Abstract

The study resulted in a strategy design for certificate making service at the notary office. It was a case study at notary office of Theresia Dwi Wijayanti, S.H. the mechanism and work frame/ principle of certificate making service was still in the form of job instructions understood only by several employees, and this often made repeated questions at the service department and became a problem when the employee took permission not to come to work. Since the mechanism and work flow/ principle of the service was not vivid, and there were no any media for the service of making the authentic certificates, the mechanism and the work flow/ principles of services in making the certificates at the notary office.The design of the strategy is facilitated with the service of certificate making that could be used as a media in knowledge share, became a knowledge management portal at the service department, so it would grow knowledge share culture (Knowledge Sharing) among the employees and the optimal service to the clients.The system development method used in the study was Knowledge Management Roadmap method with these phases: business modeling, use-case modeling, analysis, design, and implementation. This method resulted in a strategy design for the service department to make certificates. Furthermore, the notary office would have a knowledge share media.Key words      : Knowledge Management, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Management RoadmapPenelitian menghasilkan rancangan strategi untuk pelayanan pembuatan akta pada kantor Notaris, study kasus pada kantor Notaris Theresia Dwi Wijayanti, SH. Mekanisme dan alur kerja/prinsip pelayanan pembuatan akta masih berupa instruksi kerja, yang dipahami oleh beberapa pegawai saja, dan sering menjadi pertanyaan berulang pada bagian pelayanan serta menjadi kendala pada saat pegawai izin tidak masuk kerja. Karena mekanisme dan alur kerja/prinsip pelayanan belum jelas dan belum adanya media untuk pelayanan pembuatan akta otentik, mekanisme dan alur kerja/prinsip pelayanan dalam pembuatan akta pada kantor Notaris.Rancangan strategi ini difasilitasi dengan aplikasi pelayanan pembuatan akta yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam berbagi pengetahuan, menjadi portal Knowledge Manajement pada bagian pelayanan, sehingga menumbuhkan budaya penyebaran pengetahuan (Knowledge Sharing) diantara pegawai dan pelayanan optimal kepada klien. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Knowledge Management Roadmap dengan tahapan pemodelan bisnis, pemodelan use case, analisis, perancangan, dan implementasi. Dengan metode Knowledge Manajement Roadmap menghasilkan rancangan strategi untuk bagian pelayanan pembuatan akta dan kantor Notaris memiliki sebuah media berbagi pengetahuan.Kata kunci: Manajemen Pengetahuan, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Manajement Roadmap.

Abstract

Aktifitas penelitian mahasiswa dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan dan mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan maka perlu berkembang dan bervariasinya tema penelitian, sehingga tidak monoton pada masalah tertentu saja. Banyaknya jumlah mahasiswa yang mengajukan judul tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan praktik membuka peluang data yang serupa, penjiplakan laporan tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan kerja praktik serta kesulitan dalam menentukan pembimbing yang sesuai. Sistem informasi ini berusaha meminimalkan data yang serupa, mempercepat pengecekan data dan memudahkan jurusan serta mahasiswa dalam pengajuan judul tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan kerja praktik.Keyword : Sistem Informasi, Student Research Center

Abstract

Aim of the research is to design information system for Penetapan Angka Kredit (PAK) of functional Lecture grade based on computerized system. This system produces a report of PAK, and has facilities for data entry and searching, so that, it produces of information: accuracy, timelines, and relevancy. This research uses paradigm of system development life cycle, shish covers the activities of gathering data through observation, interview and literature study; system analysis uses flow map ; system design uses context diagram, data flow diagram, data dictionary, entity relationship diagram, file relationship, file structure, program structure, input design, output design and menu structure.

Abstract

Sebagai media informasi berita di Bandar Lampung dan sekitarnya, Surat Kabar Harian Swara Lampung berperan dalam pennyedian informasi berita yang berhubungan dengan wilayah Provinsi Lampung maupun diluar Provinsi Lampung. Selama ini semua proses penyebaran informasi masih mengalami suatu kendala di ketepatan waktu, dengan kata lain bahwa proses penyebaran informasi masih sering terhambat. Keterlambatan ini salah satu penyebabnya karena Surat Kabar Harian Swara Lampung belum mempunyai suatu media khusus penyebaran informasi. Maka perlu dibuat suatu media berbasis website yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja sehingga mendukung proses penyebaran informasi berita kepada masyarakat umum. Dengan menggunakan pengembangan system terstruktur, system Pemberitaan Pada Surat Kabar Harian Swara Lampung Berbasis Web dapat memperluas volume penyebaran informasi berita yaitu melalui media internet, intranet atau media jaringan komputer lain. Media website ini menjadi fasilitas terjadinya proses penyebaran informasi secara luas dan pengaksesan secara mudah yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat umum.

Abstract

Melodi Mega Kencana Ltd. was the business entity engaged in the field of selling daily needs through the sales process such as buying dozens or score of goods and selling goods in a small quantity. Melodi Mega Kencana Ltd., currently already had several consumers. Melodi Mega Kencana Ltd., still used conventional way for the marketing processes and recording stock items. This became the problems occurred repeatedly in Melodi Mega Kencana ltd. e.g., 1) a incompatibility between number of incoming goods, outgoing goods, and available stock items; 2) the difficulties in making good reports sales and inventory reports in the beginning of the week and in the end of each month. The objective of this study was designing the goods supply and marketing information system in Mega Kencana Melody Ltd. The method of this study was the scrum agile development method to create a good system in accordance with the users' wishes. The Scrum method had a flexible, evolutionary framework, and reliable in solving complex adaptive problems and generated creativity and productivity from software design. With this system, it was expected to facilitate the Melodi Mega Kencana Ltd., in the process of marketing products to customers and improve the process of making reports and managing stock items so that there were no repeated errors in changing the number of goods with the number of incoming and outgoing goods.Keywords: Scrum, Marketing, stock of goods

Abstract

Information services application for students, is one of the form of loyalty from Universities to the students to be active and not left behind in existing information. Student information services previously informed through wall magazine, banner or brochures, this has not been delivered properly and didn't have any activities data either extracurricular activities or intracurricular activities.  Regarding to all interested parties in IBI Darmajaya especially give best service to the student hence the importance of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application to increase the flow of information needed by students, increasing student interest in every activity, having a database of the most interested activities and to accommodate IBI Darmajaya's interest. The data used in this research is all the activities information in the student affair, processed through Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with four phases done in sequence and iterative where each iteration can be used to fix iteration with visual programming language, hence resulting a well produced CRM application for information services. Keywords : CRM Application, Information,  and SDLC.

Abstract

Laboratory assistant attendance system used to calculate lab assistant attendance. This system uses his Android based on his QR code. Operationally, the instructor can access the scans via her QR. The purpose of this study was to alleviate problems such as attendance, accumulation of attendance documents, and calculation of the number of laboratory assistants. The method of this study used the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method in the design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming languages used are PHP and HTML and the use of the MYSQL database. As a result of this research, the number of commuting assistants was calculated by the system, so the calculation could be simplified. Keywords: Attendance System; Laboratory Assistant; System QR-Code; Android

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini memerlukan suatu perubahan sistem dari sistem berjalan yang sebagian rnasih bersifat manual ke sistem baru yang terkomputerisasi. Mengingat banyaknya warga calon penerima dana kompensasi BBM berupa Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) yang harus diseleksi sesuai syarat yaitu masyarakat yang ada dalam pendataan RT/RW dari masing-masing kelurahan. Masyarakat yang tidak memiliki mata pencaharian atau pendapatan, dan masyarakat tidak terdaftar sebagai penerima bantuan sosial lain, sehingga menyulitkan pihak kelurahan dalam melakukan penyeleksian guna mendapatkan data warga yang tepat dan benar-benar memerlukan dana kompensasi BBM yaug berupa Bantuan Langsung Tunai(BLT) sehingga tepat  sasaran. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis web agar dapat diakses oleh warga dengan cepat dan mudah, dimana saja, kapan saja dan darimana saja. Sistem ini diuji dengan metode pengujian black box testing. Sistem penyeleksi dana bantuan, yang mana akan membantu memudahkan dalam proses penentuan seleksi masyarakat untuk menerima bantuan dengan menggunakan metode VIKOR.
