PT. Krakatau Karya Abadi, commonly known as the Super Application Startup, is a network of agents distributing necessities in small towns and remote areas. One of the divisions in Super Applications is the Product Manager division. The division is responsible for product planning and development. Products in the Product Manager division talk about applications and dashboard platforms used by management and super application users. The Product Manager Division will be directly responsible to the user for any development. When the product is released, a Product Manager will perform maintenance on the development and will fix if bugs or problems are found in the future.During the internship, the researcher completed several developments on the super application. In development, the method used is the waterfall method, where the work is carried out coherently from beginning to end.

The COVID-19 virus pandemic has spread throughout the world. This makes a lot of impact in all sectors. One of the impacts is in the education sector. Government policies are carried out to break the chain of the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Therefore, the government requires studying at home. The number of tasks that must be completed by students both individually and in groups causes a lot of burnouts. To reduce burnout, resources are needed as a buffer so that the burnout level can be reduced. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of learning demand with personal moderators and organization resources on burnout. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 74 Industrial Engineering students at Petra Christian University. After the data was collected, the researchers analysed descriptively and to determine the effect between variables using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of the study stated that learning demand had a significant positive effect on burnout. Personal Resources as a moderator is able to weaken the influence of learning demand on burnout. Organizational resources as moderators are not able to significantly weaken or strengthen the influence of learning demand on burnout.

PT. X is a company engaged in cosmetic plastic packaging products such as bottles, jars, powder packaging, lipstick packaging, etc. PT. X wants to increase the number of to be produced per man hour (TBP/MH) which was initially Rp. 170,000.00, to reach the target of Rp. 230,000.00 by increasing production leaders’ performance, namely the shift leaders and supervisors. This is because there are still many inputs about production problems that are not being watched by production leaders, causing production output not reaching TBP/MH target. This study uses the day in the life of (DILO) method to categorize and sort the daily activities of the shift leaders and supervisors. The results obtained are the shift leaders and supervisors are less in control of operators, and the number of non-value-added activities is greater than the value-added activities. This study proposed several daily schedules that have been adapted to the company's job description and increasing the time for value-added activities by eliminating non-value-added activities. This is done because the activities of the shift leaders and supervisors support operators and their production output, which also make return to the company's TBP/MH number. If proposed schedules are implemented, it will increase the value-added activity time by 18.79% to 44.03%.

Human Resource Development is a department that works in the field of legal documents and applies company regulations to employees. In addition, Human Resource Development also conducts evaluations for employees which are used to assess employee performance while working at a company. Every company has its own criteria and standards for assessing its employees and employee appraisal must be measurable by many criteria and must be balanced in its assessment between duties and responsibilities. PT. X has four assessment criteria, namely employee attendance, complying with company regulations, competence and cleanliness. Standards owned by the company must be specific according to employee competence and relevant to employee performance. Employee evaluation conducted by PT. X will be seen whether it is in accordance with the SMART method.

PT. Jindal Stainless Indonesia is a manufacturing company in the stainless steel industry which is currently in the process of making improvements to the 5S work culture. Improvements began in the workspace by designing a role model in workspace with 5S concept. 5S is a method originating from Japan that aims to organize and maintain an intensive work area. The design of the workspace role model with the 5S concept is carried out in the workspace of the SHE and HRD Department. The seiri stage is the activity of selecting and sorting items in each area of the workspace. The seiton stage is an activity to tidy up existing items. The seiso stage is an activity to clean the space and work area. The seiketsu stage is an activity of applying the 5S standard. The shitsuke stage is a 5S discipline activity. With the workspace role model that has been created, the implementation of 5S in other workspaces will be easier. The result of designing and implementing a workspace role model with the 5S concept is the existence of a workspace role model with the 5S concept that can be used as a reference in implementing 5S in the workspace.

This company has several production lines and make to order systems where production is conducted after consumer orders are received. The company uses formula calculations to find the estimated time required to complete each order. The result of production process time is used for decision making of selling price and time of order completion. Thus, it is important to do cycle time monitoring so this company can discover the cause of non-value added. This research was conducted by performing observation to obtain cycle time data. The retrieved data are processed to discover waste analysis. Improvements are given to each root of the problem that has the highest waste value. Those values belong to several activities such as picking up wood, waiting because the heating sheet is not ready, picking up tools, talking, and waiting because the expand machine is still in use. The proposed improvements for those activities are to make inventory buffers, update working instructions, alter operator tasks, expand machine training, reevaluate production targets, and provide trolly tools.

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has made real estate companies experience obstacles or difficulties in selling their properties, so they are more focused on promoting and marketing the company through an online system. This has an impact on increasing the work of marketing personnel because they focus more on online systems in promoting and marketing the company. This study aims to determine the level of burnout of marketing personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online in the form of a google form. Data processing was carried out using descriptive statistics and ANOVA to analyze the differences and calculate the burnout weights of workers in real estate companies. The level of heavy burnout consists of workers with the most female sex with staff positions aged 25-40 years. Most of the workers are married with 1 child. Education of graduates at most diploma-S1 majoring in business management, marketing, design, communication science, industrial engineering with a length of work < 6 years.

PT. X had the probem of low haulage productivity in 2021 where the target of 10 ritases per truk per day was often not achieved. The company has made improvements using the DMAIC method. This study aims to provide an analysis of the achievement, control, and development of productivity improvements in haulage trucking. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and company past data. Data processing was done by histograms, T statistical test, and control chart. From the results of the study, it is knon that the T-test shows that conditions before the repair have been validated and are not better than the conditions after the repair. The I-MR chart shows that the improvement after the repair process is stable and maintained within the existing UCL and LCL. Truck availability increased 7,15% to 92,44%. Driver availiability increased 3% to 94%. Ritase achievement increased by 25,01% to 12,15 ritase/truck.

In a manufacturing company, a production process is one thing that is very concerned. In a production process, there are activities that are classified as activities that do not add value to the product. This is called a non-value added activity. Therefore, analysis and improvement can help to reduce waste contained in the production process of making TWD-DHT-K002 products. The method used to analyze the existence of non-value added activities is value stream mapping. This method can help to map the actual production flow and can help classify activities that are value added and non-value added. The result of this research is a time comparison of value added, non-value added from before and after the proposal. The results obtained can be seen from the difference in Manufacturing Cycle Efficiency (MCE). MCE before the proposal was 0.40% while after the proposal was 0.41%. Then for the results of the comparison of the percentage before and after the proposed value added and non-value added on the TWD line, the value added increased by 7.82%. Non-value added decreased by 6.63% while for necessary non-value added decreased by 1.19%. While on line A3 for value added it increases by 1.52% and necessary non-value added decreases by 1.52%.

PT. X is a company engaged in the production of packaging such as compacts, bottles, tubes, and jars. The packaging produced will be used for packaging various kinds of cosmetics. During the production process this company experienced problems with high item rejects and downtime rates caused by workers doing many activities that did not provide added value (NVA), therefore the company wanted to improve the performance of workers. The purpose of this study is to provide an effort to improve the performance of the MTP Department using the Daily In The Life Of (DILO) method. The DILO method is used to analyze all the activities of a worker during his working hours. The DILO method is carried out in several stages including analysis of time composition, workload, and actual job description. The results obtained through the analysis where MTP workers have an average NVA activity value of 44.37% and the value of other items of 38.77%. From the results of the analysis, suggestions for improvement will be given by providing solutions to improve the performance of the MTP Department workers at IMM EBM
