Abstract

Abstract— in this paper, the work used to explore three of low level feature descriptors, namely: binary texture, energy-based, orientation based content, and DC descriptors. A simple binary algorithm is applied to transform DCT values into binary, a histogram is generated by using horizontal and vertical features, and energy based of average DCT values to construct indexing key for image retrieval.  The experiment shows that binary texture descriptor demonstrates the highest in average precision amongst other low level descriptors.  The research was also explored to calculate the effectiveness of image retrieval in DCT and by using commercial image processing package Adobe Photoshop Album (APA) as comparison.

Abstract

BPKP (Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan) Perwakilan Propinsi Lampung sebagai institusi pengawasan bertugas melaksanakan pengawasan secara professional pada semua unit/satuan kerja yang berada dalam wilayah Propinsi Lampung. Proses kerja BPKP Perwakilan Propinsi Lampung telah menggunakan fasilitas komputer, sebagai sarana utama dalam aktivitas pengolahan data. Namun penyimpanan data didalam komputer belum terorganisir dengan baik sehingga menyebabkan pencarian kembali data membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dan keamanan data yang masih rentan. Maka dengan adanya Sistem Pengolahan Data Pelaksanaan Program Kerja akan mempermudah pada saat pembuatan dan pencetakan laporan, pencarian data, adanya fitur-fitur yang memudahkan user (pemakai) dalam melakukan pengolah data pelaksanaan program kerja, serta dilengkapi dengan sistem Restore (mengembalikan data yang sudah dipindahkan) dan Backup (memindahkan data kemedia penyimpanan lain untuk sementara). System ini dibuat untuk user (pemakai) tertentu saja sehingga tidak semua pegawai dapat mengaksesnya yang merupakan salah satu langkah untuk pengamanan data.Keyword : Pengolahan Data, APD, BPKP

Abstract

The way of determining information system form able to fulfil requirement of business and aligning with organizational business growth is to develop enterprise architecture. Enterprise architecture defines a process for organizing and directing information system development plan, what consist of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture to obtain management commitments and support in integrated information system development implementation. Methodology being used in modelling this architecture is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP defines a process for enterprise architects that emphasize interpersonal skills and techniques for organizing and directing enterprise architecture project, obtaining management commitment, presenting the plan to management and leading the organization through the transition from planning to implementation. Research place taken as case study is Informatics Faculty at Business and Informatics Institute Darmajaya Business modelling phase is a process which create business model as representative form that defined business comprise of business function performed by enterprise. Business model used as a basic on define three architecture and making implementation plan. Result of modelling business function in Informatics Faculty at Business and Informatics Institute Darmajaya is defined counted 27 detail business function. Data architecture gets 23 data entities candidate and relationship among others. Application architecture obtains by 20 application candidate. While technological architecture yield conceptual network architecture and enterprise business system architecture.

Abstract

Aktifitas penelitian mahasiswa dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan dan mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan maka perlu berkembang dan bervariasinya tema penelitian, sehingga tidak monoton pada masalah tertentu saja. Banyaknya jumlah mahasiswa yang mengajukan judul tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan praktik membuka peluang data yang serupa, penjiplakan laporan tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan kerja praktik serta kesulitan dalam menentukan pembimbing yang sesuai. Abstract

Walaupun metodologi komunikasi data didesain dengan baik, namun error / kesalahan masih dapat terjadi selama transmisi data. Selain itu, rangkaian tersebut hanya memiliki laju data yang terbatas, dan terdapat penundaan (delay) propagasi yang tidak nol antara saat bit dikirimkan dan saat bit diterima. Keterbatasan ini mempunyai implikasi yang penting bagi efesiensi pemindahan data. Oleh karena itu deteksi dan koreksi error mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting dalam transmisi Protocol. Maka para perancang jaringan telah membuat strategi dasar yang berkenaan dengan error. Abstract

Vending machine is one of hardware that the system was build using an object oriented approach. Almost half of human job related with it, then the development system of automatic machine getting fast to adapt human needed nowdays.Visual Modeling is the process of taking the information from the model and displaying it graphically using standar set of graphical elements. The standard is vital to realizing one of the benefits of visual modeling: communication. Communication between users, developers, analysts, testers, managers and anyone else involved with a project is the primary purpose of  visual modeling. We can use Unified Modeling Language when make visual modeling. UML is industry-standard modeling notation for object-oriented system, and is the premiere platform rapid application development. One of the primary advantages of the object-oriented modeling is the ability  to build components once and then use them over and over again. We can reuse a basic piece of object-oriented design code in desired system.All in all, visual modeling make easy in implementing software of vending machine those it can increase work time efficiency in developing a vending machine system especially, and generally fulfill human need nowdays. Keyword : Vending Machine, Unified Modelling Language
