Abstract

Association rule derivation has a role play in decision making process. The important step of Association rule derivation is identify the frequent item set, and make the association theorem of that item set. Association rule used to describe relation between the items in transactional data table or relational data. This research is done on purpose to find out the inhibiting factors of  national standard final exam of the student in elementary school (UASBN). The inhibiting factors are determined by seeing data relation of UASBN result in Metro city, the school status, student background and also their condition using association rule apriori algorithym method. Association rule method in this research use the minimum support 33% or 0.33 and minimum confidence 75% atau 0.75. As the result, it will be the inhibiting factors of national standard final exam of The student in elementary school.There are 3 factors, 1) School status, 2) Students’ Parents’ Occupation, 3) Students’ Parents’ salary.   Key word : UASBN, frequent, item set, association rule.

Abstract

The criteria a good government are clean government, transparent, capable to respond the changes effectively, capable to meet demand of public service, society concerns in whole country, reliable, trustworthy, affordable, and interactive. It necessary to harmonize and optimize human resource capacity, and minimize the possible obstacles of each regional to make the strategy and policy of the region in a large portion to respond technology development. So that, the regional autonomy goes along with the national goal. Analysis of harmonization including relation between government regulations about the minimum service standard, regional strategy and policy, and president instruction about development of e-government. Implementation of e-government is one of alternatives to manage regional government that can support government performance in order to adapt technology development. Abstract

Belfast city region has an area of ​​197.22 km2 with a total population of 881 801 inhabitants (census 2010), with jiwa/km2 4471,154 population density and population growth rate of 1.79% per year (lampung.bps.go.id). Increasing the number of residents in the city of Bandar Lampung is not followed by increments of land giving rise to problems, especially for housing residents. Topsis Fuzzy methods used to find a recommended ranking of housing alternatives for consumers in the housing selection decisions. Both of the test results and calculations with the Excel program, the alternative selected / recommended by Topsis seen from the low price, land area and building area is quite, and facilities using methods FMADM terpenuhi.Perhitungan Topsis compliance calculations obtained by the application program used for all criteria are calculated on TOPSIS after testing the application program. Abstract

Information found on museum_lampung in the form of object by the name of object, and also object function which in form of static text with small letter appearance and object object of museum static also, so that seen lose looks and is informative. Exploiting Of Technology of Augmented Reality used to develop a[n application which good for as supplementary information media at objects which there are in museum float in the form of text of virtual, object three ( 3) dimension, audio animation as well as video. Tools supporting this application is woke up among others use Artoolkitplus library software utilize to present information in the form of presented text by virtual, presented object threely ( 3) dimension and also in the form of animation. This application is also woke up by using Ianguage pemrograman of C++. used Marker assist to place model of virtual in real world by determining co-ordinate of marker relative to camera. This application is called by MULA-TAR abbreviation of Museum Lampung-Teknologi Augmented Reality.
