Abstract

Until now Gracia sprei store still uses manual recording for  every store administration activity  like sales , purchases and the bookkeeping process. This make Gracia Store Owners think that their system still less efficient and looking for more effective recording methods.Looking at the source of the problems, a web based accounting information system was created to assist the recording process. This system was created using php language and MySQL database.The results obtained from this design process are record of the master data, record of transaction process, recording of production process, recording of the mutation , financial statements consisting of ledgers, balance sheets and journals

Abstract

At this day, the IoT (internet of Things) has been become a trend that keep going in the middle of society. The expansion of IoT that happen really fast open many potency from the previous technology never seen before, including smart home. Smart home is a bunch of sensors that connect with each other and can be controlled through the internet to watch the condition inside or outside home. The purpose of smart home is to elevate the quality of live for the owner of the house with connecting the sensors and other smart object that can be controlled and accessed through mobile device or computer.It is the same with voice assistant that now is in fast developing state. In everyday life, it is common for use to interract with one of many voice assistant that already exist like Alexa from Amazon, Siri from Apple, Google's Assistant from Google and many more. This system can control the house with 2 microcontroller, which is Raspberry Pi 3 and Wemos D1 mini ESP8266. Both of microcontroller can be controlled with voice command and through website. For controlling using the voice command can be used by saying words that contains keywords to run the command. The voice command can be done with 5 Meters range from microphone. The user can also say the words with uncorrect grammar or uncorrect words as long as those words has keywords to run the command, the command will be run. After that this system can controll the device that has IR Receiver with using IR LED and command that already been stored. As long as the device can connect with relay or has IR Receiver, then the device can be controll by the system or the user from anywhere.

Abstract

Taxi in one of the public transportation that is widely used by people in all parts of the world. Over time, taxis have continued to grow until now online taxis have emerged. Taxis also develop in the dispatch function in installing drivers with requests from customers. As the function of installing drivers to this request develops, the parameters used to get matching results also   increase and the complexity increases. However, with the conditions that are increasingly developing, the matching process between drivers and customers is still required to use the least amount of time and resources and still produce optimal results.  So from this, in this matching process a lot of progress was made in order to get the results of installing drivers to customers that can minimize time and distance.The application is made in Python programming language, Bootstrap 3 for the front end menu, and django as a framework. The Google Maps API is used to get time and distances and as a front end in the online map section. MySQL is used as a database to store simulation data.The final result of this program is an assignment simulation application between driver and passenger using two algorithms and 3 factors, that is time, distance and last trip by the driver. Simulation can display a comparison of the results of the assignment to facilitate the process of comparison of algorithms.

Abstract

The proses of making this information system includes data on stock items that function to store data items. Sales transactions serves to help sales transactions to customers. Purchase transactions function to help purchase transactions with suppliers. Transaction sales and purchase returns function to help return items that are not appropriate. Transaction reports serve to make it easier for owners to review data.This information system is built using the PHP programming language, and the database uses MySQL.Based on testing, the system can carry out transaction activities such as sales transactions, purchase transactions, returns transactions and sales report activities of UD. Abstract

Pharmacy X is a drug store that sells variety of drugs that have several pharmacy branches and one central pharmacy. However, each branch and center of the pharmacy have their own administration and server, which cause the central pharmacy is difficulty controlling. In addition, an increase and decrease in drug demand causes Pharmacy X difficulties in determining the right time to buy drugs. With this problem, we need a system that can predict sales for each drug in the future and a centralized system so that the central pharmacy can control the branch pharmacy. To predict the sales, one of the prediction methods is Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). ARIMA is a method of predicting using time series data from the previous period to predict future periods. For making a centralized information system using Slim Framework with PHP version 7 and using a MySQL database. The display of the system uses the HTML programming language, CSS, and Bootstrap. The results testing of the ARIMA method performed for each drug using R-Squared obtained 1.87% good accuracy, 35.06% medium accuracy, and 63.07% poor accuracy. Good accuracy is 1-0.5, accuracy is 0.5-0, and bad accuracy <0. For information systems the results are in accordance with the needs of the problem controlling the central pharmacy to the branch pharmacy. The synchronization feature makes it easy for central pharmacies to monitor sales and stock of goods at branch pharmacies.

Abstract

The ease and affordability of transportation causes many people totravel or travel to another area or city. Salty people will needinformation about where to eat. From the quality and quantity, sothe application is needed to fulfill the information.The application that will be created is to provide a recommendationfor Places to Eat based on the closest distance from the coordinatesdetected by GPS from the user's mobile phone. In addition, thisapplication provides information about places to eat such asmenus, locations and also provides rating of eating and eatingplaces, which is useful to help users take a decision.Based on the results of tests that have been done, the applicationcan read GPS and provide recommendations based on the closestdistance to the user. Users can provide detailed meal ratings anddining places that are useful to help in making decisions inchoosing where to eat.

Abstract

In Running of bussiness, supplier is one of the important components. Therefore, the right supplier selection will make the business process run smoothly. During this time the process carried out at the greensmart supermarket is still done manually. The manual process can lead to the selection of suppliers that are less appropriate for greensmart supermarkets. This can have a negative effect on greensmart supermarkets which can suffer from time and material losses.With these problems, a system is needed to help greensmart supermarket owners choose suppliers. This system will provide an alternative decision for greensmart supermarket owners in choosing suppliers for goods that are supplied by the package. For the method to be used is the analytical network process. This method was chosen because it can handle the problem of relations between sub criteria. This method works by calculating user input in the form of weight comparison and then processed to produce an eigen vector then entered into a matrix called unweighted supermatrix, then an unweighted supermatrix multiplication process will occur with a cluster matrix, a cluster matrix is a weight comparison of existing criteria then processed into an eigen vector and the final process is the process of calculating the limiting matrix which is the result of the appointment of the weighted supermatrix until the results of the same row then the results will be made into recommendations.For the results in this thesi it can be concluded that the program can produce effective results and is in accordance with the needs of the greensmart supermarkets. In addition, the ANP method can produce results that are quite effective but have a fairly difficult complexity.

Abstract

Plastic bottles and cans are anorganic waste that cannot be decomposed by bacteria naturally and take a long time decomposed. Until now, people awareness to care about the environment is still low. Even though waste sorting is very important before the waste recycling process. According to Kediri City Environment, Hygiene and Gardening Agency, waste such as plastic and cans require special treatment for the recycling process. Until now, the process of sorting waste is still done manually by humans. This process require a lot of energy, a long time and still cannot overcome the amount of the waste nowadays.This research uses Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method for object recognition. There have been other research about the classification of plastic waste. Both of studies only use plastic waste as the object. There is no studies yet about cans waste. Therefore, this research will carried out an introduction to plastic bottles and cans waste.Based on the result of the study, the activation function that suits the case is ELU. While using four convolutional layers, four max pooling layers, and three fully connected layers in total. This study uses 0.00001 for the learning rate, 0.8 for the dropout rate, and 50 times epoch. The result from test that were done by using this CNN model architecture is an accuracy rate of 86%.

Abstract

The development of a practical era makes humans more inclined to find a fast way to do something. The same thing when we want to record the expenses we have spent in the day, of course it takes time to do it. To solve this problem, you can use the application to read the receipt using the Android device's camera, the application can help to record expenses and categorize their expenses. To achieve this, it is necessary to do Optical Character Recognition which can be done using Tesseract-OCR. The results will be processed to get expenses, categories, and item names. To get maximum results, several stages of pre-processing are needed on the image to be used. The test is carried out with a scenary study and tried several cases, for example notes with dotted fonts, or notes that have many lines. The test results show that the OCR results from the Tesseract are very dependent on the pre-processing stage being carried out. Tesseract itself will experience a decrease in performance when processing images with dotted fonts. If the pre-processing stage cannot unite separate letters due to dots, the tesseract has a very drastic decrease in accuracy. Notes with multiple lines also reduce the performance of the tesseract. The results of the tesseract when conducting Handwritten Character Recognition are also affected by how the handwriting are written, if the handwriting is cursive or not neat, then the tesseract will have difficulty in carrying out the HCR process.

Abstract

Blood deficiency will be fatal for human body. However, human cannot create nor made blood, so therefore blood donor event is created to gather blood supplies. Blood donor is a voluntary Activity there is no exact amount of blood supplies to be known or predicted. For now, there are little to no media that help people to access the information around blood donor. That is why we need a system to predict potential amount of blood donors in the future and to provide information about blood donor activities.The application will cover two major thing, administrator website application and Android application for donors. Administrator website will be used to organize blood donor activities data. Android application will be used to provide information about blood donor activities to the user. The system can also predict potential donors using Support Vector Machine.The expected product of the program is a system that manage the blood donor activity. Any information about blood donor will be presented to the donors with the Android application. From the experiment and testing, the system can predict the amount of potential and not potential donors in a specific location at a specific time in a certain period.
