Abstract

PT. X is a company that specializes in the production of iron pipe, which has several divisions to run the operations of the company. Currently the company have an information system to support multiple business processes. That existing information systems still has many shortcomings because it is still not well integrated. The information system is only to support the accounting process and  buying and selling process. Other business processes still using the recording using the Microsoft Excel application. Therefore, analysis and design of enterprise architecure for PT. X will be carried out in this paper. That process use Enterprise Architecture Planning framework. Analysis and designing process begins with understanding the companys business model and strategy. After that, it will continue with the comparison condition information technology to the problems and needs of the future information technology in the company. Then it will continue with data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture design that is consistent with the objectives, strategies, and business processes. The design of data architecture will deliver several company’s sub-systems, such as Purchasing Sub System, Finance and Accounting Sub System, Sales Sub System, Warehouse Sub System, Production Sub Systems, and Personnel Sub System. The design of applications architecture will deliver several applications that support sub-systems that have delivered in data architecture design. The main application is Purchasing Information Systems, Finance and Accounting Information Systems, Sales Information Systems, Warehouse Information Systems, Production Information Systems, and Personnel Information Systems. These applications will be supported by additional applications, such as data provider that serves as a communication tool in the process of exchanging data between applications using a client/server architecture pattern.

Abstract

XYZ Shuttle service is a company that works in transportation service area and also one of the alternative transportations that can be used to pick and drop people to their destinations. XYZ Shuttle Service is shuttle service which have 2 types of services, one is request service where the user can order the shuttle to pick them up according to the address requested and will take the user to the requested destination address. The other service are regular service where the user will be picked up and delivered every day based from the order. One of the shuttle service company is XYZ shuttle service. Now, XYZ shuttle service still keep the order record in manual system, where the user is still using telephone to order the service. Because of that, sometimes the order record is not too accurate. Therefore, it need an information system to help and reduce the weaknesses of the manual system.This application of XYZ shuttle service based on Android is intended to help the user can order the shuttle service more easy and faster. This application will be built using HTML, Javascript, PHP language which will be converted into mobile application using Eclipse. This mobile application will also help user to identify the driver who will pick-up the user. It will help facilitate the pick-up process. Besides being able to assist in order shuttle service, this application also helps shuttle service company to record and process the order more quickly and accurately so it will help in the pick-up process. The manual system analysis process is conducted by survey to shuttle services.Based on test results, this application run well on some devices such as Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), Android 4.4 (Kitkat). The application can run the order service function, send the notification, view the order data, and display driver identity so make user to obtain information about the driver is run pretty well.

Abstract

XYZ High School is a private high schools that was founded in 1959 and has more than 500 students. On daily basis, XYZ high school conducts the recording and sharing of data manually. Since the recording is done manually, XYZ High School’s paper usage is considerably high and often it finds difficulties in finding data because they are stored in the non digital-archive . This thesis developed web and mobile devices - based application acting as a service system that provides information related to students and teachers .This service system has features to display information about the academic data such as the student’s score and the teaching materials that can be downloaded by the students, and the non-academic data such as personal information of students, personal information of teachers, class schedule, announcements, and information about violations committed by students.The test results show that the system can help the student to search the information and operate well in a variety browsers and Android devices

Abstract

Human Resource Module is one of the modules owned by Odoo. One of the feature of this module is payroll. However, the features is not in accordance with the needs of companies in Indonesia in general. This causes the payroll system in Odoo not suitable to be implemented directly in the company.To solve these problems, author develop the payroll system in Human Resource module in Odoo. The development of this system is preceded by designing and analyze the payroll system at PT X. It also conducted a review of the Act and other regulations relating to payroll system in Indonesia.The end result of this development are additional features and adjustment on payroll. The testing is done by implementing this system in company X.

Abstract

PT. Sarana Agung Sejahtera is a company that sold AC sparepart and AC service. This company wish to develop a new system, because had a difficulty in dealing with administrative issues because its operation is still manual, e.g. the sale and purchase transactions, preparing reports and other expenditures problem. Thus allow for errors in the calculation of sales and purchases and this can be troublesome if carried every day.Based on the problem faced by PT. Sarana Agung Sejahtera, application is made to support them. The application can process purchasing, sales order, selling, stock opname, debit and credit payment. To design the DFD of the new applications Microsoft Visio was used, and ERD application use Power Designer 15.3. This application was made using Code Igniter Framework and PostgreSQL as the database storage.The result of the application showed that this application can take notes of purchasing transactions and sales can be done according to the structure and computerize and also complemented with stock card using First In First Out (FIFO) method. Otherwise, with this application, owner can know some reports, e.g. stock card, general journal, purchasing journal, sales journal, stock position report, service report, employees report, customer reminder report, balance sheet, and income statement. This program help the transaction process with backdate feature which allows owner insert the transactions from the past time.

Abstract

Saint Augustinus Senior High School (SMAK) is a excellent private high school in the Kediri municipality. SMAK currently has 837 students, divided in 24 classes with 40 teachers and 23 employees. This school continues to make progress from year to year with improved governance and activities that support the achievement of the vision and mission of the school. One way to do and made for improved governance is in integrating the data as needed, so that the school can make good decisions and correctly in achieving its vision and mission. By using a balanced scorecard, the school may conduct performance measurement is to help improve the quality of future later. Respondents in this analysis amounts to 80 students and 20 teachers and employees. The method adopted is preparing questionnaires, distributing questionnaires, analyze the results of the questionnaire, and make decisions. Research performance measurement is based on four perspectives of the balanced scorecard.

Abstract

The concept of Internet of Things (IoT) where an inanimate object connects to internet network, made this technology concept very popular nowadays. Supported by famous technologies such as Arduino and Android, which makes combination of these three things able to give added benefits to the users. Application of these three, in the scope of vending machine is very appropriate given that there is a big market opportunity for vending machine especially in Indonesia. With those in mind, an idea to make an integrated vending system that consist of vending machines where its management and purchasing application resides within an Android application is created. This system, intended to give users such as managerials and customers a benefits and ease of use.Vending system is designed as is using Android programming, Arduino programming and server configuration so that it can meet the needs of a system that integrated on to another in the scope of IOT concept. The testing process of this system is managed through the functions of product, user, vending machine and promo data management so that the vending machine can runs as desired.The outcome of the combination of this IOT concept, Arduino Android technology and MySQL server is an interconnected system through internet network that consist of 3 parts. The first part is a server which acts like an intermediary medium between the other 2 parts. The second part is the physical vending machine that based on the Arduino technology. The last part is the management and purchasing application that based on the Android mobile technology.

Abstract

Sky High Tour & Travel Agency is a tour company and travel agency in the area of South Surabaya, which offers services in the field of Tourism. Sky High Tour & Travel Agency is planning to have a website that can be used as a user friendly, offers package tours & travel, leaving a message / note, and login to the customer so that it can make a reservation (reservation).This website is created by using the programming language PHP and MySQL as data storage / database. Website created based on company needs a way to find information and data through consultation / interview so that it can determine the scope of the company. The scope of the following: the reservation process, sales, login to the customer who registers as a member, leave a note / FAQ that has been provided and a website that is user friendly for customers.The test results of the application shows that these websites can automatically process administrative data directly related to the reservation and sales process. Reports generated applications reached 75% of respondents in accordance with company requirements. The level of accuracy of the information and data reached 100% of respondents. While the benefits of an application to get the 100% of respondents.

Abstract

Vocabulary and grammar learning at junior highschool are the most important fundamental to improve student’s ability to understand English. Mastering vocabulary and grammar can make the students better and more fluent in speaking English. With the use of learning media, vocabulary and grammar learning for students will be more interesting and student’s results of learning will be increased.This learning website features various type of practices like drag and drop, swap words in sentence, match words and pictures and sound. Using the 2006 curriculum based course and with the source of 7th grade Junior Highschool teacher, this learning website is adjusted to the needs of 7th grade Junior Highschool students. Making of this website is using the PHP, HTML5 language and using the Facebook API to make the students easier to share their test results.Berdasarkan kuesioner yang di bagikan, desain tampilan serta bentuk latihan soal aplikasi ini dinilai sangat menarik, tetapi materi yang diberikan belum dipahami secara baik oleh siswa.The results obtained from the application that has been made are the design and features of this application can run well on several browser. Grammar and vocabulary practices feature on this application are easy to access and understand by the user. Based on questionnaires, the design and practices of this application is considered very interesting, but the provided courses has not been well understood by the students.

Abstract

Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system storing company’s transaction data. However, Odoo doesn't have a module for managing data. It takes a module for managing data into useful information.Based on the above problems, a module for data mining Market Basket Analysis is being designed. This module uses FP-Growth algorithm by utilizing the sales transaction data.For the testing, this module using data from X Supermarket. The final result of this module is an association rule from data mining process. The rule is shown in the form of narrative and graphics making them easier to understand
