Abstract

Currently, vehicles has become important for human life to go from one place to another place. Now there is a tool called Car DVR which is a tool for recording events during the trip in video form, but Car DVR which has a feature to record location data and good video result is relatively expensive.Therefore, in this thesis made an Android application that has functions such as Car DVR but equipped with GPS and live streaming. With this application user can record video complete with location data and map. This application also can be used to share traveling experiences to anyone else through the live video streaming along with the location data in real-time.The test results showed that this application is able to record videos with location data and map nicely. The accuracy of location data and map is affected by the quality of internal GPS Android. Live streaming feature requires a stable internet connection and upload speeds above 1 Mbps to get good result.

Abstract

PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk is a company engaged in the field of logistics services throughout the territory of Indonesia and reach the international sphere. The company divides its business portfolio into 4 lines, namely Samudera Shipping (shipping business), Samudera Agencies (agency business), Samudera Logistics (logistics business), and Samudera Terminal (port business) to deliver integrated transportation and logistics services, and one of branch office located in Surabaya which serving in the field of agency.For a large company with high-complexity business processes and assisted with information technology, the company must be able to provide services that match the business objectives to be achieved. Investment on information technology that has been applied, has not provided a firm guarantee for the company. There are other factors to consider, not just focusing on the use of information technology assets, but companies should focus on monitoring, maintaining, managing and ensuring that companies comply with relevant information technology regulations.Therefore, the researchers using domain of Monitor and Evaluate, to measure the maturity level of enterprise information technology based on monitoring, managing process and how far PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk comply with applicable information technology laws and external requirements.

Abstract

Instant Messaging named Telegram that was launched back in August 2013 became one of the IM apps that is widely used by the people around the world. One of the features that Telegram offers is its platform of its Application Programming Interface (API). One of the APIs being the Bot API is one of the majorly used features. One of the advantages of having a Bot is its reliability to deliver data to its users since it always operates without the limit of time. Nowadays movie show times are one of the necessities, being it accessible thru the web or an app is a bit of a hassle, hence this bot is developed to reduce the effort needed to get the movie show times. All the user need to do is to send a command and the bot will reply with the necessary information. All of this is made possible by using the programming language of Hypertext preprocessor (PHP).

Abstract

Currently, the development of technology has greatly advanced. With the development of technology, it can help people become more effective and more efficient. Business selling food is becoming a trend in all circles. It can be seen from the many social media accounts selling food online and offline. Location sellers dishes that sometimes being away from the residence buyer makes the buyer difficult to buy food. Associated with the development of technology and the business of buying and selling food is the current trend of buying and selling food made application that aims to facilitate the consumers to get the desired food effectively and efficiently. This application has four main parts: the buyer, the seller, courier, and admin. Features contained in this application is that users can register themselves online through the app, sellers can upload foods to be sold via the menu on the seller, the buyer can order culinary menu available through vendors who joined in the application, and courier mediates between the seller and the buyer so the buyer can get the buyer's order with ease. This application uses the Google API to get the seller's location closest to the buyer, calculate postage based on the distance between sellers and buyers, and to give directions so that the courier service can deliver orders from the seller to the buyer to make it easier.Overall, the application can run well. This application can be expected to mediate between lovers the Surabaya to enjoy the culinary menus from various sellers in Surabaya both restaurants, street food, the food online shop, food home industries.

Abstract

Information technology continues to grow along with the times. Technological advances also make the standard of service to customers to be different. Shop X is a business in the field of motor service services. Currently ordering service is still done by manual. This makes the initial service collection becomes longer because it is only done by one person, so it is necessary to change the ordering method to be online.Making motorcycle booking service applications aims to assist customers in ordering service vehicles without having to come to the garage. The application for the customer is made with android platform and uses java programming language, while the application for the admin is made with the website platform and using HTML, PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap programming languages.The result of making the application is the user can make vehicle booking service via Android without having to come to the workshop, the user can receive notification of vehicle re-service, and admin application can determine vehicle booking service quotas

Abstract

At this time many doctors appointment was made by telephone and it is less effective and practical. On the other hand there are many medical record dentistry is done manually. Entry data which is done manually often waste of time because the nurses had to find the archive file a particular patient's medical record. Additionaly, patients often lost or hard to find.Looking at the various problems that occurred from appointment to the medical record on the patient, this software is a system that can process  patient appointment data, and also record the patient's medical history. This software is created with the web-based program that uses PHP and MySQL as the database.The end result of this program is that users can perform an online appointment at a doctor's office specified in according with the schedule. Besides that, doctors can make record medical record online and history can be viewed online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memudahkan pemilik hewan peliharaan khususnya anjing untuk memberi makan hewan peliharaannya walaupun berada di tempat yang berbeda. Hal inilah yang memicu adanya pembuatan aplikasi mobile berbasis android untuk mengontrol alat makan tersebut yang telah dilengkapi oleh arduino beserta komponennya agar dapat melakukan automatisasi pemberian makanan. Pemakaian aplikasinya sederhana, cukup memasukkan hari, waktu, dan porsi yang diinginkan dalam menu di aplikasi dan pencet tombol simpan, maka data akan tersimpan di database dan akan dibaca oleh arduino. Ketika waktu arduino sama dengan waktu tersimpan di database, maka makanan akan otomatis keluar. Tetapi makanan yang keluar terkadang tidak sesuai dengan porsi yang kita inputkan karena adanya factor tertentu yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut.

Abstract

The use of smartphone technology to obtain or disseminate information in various activities of citizens is very rarely used. RT managers usually use the correspondence to give news of their citizens if they want to hold an event in their neighborhood. Letters distributed to residents, usually only in the form of agenda, place and time of implementation. Not infrequently, residents who receive letters long-time terebut forget the agenda that has been planned by the RT management. Due to a written letter that is only informative and not as a media reminders / reminder of the event.The process of making this program is equipped with Java and PHP as programming languages, MySQL as database, Android Studio and Sublime which is used to display the source code of programming language and web browser as media to display website which have been made in Sublime.The results obtained from the applications that have been made, among others, the making of citizen activities and citizens' appeal made by the chairman of the household, monthly financial reports made by the treasurer, and opinions of citizens who can be used to share opinions among all citizens. And also the notification and alarm activities to facilitate interaction among fellow citizens.

Abstract

Currently the technology is already highly developed. Any activity can be accessed using the Internet. Many jobs that use the Internet as a media campaign, media transactions, even as database storage, include for event organizers. Event organizer is a team that aims to help client organize the event who is too busy to organize the event. Problems in the event organizer, among others in attendance at the event which took place members, data members of the event organizer itself, setting events on the client and scheduling events that will take place.So that event organizers can arrange a better job application is made to handle data members, members scheduling, attendance of members, to the documentation on the website after the event. Applications created using PHP with Eclipse as a programming language. While the database used is MySQL and web server used is Apache.From the results of testing the application, it can be concluded that the application meets the problems in the event organizers, client can choose the package that has been available, or may determine its own form of the desired event, the leader can perform event notifications to the mobile members, and administrators can determine report an event organizer, and can do maintain event.

Abstract

Cloud computing is a new technology that is being hotly discussed by experts in information technology. Cloud computing technology is here to address the challenge of more efficient computing technologies. So an idea has come about to build a cloud system in the Petra Christian University’s computer laboratory. However implementing the cloud could interfere with the use of existing lab. The application aims to help the user manage the cloud system to run according to the desired schedule.The application development involved evaluation on the scheduling system, enhancement on the filter scheduler to accommodate a time schedule, and creation of the web-based user interface to manage the time schedule (in the form of a calendar).The application can restrict the OpenStack's instance deployment only on the time schedule allowed by the system administrator. In addition, the system scheduler has negligible latency (overhead), so that it will not affect the system scheduler’s performance.
