; (2) determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Purchase Decision; (3) determine the effect of Brand Image on Purchase Decision. The type of research used is explanatory research using a quantitative approach where the research was conducted in Taman Slamet. Variable of Corporate Social Responsibility (X1), Intermediate variable from this research is Brand Image (Y1), and independent variable from this research is Product Purchasing Decision. All available variables will be measured using a Likert Scale. The amount of sanples that have been used in this study are 102 respondents ie visitors to Taman Slamet and who consume Bentoel products that feel Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Bentoel Group Malang. Sampling is based on the characteristics and calculations the researchers have determined. The type of data used in this study is the primary data. Primary data get data source from questionnaire. Testing the instrument using validity test and reliability test. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 102 orang responden yaitu pengunjung Taman Slamet dan yang mengkonsumsi produk Bentoel yang merasakan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Bentoel Group Malang. Pengambilan jumlah sampel didasarkan pada karakteristik dan perhitungan yang telah ditentukan peneliti. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer mendapatkan sumber data dari kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Citra Merek; (2) variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; (3) variabel Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk. Abstract

This study uses three (3) the assessment factors in analyzing the health of banks, including factors Risk Profile (Risk Profile) with the NPL ratio and the LDR, Earning factors (profitability) with ROA and NIM, factors Capital (Capital) with CAR. GCG factors not analyzed because it involves the bank secrecy. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Location of research conducted at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results showed that PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. as the government-owned bank that has the greatest asset, measured by the ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM and CAR gain Composite Rating 1 with the title of "very healthy". It reflects the condition of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. which was considered very able to deal with a significant negative effect of changes in business conditions and other external factors, but in case of weakness in general it can be said that no significant weaknesses. Keywords: Banking,   Health of Banks ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 (tiga) faktor penilaian dalam menganalisis tingkat kesehatan bank, meliputi faktor Risk Profile (Profil Risiko) dengan rasio NPL dan LDR, faktor Earning (Rentabilitas) dengan rasio ROA dan NIM, faktor Capital (Permodalan) dengan rasio CAR. Faktor GCG tidak dianalisis karena menyangkut kerahasiaan bank. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. selaku Bank milik pemerintah yang memiliki aset terbesar, diukur berdasarkan rasio NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM dan CAR mendapatkan Peringkat Komposit 1 dengan predikat “sangat sehat”. Hal tersebut mencerminkan kondisi PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. yang dinilai sangat mampu menghadapi pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari perubahan kondisi bisnis dan faktor eksternal lainnya, namun apabila terjadi kelemahan maka dapat dikatakan secara umum kelemahan tersebut tidak signifikan. Abstract

This reseаrch is intended to know the difference of performаnce. Liquidity rаtio, аctivity rаtio, leverаge rаtio аnd rаtio. The type of this reseаrch is descriptive reseаrch with quаntitаtive аpproаch, the sаmple used in this reseаrch аre two compаnies listed in Indonesiа Stock Exchаnge аnd do the аcquisition thаt hаs been published finаnciаl report period 2010-2015. Dаtа аnаlysis used in this reseаrch is finаnciаl rаtio , normаlizаtion test, аnd different test t. The results showed thаt compаrison of finаnciаl results of the compаny before аnd аfter the аcquisition is not significаnt between before аnd аfter the аcquisition with а fаult rаte of 0.05. While, Different test results from the overаll finаnciаl rаtios of PT. Xl Аxiаtа., Tbk used to compаre the compаny's finаnciаl performаnce before аnd аfter the аcquisition, the previous discussion, shows the results of most test different vаlue results thаt аre smаller thаn the 0.05 level of significаnce. The results of this experiment cаn be seen the compаrison between the performаnce thаt occurred between before аnd аfter the аcquisition with а fаult rаte of 0.05. Xl Аxiаtа.,Tbk yаng digunаkаn untuk membаndingkаn kinerjа keuаngаn perusаhааn sebelum dаn sesudаh аkuisisi, sebаgаimаnа pembаhаsаn yаng sebelumnyа, menunjukkаn bаhwа hаsil dаri sebаgiаn besаr uji bedа memperoleh nilаi signifikаsi yаng lebih kecil dаri tingkаt signifikаnsi 0,05. Sehinggа dаri hаsil pengujiаn tersebut dаpаt diketаhui bаhwа perbаndingаn kinerjа keuаngаn perusаhааn sebelum dаn sesudаh аkuisisi terdаpаt perbedааn yаng signifikаn аntаrа sebelum dаn sesudаh melаkukаn аkuisisi dengаn tingkаt kesаlаhаn sebesаr 0,05. Abstract

The research of this study was to explain of occupational Health and Safety program (K3), work motivation and performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP East Java and Bali II, the influence of K3 program on employee motivation, the influence of K3 program on employee performance, the influence of work motivation on employee performance. Research method with quantitative approach through survey method. The independent variables are the safety plan (X1), the occupational health plan (X2). The intervening variable of work motivation (Y1) and dependent variable is employee performance (Y2). Sample used 51 respondents. The result of the research is known that K3 program has been implemented well. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program has a significant effect on employee work motivation. (K3) program has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation of work have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the determinants of FDI in Asian emerging market period 2011-2015. The framework was formulated into three groups with seven independent variables, ie Economic Conditions (Market Size and Trade Opennes); Host Country Characteristics (Tax Rate, Interest Rate and Infrastructure) and MNE Strategies (Political Risk and Human Capital). The type of research used is quantitative explanatory research with panel data of nine Asian countries based on purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis used is panel data regression. The results showed that simultaneously, the framework of determinant FDI significantly influenced the inflow of FDI into Asian emerging markets with Fstat of 70,67 and R2 of 0.96. Partially, Market Size, Trade Openness and Infrastructure have a positive and significant influence on FDI. Tax Rate has a negative influence as a determinant factor inhibiting FDI inflows. While Interest Rate, Political Risk and Human Capital have no significant influence on FDI. Based on result could be inferenced that the framework of determinant FDI which has formulated be able to explain the inflow of FDI in Asian emerging markets. Of the three groups of determinants, MNE Strategies is the weakest model because the two variables have no significant influence on FDI. Keywords: Determinan FDI, Emerging Market, MNE Strategies ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berusaha menyelidiki determinan FDI di emerging market Asia periode 2011-2015. Model yang dirumuskan terbagi menjadi tiga kelompok dengan tujuh variabel independen yaitu Economic Conditions (Market Size dan Trade Opennes); Host Country Characteristics (Tax Rate, Interest Rate dan Infrastructure) dan MNE Strategies (Political Risk dan Human Capital). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data panel yang digunakan adalah sembilan negara emerging market Asia berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, model determinan FDI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap masuknya FDI ke emerging market Asia nilai F hitung > F tabel (70,67366 > 2,27) dan Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,96. Secara parsial, Market Size, Trade Openness dan Infrastructure berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap FDI. Tax Rate berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan sebagai faktor penghambat arus masuk FDI. Sedangkan Interest Rate, Political Risk dan Human Capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap FDI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model determinan FDI yang dirumuskan mampu menjelaskan arus masuk FDI ke emerging market Asia. Dari ketiga kelompok determinan FDI, MNE Strategies merupakan model yang paling lemah, karena kedua variabelnya tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap FDI. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of collectively individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership to the company's non-financial performance, to know the effect simultaneously between individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership on the performance of non-financial companies, and to determine the partial influence between individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership to the performance of non-financial companies. This research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this study are all advertising and advertising companies registered at the Association of Advertising Malang, amounting to 43 companies. The sampling technique used is total sampling or sample saturated thus the sample of a number of population research that is 43 companies registered at the Association Advertising Malang. Sources of data were obtained from primary data by spreading questionnaires and secondary data with documentation. АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership terhadap kinerja non-financial perusahaan, mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan antara individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership terhadap kinerja non-financial perusahaan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership terhadap kinerja non-financial perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan periklanan dan advertising yang terdaftar pada Asosiasi Advertising Malang yang berjumlah 43 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling atau sampel jenuh dengan demikian sampel penelitian sejumlah populasi yaitu 43 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada  Asosiasi Advertising Malang. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner dan data sekunder dengan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 20.0. Abstract

Travel destinations today is being a public concern because of its benefits for the state and for every individual. Sustainability and success of tourism destinations don’t forget to be supported by a marketing mix to maintain the existence of tourism itself. Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling is one of the destinations that exist in Malang with a variety of rides and facilities available. In connection with the marketing mix, then the application of the marketing mix will be able to attract visitors to make a visit to Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The independent variables are Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), Promotion (X4), People (X5), Process (X6), and Physical Evidence (X7) while the dependent variable is the Decision of Visiting (Y). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis showed that variables significantly influence marketing mix together and partially to the decision to visit. The test results showed a significant effect of the variable product, place, promotion, and physical evidence to be dominated by variable promotion. While other variables that place, people, and the process does not significantly influence the decision to visit. Keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan tujuan pariwisata tidak lupa didukung oleh bauran pemasaran untuk mempertahankan eksistensi pariwisata itu sendiri. Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling merupakan salah satu destinasi yang berada di Malang dengan berbagai wahana dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Berkaitan dengan bauran pemasaran, maka penerapan bauran pemasaran jasa diharapkan mampu untuk menarik minat pengunjung dalam melakukan kunjungan ke Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), Promotion (X4), People (X5), Process (X6), dan Physical Evidence (X7) sedangkan variabel terikat adalah Keputusan Berkunjung (Y). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan variabel bauran pemasaran jasa berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan dari variabel product, place, promotion, dan physical evidence dengan didominasi oleh variabel promotion. Sedangkan variabel lainnya yakni place, people, dan process tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.
