Abstract

The process of acceptance of lectures in STAH Lampung has an obstacle which is the duration of the data management process and subjectivity of decision taking especially because some of candidates which do not have different ability. This obstacle impacts in the duration of decision making process for lectures acceptance. Fuzzy logic is used as a way to map the problem from  input to output, the process of decision taking of lectures acceptance is using Mamdani Fuzzy method which is known as max-min method. The input variables that are used are IPK, experience, interview, and the interest variables while the output is final score. The selection process troughs several steps which are fuzzy group creating, implication function application, the rules composition, and defuzzy. This decision supporting system of lectures acceptance selection by using Mamdani FIS is able to give the specific and right score which is suitable with institution standard z ≥ 50 score.Key Words : STAH, Lecture, Decision Supporting System

Abstract

Geographic information system, as computerized tool can be used to map and analyse existing object or occurance on earth surface. One of the implementations of geographic information system is clinics deployment and contraceptive users in Bandar Lampung. During this time, informations about clinics deployment information and contraceptive users in Bandar Lampung, is spread out by pamphlets from BKKBN, and so far, there is no particular application to help people to get information of clinics deployment by map. This research is meant to build a Geographic Information System about clinics deployment and contracetive users in Bandar Lampung. Data that required building geographic information system development are spatial data and non spatial data. Spatial data is data of Bandar Lampung map that contains of informations of districts in Bandar Lampung. While non-spatial data is administrative data that contains of informations of clinics deployment and contraceptive users in Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Geographic Information System, Contraceptions, Clinic Deployment.

Abstract

A company is surely careful in selecting the prospective employees which are going to be promoted as employees in the company. A mistake in selecting employees will certainly give a negative influence on the employee performance. Besides evaluating the technical competence, the company also needs to evaluate the personality of the prospective employees. Therefore, it is needed a systematic method and right selection in selecting prospective employees. This research uses Process Hierarchy Analysis (AHP) method. The system does an evaluation on psychological test of the prospective employees’ personality, assumed to include the criteria as follows: honesty, loyalty, motivation, self-confidence and adaptation or cooperation. The system then will do analysis and evaluation on the test result of the prospective employees’ personality. The result of the research is a decision support system model of prospective employee selection based on the psychological test result, so the right selection of prospective employees can determine the real employees of the company as to the position needed. Through the research it can be made a conclusion that the system is feasible to be used by the users and good to be applied.Key Words : AHP, Personality, Employees, Selection, Decision Support System.

Abstract

Pengadilan Tinggi Agama (PTA) Pekanbaru are institutions in services that require and provide good service, fast and accurate for the sake of the best services. However, the applicant information service for PTA Pekanbaru very unsatisfactory because it does not routinely so that data collection is not known how the improvement of performance such as satisfaction with the services provided. This becomes a problem because the Supreme Court at any time will make an assessment. In addition to conference PA PTA Pekanbaru legal difficulties in reporting the number of visitors each month and year information and frequent delays. To overcome these problems, the solutions given in the form of web-based Info Desk applications that support the performance and service of the PTA Pekanbaru. The method used in establishing the method Prototype Info Desk, and using tools UML (Unified Modelling Language) which is a tool of object-based design method, namely OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design). With the Info Desk application can improve the performance of the service at the PTA Pekanbaru, help alleviate the Information Desk attendant jobs, and help PA Selat Panjang, PA Pangkalan Kerinci and PA Tembilahan to provide information to the PTA table reports Pekanbaru.Keywords: Desk Info, OOAD, Prototype, WEB.

Abstract

Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is one of the universities that aims to develop human resources through the disciplines of computer science and business. In duties and daily operations can not be separated from computer technology as a means to process data and information. As a college in the field of education, IBI Darmajaya develop a working system based on objects including the foundation, employees, lecture and students. As the development of higher education required a computerized system designed to speed up the process in the administrative services of student academic registration namely correspondence among others : Academic Leave, active the academic, Move Class, Department Move, Move PTS and making of the report and reduce the possibility of error in each process in case of queues in service Registration at the Biro Student Academic Administration IBI Darmajaya. With the implementation of this system in the form of an application program, the manufacture of correspondence or academic administration there will be no data errors, the reporting process and the data search can be done more quickly. This system can also improve productivity by increasing the quality of the work caused by increased work efficiency, saves work time and time decision making to solve a problem and is very helpful for the accuracy of the data when necessary speed in making reports.Keywords : Information Systems, Registration, Academic.

Abstract

In order to ensure the audit performed well and appropriate, it is important to analyses every stage of the audit process. This analysis is intended to find out whether the maximum goal of organization is achieved or not. Also, the further development, if needed, by adding elements of assessment to increase the quality of each section of organization, in this case, Asset Management and Logistics Bureau of IBI Darmajaya. Asset Management and Logistics Bureau of IBI Darmajaya is in charge of procuring and maintenance of assets in IBI Darmajaya Lampung is the bureau in charge of procuring, maintaining and securing the assets that exist in the IBI Darmajaya, there in Biro Information Systems Asset management and Logistics is important in the service provider for all users and management, which is expected to improve the performance and quality of service. Questions that begin with whether the services provided by the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics has directed and aligned with business objectives Institutions, whether the use of COBIT 4.1 Domain. Has been right on target or still can be improved further. This analysis process produces findings , the level of alignment between IT objectives and the Institution has been reached and is in Defined level because the average IT processes have been above the level of the international standard of 2.5 (Gulden tops , 2000 ) While the average IT has exceeded the standard international but still can be improved by adding domain relevant to the process undertaken , in order to improve the alignment between in objectives and Purpose Institutions towards a higher level , domain-related is PO5, PO7, AI2, and ME2, with the addition of this domain can generate data more better, so that management can take steps or actions more effective.Keywords: Maturity Level, Information Systems, Asset Management, COBIT

Abstract

Cloud computing and the Internet is the latest generation in the world of information technology (IT). This technology allows an organization to save costs IT infrastructure investments, in general, the organization that will use IT must build a data center that consists of multiple servers and build a whole needs supporters such as backup power, data backup and others are certainly in need of funds a little. With cloud computing technology was submitted burden on providers including peraawatan costs. Based on the type of service it, cloud computing is divided into three: SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IaaS (infrastruture as a Service) (Juan, 2012). SaaS is an application that is intended to be used multiple users and invested in cloud Infrastructure generally accessed through the Internet by using a browser (firefox, chrome, etc.). In the traditional way of software deployed by installing on a desktop computer and its common one license for each computer. In the SaaS application can be used without having to install on the computer (Juan, 2012). This research emphasizes on how to build software based on SaaS and it’s implementing POLINELA. Of these activities is expected to be dug deeper into the advantages and weaknesses of this technology. Abstract

Community based development program is a government program to alleviate poverty. This program funds the community in a village in economic activity to create jobs or job opportunities, capital, and also business development. CBD is running well in Bali because of the facilitators who continuously administer this program. However, it is necessary to have a system that can help the facilitators to select the beneficiaries of CBD program. One of the villages that propose to be the beneficiary is Klungkung village. This research objective is to build a decision support system using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with assessment criteria include the houses condition of the village, income of each family in the village, education, and the natural condition of the village. The stages of this research are data collecting, interview and observation, analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
