Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of changes in exchange rates, inflation, and the production of Indonesian footwear on the volume of Indonesian footwear exports for the 2012-2017 period. The independent variables in this study were Exchange Rate (X1), Inflation (X2), and Production (X3) with the of Indonesian Footwear Export (Y) as the dependent variable. The data of this descriptive study is the of Indonesian footwear exports of the 2012-2017 period. The data used in this study was obtained from the official website of Badan Pusat Statistik (Central Statistics Agency), Bank Indonesia, and Asosiasi Persepatuan Indonesia (Indonesian Footwear Association). In analysing the data, the researcher used multiple linear regression statistical analysis. Based on the results of the study, the determination coefficient (R2) reached a peak of 0.507, which means that the independent variables, namely Exchange Rate, Inflation and Production, affected 50.7% of the variable bound to the volume of Indonesian footwear exports. Other variables unexamined in this study explained the remaining 48.3%. Simultaneous test results (F test) showed that the contemporaneous Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, and Production of Indonesian Footwear has a significant effect on the Export Realization of Indonesian Footwear. On the other hand, the partial test results (t-test) indicated that the Rupiah Exchange Rate and Inflation variables did not have a significant effect on the Export Realization of Indonesian Footwear. Conversely, the Indonesian Footwear Production variable has a significant impact on the Indonesian Footwear Export Realization. Keywords: Rupiah Exchange Rates, Inflation, Production АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perubahan nilai tukar, inflasi serta produksi alas kaki Indonesia terhadap ekspor alas kaki Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Tukar (X1), Inflasi (X2), dan Produksi (X3) dengan variabel terikat yaitu Ekspor Alas Kaki Indonesia (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Data penelitian ini adalah volume ekspor alas kaki Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2017. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia dan Asosiasi Persepatuan Indonesia. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,507 yang berarti bahwa variabel bebas Nilai Tukar, Inflasi, dan Produksi mempengaruhi sebesar 50.7% variabel terikat ekspor alas kaki Indonesia dan sisanya 48.3% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji Simultan (uji F), menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Tukar Rupiah, Inflasi, dan Produksi Alas Kaki Indonesia secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Ekspor Alas Kaki Indonesia sedangkan hasil uji parsial (uji t), menunjukkan bahwa variabel Nilai Tukar Rupiah dan Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Ekspor Alas Kaki Indonesia. Sebaliknya, variabel Produksi Alas Kaki Indonesia memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Ekspor Alas Kaki Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Nilai Tukar Rupiah, Inflasi, Produksi

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and explain the impact of Food Quality and Service Quality towards Customer Satisfaction. Independent variables used in this research are Food Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2), the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction (Y). This research is a quantitative research using explanatory research as the research method. Population of this research are TERA Coffee & Resto’s customers, with total sample of 118 respondents, with non probability sampling used as method for determining the sample. Data analysis method used in this research are descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression. Coefficient of determination value of the independent variables showed 62% as the result of adjusted R2 which means as much as 62% of Customer’s Satisfaction (Y) will be affected by the independent variables. The t test of this research showed that Food Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) has a significant impact towards Customer’s Satisfaction (Y). The F test of this research showed that the sig F (0,000) < = 0,05, meaning the independent variables, Food Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) together has a significant impact towards the dependent variable, Customer’s Satisfaction (Y). Keywords: food quality, service quality, customer satisfaction АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kualitas Makanan dan Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di TERA Coffee & Resto Bekasi. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Makanan (X1) dan Kualitas Layanan (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen TERA Coffee & Resto. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 118 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Koefisien determinasi variabel Kualitas Makanan (X1) dan Kualitas Layanan (X2) menunjukkan hasil adjusted R2 sebesar 62%, yang berarti variabel independen memiliki pengaruh sebesar 62% terhadap variabel dependen. Berdasarkan uji t pada penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Makanan (X1), dan Kualitas Layanan (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Sedangkan uji F pada penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa sig F (0,000) <  = 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel Kualitas Makanan (X1) dan Kualitas Layanan (X2) bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Abstract

Businesses have various types and types, one of which is a business engaged in services, namely hospitals. The hospital has the necessary pharmaceutical installations to serve the sale of pharmaceutical supplies for its patients. The process of managing an installation requires a system. The accounting system in the company is very closely related to internal control. This study aims to determine the application of the accounting system for purchasing pharmaceutical supplies and to find out whether the application of the RSIA Puri Bunda pharmaceutical supplies system in Malang City has been supported by adequate internal control. This research is a descriptive study with a case study approach. The focus of research includes the purchasing accounting system consisting of functions related to the purchasing accounting system, documents used in the purchasing accounting system, accounting records used in the purchasing accounting system, network of procedures that make up the purchasing accounting system, and in the research focus which includes elements internal control elements consist of an organizational structure that strictly separates functional responsibilities, a system of authority and recording procedures, sound practices, employees whose quality is in accordance with their responsibilities. Rumah sakit memiliki instalasi farmasi yang diperlukan guna melayani penjualan perbekalan farmasi bagi pasiennya. Proses pengelolaan instalasi farmasi diperlukan sebuah sistem. Sistem akuntansi yang ada dalam perusahaan sangat erat kaitannya dengan pengendalian intern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem akuntansi pembelian perbekalan farmasi dan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan sistem perbekalan farmasi RSIA Puri Bunda Kota Malang telah didukung pengendalian intern yang memadai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Fokus penelitian mencakup sistem akuntansi pembelian terdiri dari fungsi-fungsi yang terkait dengan sistem akuntansi pembelian, dokumen yang digunakan dalam sistem akuntansi pembelian, catatan akuntansi yang digunakan dalam sistem akuntansi pembelian, jaringan prosedur yang membentuk sitem akuntansi pembelian, serta  dalam fokus penelitian yang mencakup unsur-unsur pengendalian intern terdiri dari struktur organisasi yang memisahkan tanggung jawab fungsional secara tegas, sistem wewenang dan prosedur pencatat, praktik yang sehat, karyawan yang mutunya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya. Abstract

Human resources are the main assets in an organization because human resources are a part that drives the organizational system in achieving organizational goals . This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Training on Employee Performance with Creativity as an Intervening Variable . This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Variables in this study include job training , creativity and employee performance. Hypothesis (1) there is a significant influence between job training on creativity, (2) there is a significant influence between job training on employee performance, (3) there is a significant effect between creativity on employee performance, (4) there is an influence of job training on employee performance with creativity as an intervening variable . This research reaches all employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kawi Branch Office Malang with a total sample of 60 employees. Data obtained directly from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data analysis included descriptive analysis and path analysis ( path ) were processed using SPSS version 25. Results of analysis late that Training has a positive and significant impact Creativity, Job Training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, creativity has a positive influence and significant on Employee Performance, and Creativity mediating the relationship between Job Training and Employee Performance. Pеnеlitiаn ini bеrtujuаn untuk mеngаnаlisis pеngаruh Pеlаtihаn Kеrjа tеrhаdаp Kinеrjа Kаryаwаn dеngаn Krеаtivitаs sеbаgаi Vаriаbеl Intеrvеning. Jеnis pеnеlitiаn ini аdаlаh pеnеlitiаn pеnjеlаsаn (еxplаnаtory rеsеаrch) dеngаn pеndеkаtаn kuаntitаtif. Vаriаbеl dаlаm pеnеlitiаn ini mеliputi pеlаtihаn kеrjа, krеаtivitаs dаn kinеrjа kаryаwаn.  Hipotеsis (1) tеrdаpаt pеngаruh yаng signifikаn аntаrа pеlаtihаn kеrjа tеrhаdаp krеаtivitаs, (2) tеrdаpаt pеngаruh yаng signifikаn аntаrа pеlаtihаn kеrjа tеrhаdаp kinеrjа kаryаwаn, (3) tеrdаpаt pеngаruh yаng signifikаn аntаrа krеаtivitаs tеrhаdаp kinеrjа kаryаwаn, (4) tеrdаpаt pеngаruh pеlаtihаn kеrjа tеrhаdаp kinеrjа kаryаwаn dеngаn krеаtivitаs sеbаgаi vаriаbеl intеrvеning. Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain: (1) partial influence of the variabel of perceived value, health consciousness, and food safety concern on intention to buy organic food; simultaneous influence of the variable of perceived value, health consciousness, and food safety concern on intention to buy organic food. This research used survey method type with quantitative approach. The sample used in this study consist of 116 respondents who are aged at least 18 years in Malang City by using purposive sampling. Data collection method used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that: (1) variable Perceived Value (X1) have significant effect on intention to buy organic food (Y), (2) variable Health Consciousness (X2) have significant effect on intention to buy organic food (Y), (3) variable Food Safety Concern (X3) have significant effect on intention to buy organic food (Y), (4) Perceived Value, Health Consciousness, and Food Safety Concern have a mutual influence on the variable intention to buy organic food (Y) Keyword:  Perceived Value, Health Consciousness, Food Safety Concern, Intention to Buy Organic Food АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan: (1) pengaruh secara parsial variabel persepsi nilai, kesadaran kesehatan, dan kepedulian keamanan pangan terhadap niat beli makanan organik; (2) pengaruh secara simultan persepsi nilai, kesadaran kesehatan, dan kepedulian keamanan pangan terhadap niat beli makanan organik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 116 orang responden yang berusia minimal 18 tahun di Kota Malang menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) variabel Persepsi Nilai (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli makanan organik (Y), (2) variabel Kesadaran Kesehatan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli makanan organik (Y), (3) variabel Kepedulian Keamanan Pangan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli makanan organik (Y), (4) variabel Persepsi Nilai (X1), Kesadaran Kesehatan (X2), dan Kepedulian Keamanan Pangan (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap niat beli makanan organik (Y). Abstract

This study aims to test and explain the effect of Service Recovery on Customer Satisfaction on Customers of PDAM Malang City. The independent variable in this study is Service Recovery (X). The dependent variable in this study is Customer Satisfaction (Y). This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 115 Customers of PDAM Malang City who have filed complaints. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that the independent variable Service Recovery (X) affected the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction (Y). This is indicated by the probability value t (0,000) < α = 0.05. The contribution of the independent variable can be seen from the regression coefficient of 24.3%. While the remaining 75.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect between the independent variable Service Recovery (X) on the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction (Y). АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh Service Recovery terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Pelanggan PDAM Kota Malang. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Service Recovery (X). Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas Service Recovery (X) berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas t (0,000) < α = 0,05. Besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas dapat diketahui dari nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 24,3%. Sedangkan sisanya 75,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas Service Recovery (X) terhadap variabel terikat Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Kata Kunci: Service Recovery, Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest natural rubber producers in the world. The fluctuating development of the world's natural rubber industry is indicated by the unstable world price of natural rubber, which has an impact on the total value of Indonesia's natural rubber exports to trading partner countries. This study aims to determine the differences between world natural rubber prices and the total value of Indonesia's natural rubber exports to the United States, Japan, and China before and after the adoption of the Agreed Export Tonnage Scheme policy for the period of May 2015 - December 2016. Data used in this study is a time series, monthly data from the period May 2015-December 2016 obtained from Worldbank and Trademap. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a comparative method. Analysis of the data used in this study uses descriptive statistical analysis and normality test, while for hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t-test. The results showed no significant difference between the world price of natural rubber, TSR, RSS, and the total value of Indonesia's natural rubber exports to the United States, Japan, and China before and after the adoption of the Agreed Export Tonnage Scheme policy. Abstract

The purposes of this research are to examine and explain the effect of Perceived Complaint Handling Quality on Complaint Handling Satisfaction. The variables in this research consist of the Perceived Complaint Handling Quality and Complaint Handling Satisfaction. The criteria of populations in this research are IM3 Ooredoo customers aged 19 to 37 years old, have used IM3 Ooredoo product at least for a year and have complained on the official Twitter account of Indosat Ooredoo (@IndosatCare) through mention or direct message and received a response from the Indosat provider. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the method of collecting data through an online questionnaire to 116 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the Perceived Complaint Handling Quality has a positive and significant effect on Complaint Handling Satisfaction. Keywords: Perceived Complaint Handling Quality, Complaint Handling Satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh Perceived Complaint Handling Quality terhadap Complaint Handling Satisfaction. Variabel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari Perceived Complaint Handling Quality dan Complaint Handling Satisfaction. Kriteria populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan IM3 Ooredoo berusia 19 sampai 37 tahun, telah menggunakan produk IM3 Ooredoo minimal 1 tahun dan pernah mengajukan komplain di akun Twitter resmi Indosat Ooredoo (@IndosatCare) melalui mention atau direct message dan mendapat respon dari provider Indosat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online kepada 116 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Complaint Handling Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Complaint Handling Satisfaction. Abstract

The bank faces various risks that can be a barrier to increase profitability. This undeniable risk is a risk originating from external factors of the bank. These external risks or can be called macroeconomics risks are include interest rate risk, inflation risk and exchange rate risk. This research aim to determine how significant the effect of interest rate risk, inflation risk and exchange rate risk by partially and simultaneously on profitability by using multiple linier regression analysis on private national foreign exchange banking company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2018. Types of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research is using data from period 2014-2018 with total sampels of 19 banks. Result of this research indicate that; 1) interest rate risk and inflation risk in partially are not effect on profitability; 2) exchange rate risk in partially is negatively effect on profitability; 3) interest rate risk, inflation risk and exchange rate risk in simultaneously are positively effect on profitability. АBSTRАK Bank menghadapi berbagai risiko yang dapat menjadi penghalang untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas. Risiko yang tidak dapat dipungkiri ini merupakan risiko yang berasal dari faktor eksternal bank. Risiko eksternal ini atau bisa disebut risiko yang berasal dari makroekonomi antara lain risiko suku bunga BI, risiko inflasi dan risiko nilai tukar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko suku bunga BI, risiko inflasi dan risiko nilai tukar secara parsial dan simultan terhadap profitabilitas yang ditunjukkan dengan rasio ROA (Return to Asstet) dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa (BUSN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data tahun 2014-2018 dengan jumlah sampel 19 BUSN. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) risiko suku bunga BI dan risiko inflasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas; 2) risiko nilai tukar secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas; dan 3) risiko suku bunga BI, risiko inflasi, dan risiko nilai tukar berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas. Kata Kunci: Risiko Suku Bunga BI, Risiko Inflasi, Risiko Nilai Tukar, Profitabilitas, Return On Asset.

Abstract

Thіs rеsеarch aіmеd to dеtеrmіnе thе sіgnіfіcant іnfluеncе of (1) Work Capabіlіty on Organіzatіonal Commіtmеnt, (2) Work Motіvatіon on Organіzatіonal Commіtmеnt, (3) Work Capabіlіty on Еmployее Pеrformancе, (4) Work Motіvatіon on Еmployее Pеrformancе, (5) Organіzatіonal Commіtmеnt to  Еmployее pеrformancе. Thе typе of thіs rеsеarch was еxplanatory rеsеarch wіth a quantіtatіvе approach.  Thе samplіng tеchnіquе usеd sіmplе random samplіng wіth a total samplе of 90 rеspondеnts.  Analysіs of thе data іn thіs rеsеarch usеd path analysіs whіch was assіstеd by a computеr program SPSS v 23.00 for wіndows.  Data analysіs mеthod usеd іn thіs rеsеarch was to sprеad thе rеsеarch quеstіonnaіrе. Thе rеsults of thіs rеsеarch showеd that Work Abіlіty had a sіgnіfіcant іnfluеncе on Organіzatіonal Commіtmеnt of 0.440, Work Motіvatіon had a sіgnіfіcant іnfluеncе on Organіzatіonal Commіtmеnt as much as 0.502, Work Abіlіty had a sіgnіfіcant іnfluеncе on Еmployее Pеrformancе as much as 0.199, Work Motіvatіon had a sіgnіfіcant іnfluеncе on Еmployее Pеrformancе as much as 0.202, Organіzatіonal Commіtmеnt had a sіgnіfіcant іnfluеncе on  Еmployее Pеrformancе as much as 0.463.
