<![CDATA[PT. X is a company which operates in electronics and furniture financing. As a finance company, the major concern is how to get as many debtors who have a strong commitment to repay provided financing. Decision Support System is one of the uses of computer technology which is able to help in a decision making. The loan officers are required precision, accuracy and responsibility in determining the admissibility of such financing in order to the management of PT. X wills not loss. One way to determine a accepted or not accepted financing is by building up a system that can facilitate the management in assessing of feasibility of the filling of financing by debtors using Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani method. <![CDATA[Metro is a college of University of Muhammadiyah Muhammadiyah tingggi domiciled in the City Metro Lampung Province, including work areas Kopertis II Palembang. The current condition of Muhammadiyah University of Metro has 5 faculties and 18 courses. The bandwidth owned by the University of Muhammadiyah Metro is currently at 2 Mbps is used to serve the needs internet access at 5 faculties and 18 courses. Muhammadiyah University of Metro seeks to improve the quality of learning that is excellent service by using information technology which is using the Youtube site. From the results of research testing LUSCA Proxy Server, the time it takes the Internet network standard can be summed up as follows: (a) The absence of the network design and the absence LUSCA Internet Proxy Server at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro is causing Internet access to be slow so it takes Plan LUSCA Proxy Server to increase the speed of internet access. (b) Based on the results of this study concluded LUSCA Proxy Server is a technology solution to speed up Internet access, especially access youtube site at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro. (c) Based on calculations before and after the Proxy Server installed LUSCA obtained an average time difference between before and after the implementation of LUSCA Proxy Server for 232.2 seconds and the average time efficiency between before and after the implementation of the Proxy Server LUSCA 97.16 %.Keywords: LUSCA, proxy, server, youtube, youtube cache, refresh_pattern, storeurl.pl, hit content.]]>

<![CDATA[Informatics And Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya was one of the institutions in the Lampung area that was involved in computer education and economics. One of the available routes in IBI Darmajaya in the computer field was Computer Science (CS). CS IBI Darmajaya produced the numbering graduate’s ±1000 students who were spread in the territory. Up to now the level of the success from the CS graduate in the matter fast or not this graduate was absorbed by the world of the work still could not be predicted. So as to be needed one sitem the prediction of the absorbency of the company against the alumnus CS was based on Neural Network. The neural network used the algorithm backpropagatioan and the function activation sigmoid binary that consist of tansig, logsig, and purelin. The network that was formed consisted of 25 of the number of layer cells of input, 52 of the number of layer cells were hidden first (hidden the layer), 26 of the number of layer cells hidden the two, and 5 of the number of layer cells of output. The training data as well as the testing were carried out with the spreading questioner against 93 alumni TI that was taken in a random manner, where questioner this consisted of 24 skills criteria that must be owned by the graduate CS that was received from the spreading of the poll of the 39 companies in the Lampung territory. <![CDATA[In the State Elementary School 02 Kota Baru, lessons scheduled activities and processing data of the students’ value assisted with handwritten books and Microsoft Excel applications. System development methods used in this research is to design scheduling lessons and data processing using Model value SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with four stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation and use of the fifth. The whole program is designed by using Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft SQL Server as the database and Crystal Report 8.5 as the report. <![CDATA[On a trade business there are three methods of purchasing and selling; cash purchasing or selling method, credit and trade cooperation. The book sale system commonly still uses cash purchasing or selling system and credit. Automatically, this thing will become the business obstacle for the suppliers whenever they want to put their books on the book shops for sale. The trade method of putting books and selling is called as trade cooperation. It become one of the trendy purchasing or selling methods. This thing also needs a solution to prevent the appearance of repetitive misunderstanding.The method used in this research is modified waterfall method. The method was developed by Winston Royce. On this method, the research did library study, analyzing the system demand, designing the system and face to face method, creating system and testing it.The result of the research is an information system of book sale based on client or server. This sale information system also uses cash sale model, credit and cooperation. The sale using this trade cooperation is implemented to ease the bookshop owner in monitoring the books sold in the cooperation system.Keyword : Information System, Client/server and trade cooperation]]>

<![CDATA[The PNS Dpk lecturer is part for private universities as a lecturer chief next by KOPERTIS. It is expected to be an example for other lecturers / role in each, PTS either in the TRIDARMA college and performance indicators other kopertis with the rules. Judgment lecturer PNS DPK can be conducted easily and automated, that is by using models system supporting decision corresponding to criteria as stipulated by KOPERTIS, especially KOPERTIS region II. Model that can be referred to that can be used is a model Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The application of this model is done through phases: data collection, determination of the main criteria and and sub criteria in the assessment criteria and weighting lecturer, sub criteria, the determination of the priority and implementation using Software Expert choice.Based on application of the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), it can be noted that the criteria have been defined, namely educational teaching, research, outreach and supporting elements.Key word : Performance, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Expert choice.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Fajar Agung Indocemerlang is one of company that moved in selling various types of books, stationery and also other office equipment. Promotion process is done by distributing pamphlets, brochures and advertisements in newspapers; meanwhile selling is done by customer come to the shop immediately. In this research, design of information system is developed by using object oriented, that is development tools is used use case and activity diagram that describe system for this time and proposed system. <![CDATA[Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprises is a trading company that engaged in the trade field, particularly in learning tool needs from primary school to college. Now days, there are many the same type of business, it is certainty tighten the competition, as well as in the product quality side until the quality of services to customers. To measure the quality and service which are provided by the Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprises can be focused and balanced with the company business objectives, it is needed to determine the alignment level of TI objectives with company objectives. In order to achieve the alignment between TI objectives and company objectives, it is required a measurement of balance level between company objectives with TI objectives using COBIT 4.1. By this audit decision, it is expected there is a significant progress toward the company. <![CDATA[The progress of a school cannot be separated from the influence of how the ability of school principals in managing all the resources that exist in the school. Therefore we need qualified human resources in this case the teachers who have the potential and achievements of the school in order to become the head of a quality education can be realized. Until now the appointment of principals in both primary and secondary schools is based on an assessment for someone serving as a teacher. These procedures contain serious flaws. Decision Support System is a system that can help the Department of Education of Bandar Lampung in decisions determining the appropriate teachers for the office of State High School principal and improve the quality of the resulting decision of selection committee. The method used in the manufacture of this website is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall models. Data was collected through observation and literature while the implementation of the waterfall model is described through system analysis, DFD, database table structure, and design input output.
