Abstract

The development of information system today has led to various changes that significantly taken into account in an organization decision making to obtain precise and accurate information for use. In processing the data of alumni, STIE Prabumulih is still using computerized system. This way brings the lack of development of information includes vacancies information obtained by alumni and students which is neither accurate nor sufficient, hence it is necessary for STIE Prabumulih to have the development of information so that information obtained can be more accurated and updated. Programming language used is the Personal Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and design editor is Macromedia Dreamwaver CC 2015. The application also uses MySQL as its database so it can be helpful in inputting data in which it can be done   more quickly, precisely and efficiently. The study is  a descriptive design that aims to clarify the data obtained and give a detailed description of the existing alumni data collection system at STIE Prabumulih. Keywords: Alumni, website, PHP, MySQL, descriptive

Abstract

Prayer is a means to communicate between slave by Allah in certain circumstances. In addition, as a spirit of prayer worship or religious sari as ever accepted in those sayings by Rasulullah SAW. Today many children are not aware of any various kinds of daily prayer because of their lack of understandingabout the prayer in daily life and also the teaching of teachersand from the child's parents. Model-View-Controller (MVC) is a concept used to encapsulate the data along with processing (model)isolate it from manipulating (controller) and display (view) torepresented on a user interface. The purpose of this study iscreate design applications daily prayers for Muslim children based on Androidthat uses the MVC method. The methodology used in the studyThis is a model RAD (Rapid Application Development). From the analysis,design, testing and implementation of programs that have been carried out against Children Daily Prayer app can be inferred application runswith both fit for purpose and planning penelitian.Model View Controller can be implemented in application development andcertainly more structured program or application.Keyword: MVC, daily prayer, muslim kids, android

Abstract

Higher Education is an institution whose main activity is conducting teaching and learning activities. This main activity can be done well if supported by the administration that is orderly and run well too. One of the most important administrative activities is in the management of student college payments (Student Payment). During this time the process of paying college students conducted without involving students and guardians of students to participate actively in the system. This resulted in many students experiencing late payment and impact on unilateral leave or students who then went out or moved to other universities.  This research will try to make an application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the form of student payment to bring universities, students and guardians as entities that have the same role in the system. The expected result is this application can help the college in maintaining good relationships with students or guardians as customers/partners who have a big role in the progress of college. Abstract

Acceptance of New Learners (PPDB) is an important process to attract new students according to the criteria and characteristics of the school. PPDB needs to be implemented in an objective, transparent, accountable and non-discriminatory because it concerns the public interest, that is education. Following the current technological advances, PPDB has been held online. With the online PPDB is expected to provide solutions to parents of students for the realization of PPDB is transparent, accountable and not discriminatory. By using the online PPDB system PPDB results can be seen by anyone and anywhere. In addition, with the online PPDB will provide convenience in the registration process and the selection process because registration and selection process can be done and viewed anywhere so prospective students or parents will be easier to register.This study aims to provide recommendations to parents in the implementation of PPDB junior high school in order to facilitate parents in determining the choice of schools in accordance with the circumstances of prospective students. In this study, the authors use the Naïve Bayes method and K-Nearest Neighbor which is the method used when determining the selection of schools in the process of acceptance of online PPDB. Naive Bayes will provide the school choice recommendation with the greatest probability of the calculation whereas K-NN sees the closeness of the data to the data of trying and the closest data to be used to provide recommendations to prospective students or parents / guardians. The steps of determining the probability of Bayes is to calculate the probability of a certain domicile, the origin of a particular school, again, the achievement of the data of student tryouts received at each junior high school SMP Negeri 1- SMP Negeri 10 which then the highest probability will be taken as a recommendation. While in K-NN use Euclidean distance equation to calculate distance data to data trying and take data closest to data trying as a recommendation.Keywords: PPDB, K-NN, Naive Bayes

Abstract

The criteria which used to recommend the outstanding students of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya are not compatible with the applied regulations. Therefore, this research aims to help the principal of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya to decide which students have to choose according to the applied regulations.The Decision Support System in deciding the outstanding students of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya is constructed by Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This system also uses Waterfall method to develop the software with some phases which are problem identification, design of the system, implementation and test of the system. This Decision Support System processes data which is related to data management of user, criteria of data , data management of students, the decision support system on deciding students and print out reports. This system gives information about rank of students to help the principal of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya to make decision to choose the outstanding students. This system has been tested by Blackbox Testing. Based on the result, these data applications are able to give the same result with the manual counting in MS Excel. The final score is 7.1 which are stated as Grade A (very proper). Thus, the result on the application is alike with the manual calculation on the MS Excel.       Keyword :    Decision Support System, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Junior High School, Student achievement
