ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dan mendeskripsikan pencapaian program evaluasi di Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model CIPP, yaitu konteks, input, proses, dan evaluasi produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Untuk pengumpulan data ini yaitu menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Dan untuk teknik analisis data digunakan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program sekolah full day school di SDIT Aya Sophia, SD Alam Tangerang, dan SDIT Al Fatih telah diadakan di kedua kategori dalam konteks, input, proses, dan aspek produk. Pada evaluasi, dapat diputuskan bahwa program full day school dapat dilanjutkan karena mampu memberikan manfaat kepada siswa dan masyarakat. Beberapa rekomendasi dapat disampaikan agar program full day schoo dapat berjalan secara optimal. Pertama metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru harus lebih bervariasi. Guru kedua harus lebih memotivasi siswa untuk memacu prestasi dan mengeksplorasi potensi bakat mereka. Ketiga adalah pengadaan laboratorium sains sebagai fasilitas sekolah.

Pendidikan yang berkualitas menjadi kebutuhan dan harapan masyarakat di era milenial agar mampu mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Sebagai upaya pemenuhan atas kebutuhan ini sekolah perlu menyiapkan kurikulum, tenaga pengajar dan fasilitas yang memadai. Salah satu faktor yang memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran adalah menejemen kelas. Manajemen kelas oleh guru merupakan faktor eksternal yang mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan efektif. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengetahui secara mendalam pengaruh dari manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar dan kreativitas siswa. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang valid dan mendalam maka penelitian didesain dengan menggunakan pendekatan skuensial eksplanatori. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajamen kelas berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap motivasi belajar dan kreativitas siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik manajemen kelas oleh guru, maka semakin baik pula motivasi belajar dan kreativitas yang dimiliki siswa. Ada beberapa hal yang dilakukan guru untuk dalam memanajemen kelas diantaranya yaitu dengan menata kelas dengan rapi, mendekorasi kelas bersama siswa, menjaga kebersihan ruang kelas, menerapkan pola komunikasi yang terbuka dengan siswa, mendesain pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan serta melibatkan siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan di kelas.

The period of Islamic growth in Mecca from 610 to 622 AD can becategorized into a full challenges and full obstacles period. The Islamic da’wahdelivered by the Prophet Pbuh often encountered some constraints due to theresistance from the Quraysh leaders. At that time, it was difficult for Qurayshfigures to accept new beliefs, especially since Quraysh had a clan-based socio-cultural system consisting of 14 clans. Of the 14 clans or tribes in Quraish,there was competition for the political influence of Mecca which is recorded inhistory. The purpose of this study is to explain the obstacles to Islamic da’wahin Mecca caused by inter-clan politics among the Quraysh. The method usedin this study is a literature review method using primary sources from Arabic.This study explains that the hindrance to Islamic da’wah in Mecca before theProphet’s Pbuh migration to Medina were caused by socio-cultural factors ofthe people at that time, that is the competition between clans in Quraish.

This study aims to determine the practice of interfaith communication in residential communities in making efforts to preserve the environment. The research uses an ethnographic approach and is located in two cities, namely Tuban and Tulungagung Regencies. Researchers stayed for five years, starting in 2017-2021. Three years in Tuban, two years in Tulungagung. The results of this study indicate that not all housing communities are individualistic, but some are collectivist. Their interfaith communication patterns are mutually tolerant of each other. To protect the environment, they jointly make a schedule for cleaning the environment and managing waste.

Among changes that occur in education, especially in universities, COVID-19 pandemic affects on the change of form on final project as a requirement for student graduation. Some universities no longer require students to write thick and complex thesis as a graduation requirement, but they switch to write articles published in scientific journals. By then, the present study aims to see how is the self-efficacy of final year students in responding to the policy. This study implements quantitative descriptive research design. The researchers measure the student self-efficacy using a scale adapted from academic self-efficacy consisting of 23 items. The results showed that final year students were not familiar enough with reading and writing scientific articles. As many as 50.98% of respondents admitted that they rarely read scientific articles. There were even 29.41% of respondents who had never written scientific papers before. Interestingly, the average score of students’ self-efficacy in writing scientific papers is quite high, which is 65.5. High self-confidence without being supported by qualified abilities will make scientific articles produced less than optimal. The results of this study can be used as a basis for lecturers and policy makers at universities, in order to familiarize students with reading and writing scientific articles

Clean Government and Good Governance has realized yet in Indonesia. It isproven by selling and purchasing the positions in various places still exist. Theprocess of rotation, transfer, and promotion of civil servant (ASN) that shouldhave been given to the competent employees did not run as it should. The fieldinvestigation shows that the existence of power transaction that makes positionas an object of commerce. This article aims to examine the kleptocracy of sellingand purchasing the positions in Indonesia. The perspective used is the sociologyof law. The research methodology implements a normative legal methodologythrough a qualitative approach and analysis of the fraud triangle theory, Gonetheory, Ramirez Torres theory and Icebery Model theory. The result of the studyconcludes that bureaucrats are often not transparent, corrupt and tend to carryout transactional practices. For this reason, it is necessary to change therecruitment system and overall monitoring of civil servant (ASN) bureaucracy.

This study aims to explain the values of religious moderation applied in StateMadrasah Aliyah (MAN) Keerom Papua. State Madrasah AliyahKeerom is an islamic school located in the midst of the majority Christianpopulation of Papua Province. However, the existence of Madrasah AliyahKeerom has never been disturbed. In fact, the school welcomes non-Muslimswho join to study in this school. This research uses a qualitative approach.The data were collected through interview, field observations anddocumentation. The results show that there are islamic moderation values thatare applied at State Madrasah Aliyah Keerom, namely the attitude ofcooperation between religious adherents in the madrasah environment (al-musawah), fairness (tawazzun), tolerance (tassamuh) and openness(tathawwur wa ibtikar).

This article aims to discuss Raimon Panikkar's religious theory, which he callsthe Cosmotheandric Vision. This theory is the result of Panikkar's experienceof navigating religious life. Then this theory is implemented in learningmanagement in the classroom. Therefore, Islamic education has always beendirected at the transmission of rigid dogmas, which have resulted a generationthat is less tolerant of differences. Meanwhile, at the same time, the seeking fora moderate learning model is still under debate and long discussion. This articleanswers at least two basic questions. First, how to explain the theory ofCosmotheandric Vision. This Cosmotheandric Vision emphasizes differencesas part of the difference in the universe. Although the universe has differentparts, all of them lead to one vision, complementing the others to get in harmonywith direction of universe. Second, how to implement the theory ofCosmotheandric Vision in Islamic education. Islamic education has basicallyintroduced the closing concept with the sentence “wallahu a'lam”. This sentenceis in line with Raimon Panikkar's cosmos view, which explains that the logoswill never be able to achieve God's truth (theos). The word “wallahu a'lam”has to be implemented in more depth regarding of truth the difference that theowner of truth is only One, Allah, while what educators teach is just a “belief”wich is far from the word “faith”.

Childfree in Indonesia is a new and further phenomenon because of a diversity of opinions that arise such as in terms of social society and the implementation of its laws. It affects values changes in childfree actors and social communities to have children. The essence of marriage to have children is a symbol of the happiness of a family and the sustainability of its offspring. The purpose of this study is to analyze how childfree can develop in Indonesia and how the legal validity is in the perspective of ushul fiqih. The theory of legal discovery used is Saddu az-Dzariah. Saddu az-Dzariah is to forbid something that the source may not be allowed. So that the emergence of childfree as a result of the development of increasingly advanced technology, such as social media affects changes in the mindset of the community to become freer without a filter on information from outside. In the childfree phenomenon that occurred in Indonesia, several influencers and artists began to publish their choice to do childfree. With this action, it seems to be a demonstration to do childfree. So that people who choose to be childfree are increasingly emerging, such as with the existence of childfree groups on various social media, it is feared that if more and more people choose childfree, there will be a childfree trend that will be followed by people without paying attention to the impact in the future. Furthermore, if you look at the study of ushul fiqih childfree containing mafsadat which results in damage, due to the non-fulfillment of one of the purposes of marriage, namely having children, then with saddu az-DZari'ah it becomes forbidden because it can cause a generational disconnection or inconsistency with maqasid Sharia.
