Abstract

In order to achieve information about library collection and data access had a problem caused services still manually for locating that information or someone had to go by them self to the library, and also slowly processing transaction. By this problem, need to build application using distributed database methode to apply management information system based on web to handle library management. System can handle order transaction book collection, borrowing and returning, withdrawing and replacing lost books. Final Result  from this research is that the system can do accommodate that need by Management Information System based on web for  data management to implementation at library A and Library B (difference place). Abstract

Higher education institution must be able to well perform processes of evaluation, planning and management in order to win the competition in this globalization era. To support any effort of the aforementioned, the institution needs qualified and sufficient information supports so that it can probe and predict any potential strength which existed. Development data warehouse and data mining is kinds of solution alternatives which can be done to help organization in finding and understanding hidden patterns from the data provided. Data warehouse is a collection of integrated databases which is used to support the process of decision making. Data mining is a kind of analysis tool which is used to extract any information provided in the data warehouse. The research discussed a problem in designing data warehouse and applying data mining to support the academic system at IBI Darmajaya in representing potential information required for better academic services to learners. The first executed steps was establishing the data warehouse of IBI Darmajaya, then an analysis was conducted towards all saved data in the data warehouse by using data mining techniques. The results of this research is a data warehouse that can represent information to support the evaluation process and acceptance of new students campaign planning to the potential areas and school, advertising media that will be used, monitoring of students’ academic status, evaluation and planning of students’ study plans, and performance evaluation of study program within the aspects of alumni quality and length of study.  In addition, this research also result the application of data mining for finding the rules that used to driving and directing the students enthusiast and study program selection for prospective new students. Abstract

The development of information technology has led to the use of cellular phone becomes very popular nowadays. Beneficiary internet connection, data transfer and communication can be done quickly as the impact of technological advances. Darmajaya as one of the colleges that have a lot of potential both economically and computer sectors need to develop an information technology accessible to the community quickly and on target. To achieve this goal requires the integration of systems that are packed in a medium that is easily accessible and implemented. Information technology is a combination of computer technology and telecommunications technology. Quality information can be measured by three things: accuracy, timeliness, and relevance. System development method that used the model of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). To implement this system, the SDLC has 4 fundamental step in the waterfall model of Planning, Analysis, Design and Implementation. In this research, after going through several stages of system development results is a mobileweb information and promotions. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one aspect to be achieved by organizations that provide services to customers. One of the existing service is a queuing system which is the front guard in the process of service. Many public service organizations that have not applied the queuing system in the service. This resulted in a buildup of the queue and the calling process is still done conventionally. On the other hand queuing system that is much used in the form of hardware that if one day there is a change in the installation then the entire device must be replaced. Another alternative is a queuing system made with software that contains multimedia features. Making it easier for the installation and modification to the changes that occur. With the help of socket programming allows to send messages between computers connected in a queuing system, as well as additional multimedia features will further provide information of interest to the customer. Abstract

Human mind changes and modern  life   influnce  traditional art, especially Wayang of Indonesia has begun to rarely performed. Therefore, with the technology and computer resources that can be used to show the art puppet show in this study conducted a virtual puppet design application that uses Augmented Reality. The application is executed using a virtual puppet of digital cameras real-time, also using markers and a computer. Through the camera, a virtual puppet application will identify a marker and then do the loading 3D objects shaped puppet that can allow a user to interact with virtual puppet. User  act as a puppeteer who will deliver in accordance with the puppet show puppet show story and also to load the supporting applications to play gamelan and sinden sound like the real puppet show. The method used is waterfall method. And implemented using C programming language, library ARToolkit, Blender, and Lazarus-based opensource. The application has been tested and the results obtained through questionnaires that this application can motivate users to learn the art puppet using this application. The increase in unit cost of BOS in the year 2009 is significant evidence of government commitment in carrying out the mandate of the Constitution regarding the 20% budget for education. The commitment of this government must also be followed by increased government commitment and community participation in monitoring programs and funding. Based on this, the in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office is required by the school principal and the school treasurer. It is necessary to an understanding of Microsoft Office that includes: Ms Excel. PT. Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) is the company that moves on gardening side and packaging pineapples that located in Raya Menggala Street KM. 77 Terbanggi Besar, Center Lampung. Every company have the aim, one of them is the increasing creativity on working. By the goal from the company itself, so the company always tries to be better in order to the aim of the company will be reach. I used method of library research and filed research to help my analysis and arrange system information of data training employee in order to can help organization on doing their job with easily process. Abstract

Generally, point to point communication and broadcasting uses VHF band, each function VHF band can use for observes   activities at ionosphere. This research designed and realized   propagation detection use frequency modulation based personal computer.  Results of the research are realization of system and simulation. Simulation results   before ionosphere reflection occur is  50 % and after ionosphere reflection occur is 90 %. Abstract

E-mail is one of the Internet resources used to exchange information electronically. Derived from information  data retrieval survey of users e-mail, the result of internet users who ha ve more than one e-mail more than just a single e-mail account. The tendency of the owner of the e-mail that more than one to manage e-mail on an even keel is still a problem in implementation. This can be caused by the level of interest will e-mail is used. Another problem because the procedures for using e-mail that you have to login to some webmail is used. The research conducted was to develop an e-mail service that already exists to be integrated in a joint management by using a system called multi Webmail account. This system is an alternative solution for managing e-mail in a treatment procedure and in one view webmail. Development of system utilizing JavaScript and XML capabilities or commonly known as AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML).
