Abstract

Warehouse Inventory Picking Order is the process of taking or placing goods in the warehouse according to the demand list. This is an important process in a company, for example PT. XYZ, because it involves operational costs and can affect the customer satisfaction. Efficiency is needed, especially in the speed and accuracy of picking up or placing products in the warehouse. If the picking order process is efficient, the operational costs and  time required will be more efficient too.Unfortunately, this process is often done manually and becomes inefficient due to long and repetitive processes. To answer this problem, a web-based application was designed to determine the route for picking and placing products to minimize the travel distance by using the Discrete Symbiotic Organism Search Algorithm (SOS Algorithm) for discrete data. The final result is that the routing problem can be solved using SOS Algorithm for discrete data with an average distance reduction rate of 38.49% for 25 data.

Abstract

PT. Rajapaksi Adyaperkasa is specialized in footwear production, at this time the company is difficult to know the production time and overhead expenses quickly. This leads to sometimes incorrect decision-making as it turns out that the new model produced has higher cost and took longer to produce than expected, causing some loss to the company.This application was created using Visual Basic .Net 2010 programming language and SQL Server 2012 database. Time data that has been gathered are tested with IBM SPSS Software. Time data that has been validated is used as the main core of this applicationThe final result of this application development is the company can know the time and cost of production of the shoe model with only seeing the shoe example, and existing shoe model data can be developed for making order and view the production schedule plan.

Abstract

Taxi in one of the public transportation that is widely used by people in all parts of the world. Over time, taxis have continued to grow until now online taxis have emerged. Taxis also develop in the dispatch function in installing drivers with requests from customers. As the function of installing drivers to this request develops, the parameters used to get matching results also   increase and the complexity increases. However, with the conditions that are increasingly developing, the matching process between drivers and customers is still required to use the least amount of time and resources and still produce optimal results.  So from this, in this matching process a lot of progress was made in order to get the results of installing drivers to customers that can minimize time and distance.The application is made in Python programming language, Bootstrap 3 for the front end menu, and django as a framework. The Google Maps API is used to get time and distances and as a front end in the online map section. MySQL is used as a database to store simulation data.The final result of this program is an assignment simulation application between driver and passenger using two algorithms and 3 factors, that is time, distance and last trip by the driver. Simulation can display a comparison of the results of the assignment to facilitate the process of comparison of algorithms.

Abstract

CV. Elshaday Citra Sentosa is a company engaged in furniture / interior design. Before starting the furniture production process, checking the supply of raw materials and carrying out production planning is a must. At this time, the company still uses simple records for management planning, raw material requirements planning, production scheduling and production supervision / supervision.Based on these problems, the author designed a program to solve the company's problems in controlling the production process. For the program making process, system analysis and design are needed. System analysis and design is done by using data flow diagrams (DFD) and entity relationship diagrams (ERD). Furthermore, this program was created using HTML, Bootstrap, PHP, AJAX, Javascript and MySQL as a database.The result of the development of this program is that the company can know the planning of raw materials and the duration of production only by entering the specifications of the products ordered by customers. Furthermore, the company can record the work stages of a product, raw materials used to produce the product, along with the workforce on duty. The results of testing to users and questionnaires indicate that the features and calculations in the program is close to the result of manual calculation so that they can answer the needs of the company in conducting inventory management, planning, supervision, and production control.

Abstract

Online taxi is one of the developments in technology that is currently being used by the wider community. Online taxis also have positive impacts such as drivers and passengers can know each other's location accurately, passengers can see drivers and vehicle information accurately, and passengers can easily find transportation to travel to other places. However, in reality requests from passengers appear randomly in different locations, so we need an application that can optimize the assignment between drivers and passengers..Applications are made with the python, html, and javascript programming languages, with django as a framework, bootstrap 3 for the front end menu, the Google maps API to get time and distance, as well as the front end in the online map section, and mySQL as the database used.The end result of this application is an assignment for drivers and passengers using a web-based branch and bound algorithm that can minimize pickup costs and waiting times by calculating the total combination of mileage, travel time, and the number of trip drivers on an online taxi.

Abstract

Warehouse is an important element in logistic. Warehouse is place to keep raw material, work-in-process material, or finished goods. Warehouse is used to store goods so that it does not easily damaged. Technology is applied to make warehouse system more efficient. It is important for the owner to know what goods are stored in the warehouse or retail store. Incoming, outgoing, and transferred goods must be known to prevent profit loss. To fulfill orders from consumers and to maintain the number of stock items on the shelves in retail store, picking orders are carried out to pick up the items needed from the warehouse. Efficient picking orders can fill orders faster and complete more incoming orders. This application utilizes Harmony Search algorithm to do routing. Routing is made to do picking order at the warehouse to meet demand. The application can also display warehouse map visualizations to make it easier for users. In addition, the use of weight sensors on retail store shelves to detect stock on retail store shelves. Users can fulfill demands based on routes that have been calculated with the Harmony Search algorithm.

Abstract

Perusahaan “X” adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi makanan ringan atau kerupuk. Perusahaan menghasilkan jenis kerupuk yang diproduksi menggunakan beberapa jenis bahan baku. Saat ini, bagian pembelian sering mengalami kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam jumlah barang . Hal ini dikarenakan adanya kesalahan dalam perhitungan bahan baku di gudang dan tidak adanya estimasi kebutuhan produksi. Pembelian bahan baku yang sering salah mengakibatkan perusahaan harus melakukan perencanaan produksi ulang. Laporan dan pencatatan kartu stok juga dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat merencanakan produksi harian, rekomendasi pembelian, laporan pembelian, laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan dan laporan produksi. Sistem ini akan dibuat berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, JavaScript, dan AJAX serta menggunakan database MySQL. Sistem informasi ini akan dibagi menjadi beberapa hak akses yang memiliki fitur sesuai kebutuhannya.Hasil kuisioner tampilan program 33,3% responden memberikan nilai cukup dan 66,7% responden memberikan nilai baik, untuk kemudahan pemahaman program 66,7% responden memberikan nilai baik dan 33,3% memberikan nilai sangat baik, untuk kebutuhan yang dijawab oleh program 66,7% responden memberikan nilai baik dan 33,3% responden memberikan nilai sangat baik, dan untuk keseluruhan aplikasi 33,3% responden memberikan nilai sangat baik dan 66,7% responden memberikan nilai sangat baik.
