Abstract

Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprises is a trading company that engaged in the trade field, particularly in learning tool needs from primary school to college. Now days, there are many the same type of business, it is certainty tighten the competition, as well as in the product quality side until the quality of services to customers. To measure the quality and service which are provided by the Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprises can be focused and balanced with the company business objectives, it is needed to determine the alignment level of TI objectives with company objectives. In order to achieve the alignment between TI objectives and company objectives, it is required a measurement of balance level between company objectives with TI objectives using COBIT 4.1. By this audit decision, it is expected there is a significant progress toward the company. The optimum of service and provide of qualified goods are the activities that must be priority to strengthen the available business partner and try to add the business partner in the future, therefore Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprise be able to open the branches in other potential district.Key Words: Maturity Level, Expected, Trade Enterprise, COBIT

Abstract

Lampung province is a southern province on the island of Sumatra, which have various tourism object such as both types, shapes, that viguries the unique of traditionality of the area. The goverment of Lampung province have made such kind of promotion to promote this tourism object through mass media: newspapers, brochures, posters and pamphlets. However this kind of methods have not been formed the touris, its self to the local and and foreign tourists. The method used in this reserach is Waterfall method (Waterfall Cycle). While the designing map in the system by using Google Maps API and software used in building this application is PHP ( Hypertext Pear Prepocessor ), JavaScript, jQuery as a programming language, XAMPP as the database server, Adobe Dreamweaver CS 3 as a support. Geographic information systems in Lampung tourism is a system that provides area, information to the public related the exicting tourism object in Lampung province. The information presented on the information of tourism object, travel maps , activities, tour and travel agents, hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, and art galleries.Key Words : Lampung Tourism, Gheographic Information System.

Abstract

PT. X is a company which operates in electronics and furniture financing. As a finance company, the major concern is how to get as many debtors who have a strong commitment to repay provided financing. Decision Support System is one of the uses of computer technology which is able to help in a decision making. The loan officers are required precision, accuracy and responsibility in determining the admissibility of such financing in order to the management of PT. X wills not loss. One way to determine a accepted or not accepted financing is by building up a system that can facilitate the management in assessing of feasibility of the filling of financing by debtors using Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani method. It is known that by Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani method implementation will simplify for the management in financing decision making whether receive or not from debtors’ filing.Keyword: Fuzzy Inference System, Mamdani Method, Filling of credit

Abstract

In the State Elementary School 02 Kota Baru, lessons scheduled activities and processing data of the students’ value assisted with handwritten books and Microsoft Excel applications. System development methods used in this research is to design scheduling lessons and data processing using Model value SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with four stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation and use of the fifth. The whole program is designed by using Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft SQL Server as the database and Crystal Report 8.5 as the report. The results of thedesign research is easy and fast the process produce accurate and timelyinformation in order to provide solutions and convenience in schedulinglessons and the values data processing have not been applied properly on systems running at this time, then made application programming to resolve the problem faced SD N 02 New Cities in the information systems design of lessons scheduling and valuedata processingKeywords: Design and Implementation, Information Systems, Scheduling Subjects, Processing Value Data.

Abstract

IBI Darmajaya as colleges can also apply CRM to improve customer management at institutions like corporate training center. IBI Darmajaya training center providing information related to training, also play a role as ‘career centre’ that bridges the corporate and college alumni. Alumni and partner companies or companies which alumnus absorb the labor force, either working together or not, is a customer that receiving IBI Darmajaya services about training and job information. Career centers currently provide training and job information on the alumni that still taking education or a student and only with companies that work together. This allows the service as well as the connection between alumni, companies and IBI Darmajaya less effective, because the information provided by the career center is not necessarily known to the alumniand even the partnerscompany. That requires a CRM application at the career center, so that IBI Darmajaya have yielded information communication media according to the needs of alumni and companies. Abstract

The progress of a school cannot be separated from the influence of how the ability of school principals in managing all the resources that exist in the school. Therefore we need qualified human resources in this case the teachers who have the potential and achievements of the school in order to become the head of a quality education can be realized. Until now the appointment of principals in both primary and secondary schools is based on an assessment for someone serving as a teacher. These procedures contain serious flaws. Decision Support System is a system that can help the Department of Education of Bandar Lampung in decisions determining the appropriate teachers for the office of State High School principal and improve the quality of the resulting decision of selection committee. The method used in the manufacture of this website is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall models. Data was collected through observation and literature while the implementation of the waterfall model is described through system analysis, DFD, database table structure, and design input output. Abstract

In disbursing loans to the members, the Cooperative Mandiri Utama should consider several things including, the files submission must be complete, been already had  a family, living in the same area with ​​the Cooperative office, already had job security and / effort that is being/has been running. Method of analytic hierarchy process or AHP is often called one of the methods that is used for decision making in a variety of issues such as decision-making (of) major selections, the winer of bidder project, the selection of housing, etc. Method of analytic hierarchy process is easily understood and applied to various types of cases that can be generally described the characteristics that the final result was obtained by calculating the percentage who belong to certain elements of the calculation. The new application system in a data processing Lending Decision Support System on Cooperative Mandiri Utama AHP method has to be used to process credit analysis and decision concludes the creditworthiness so it facilitate the cooperative Mandiri Utama in making decisions on loans made ​​by the cooperative. Abstract

The PNS Dpk lecturer is part for private universities as a lecturer chief next by KOPERTIS. It is expected to be an example for other lecturers / role in each, PTS either in the TRIDARMA college and performance indicators other kopertis with the rules. Judgment lecturer PNS DPK can be conducted easily and automated, that is by using models system supporting decision corresponding to criteria as stipulated by KOPERTIS, especially KOPERTIS region II. Model that can be referred to that can be used is a model Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The application of this model is done through phases: data collection, determination of the main criteria and and sub criteria in the assessment criteria and weighting lecturer, sub criteria, the determination of the priority and implementation using Software Expert choice.Based on application of the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), it can be noted that the criteria have been defined, namely educational teaching, research, outreach and supporting elements.Key word : Performance, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Expert choice.

Abstract

Metro is a college of University of Muhammadiyah Muhammadiyah tingggi domiciled in the City Metro Lampung Province, including work areas Kopertis II Palembang. The current condition of Muhammadiyah University of Metro has 5 faculties and 18 courses. The bandwidth owned by the University of Muhammadiyah Metro is currently at 2 Mbps is used to serve the needs internet access at 5 faculties and 18 courses. Muhammadiyah University of Metro seeks to improve the quality of learning that is excellent service by using information technology which is using the Youtube site. From the results of research testing LUSCA Proxy Server, the time it takes the Internet network standard can be summed up as follows: (a) The absence of the network design and the absence LUSCA Internet Proxy Server at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro is causing Internet access to be slow so it takes Plan LUSCA Proxy Server to increase the speed of internet access. (b) Based on the results of this study concluded LUSCA Proxy Server is a technology solution to speed up Internet access, especially access youtube site at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro. (c) Based on calculations before and after the Proxy Server installed LUSCA obtained an average time difference between before and after the implementation of LUSCA Proxy Server for 232.2 seconds and the average time efficiency between before and after the implementation of the Proxy Server LUSCA 97.16 %.Keywords: LUSCA, proxy, server, youtube, youtube cache, refresh_pattern, storeurl.pl, hit content.
