Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students, and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK, and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits, and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees, and students as well as outside parties in need.

Abstract

Ponorogo Regency has the potential of tourism, including natural tourism, religious tourism and cultural tourism. The tourism sector has not been explored optimally so it has not become a tourist destination. This study answers two fundamental problems, namely the first to describe the tourism potential and the implementation of the development that has been carried out and secondly to develop a management model for Ponorogo tourist destinations in order to achieve development goals as a tourism area capable of increasing the PAD and economy of the Ponorogo community. Qualitative methods are used in research, primary and secondary data sources. Speakers were the Ponorogo Tourism service apparatus, cultural and tourism activists, NGOs. Field data results are interpreted, researchers interpret data by reviewing symptoms based on their perspective, comparing with previous studies. Research Results 1) Ponorogo has tourism potential, both natural, cultural, religious, culinary and cultural arts, creative economy. Tourism development in Ponorogo has not been optimal due to limited socialization and communication, infrastructure to tourist destinations is inadequate. The synergy between stakeholders has not yet been established so that tourism potential has not been optimal in providing economic impact to the community and increasing PAD. 2) The tourism development model certainly starts from the mapping of potential and management of development in an integrated and mutually reinforcing manner between tourism potentials. Tourism development needs to support a legal umbrella in the form of a Regional Regulation. Tourism development is carried out collaboratively by all parties so that all parties are jointly responsible for achieving success. All parties contribute according to the position and authority attached to high integrity and commitment

Abstract

Intisari: Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Bagi Penyandang Disabilitas Melalui Layanan Pojok Braille (Studi pada Dinas Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Daerah Kota Malang). Pelayanan publik seharusnya dapat diakses oleh semua pihak tanpa terkecuali termasuk bagi penyandang disabilitas. Inovasi-inovasi dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk dapat mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang dapat dinikmati semua pihak. Inovasi Layanan Pojok Braille oleh Dinas Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Daerah Kota Malang merupakan inovasi pada perpustakaan umum bagi penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi Layanan Pojok Braille merupakan inovasi produk, inovasi kebijakan, dan inovasi proses. Kualitas dari inovasi ini dapat dilihat melalui dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan inovasi ini meliputi kepemimpinan, budaya inovasi, kualitas pegawai, tim kerja, kinerja inovasi, dan jaringan inovasi.

Abstract

Dispendukcapil to increase user service satisfaction in order to attract public enthusiasm in managing population administration. The ultimate goal of increasing user service satisfaction is to achieve the target of ownership of population documents and civil registration. The forms of activity innovation that are being promoted by Dispendukcapil Sidoarjo Regency in their regular services are the Package System. The Package System is the process of managing one deed document but getting one or two other documents automatically. The deed document includes a birth certificate, death certificate, marriage or divorce while the other two documents include the Family Card (KK) and the new ID Card (KTP). In this program, when someone arranges a birth certificate, he will automatically get a new KK. Another example, when someone takes care of a divorce certificate, then he automatically gets a new KK and KTP.Based on this background, the problems that can be formulated are how the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy influence on the satisfaction of service users in the Population Office and Sidoarjo Regency Civil Registration? This study uses quantitative methods and used theories from Parasuraman and Berry Zeithaml who found that ten dimensions. The rezult are user satisfaction of Dispendukcapil Sidoarjo Regency service is influenced by 4 dimensions and supports the Pasuraman theory. The effect of the assurance dimension is not possible because this dimension is considered not too important by service users. This is in line with the characteristics of the Dispendukcapil respondents in Sidoarjo Regency who mostly earn Rp. 1.2 Million, with a high school education background and job seekers.

Abstract

Poverty is a social problem that is multidimensional, and therefore requires a comprehensive treatment. Central Java Governor gives a high priority to the problem of handling poverty reduction, according to RPJMD Central Java in 2013-2018. In March 2014 the number of poor people reached 4.836 million (14.46%) with distribution in rural areas as much as 2,891 million (59.78%) and in urban areas as many as 1.945 million people (40.22%). Given the number of poor people in rural areas more than urban areas, and therefore poverty reduction in rural areas needs to be addressed and handled more conceptual, systematic and sustainable. In accordance with the Regulation of the Central Java Governor Number 11 in 2015 on the Financial Aid To the Village Administration To Pioneer Village Model Berdikari In Central Java province Year 20015, then to tackle poverty in Rural Blora been appointed village: Temulus, Sumberejo and Pilang subdistrict of Randublatung as Pilot Model Village Berdikari. Types of Activities chosen to reducing poverty is a goat farm, paving and batik printing. The purpose of this study to determine the extent of the implementation of poverty reduction policies through Pioneer Village Model Berdikari. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive model. In     analyzing the data obtained in the field by using the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn. Results of this study, that the implementation of the policy of program Pioneer Village Model of Self-reliance can run well, while necessary improvements in terms of regulation, implementation, coordination, communication, synchronization and synergy program between Central Java Provincial Government and District Blora.

Abstract

Coconut Panyuran Beach which is located in Tuban Regency, East Java Province, which is meant on the border of Palang and Tuban Subdistricts, is one of the most famous beach tourism attractions and is visited by many tourists. Based on the potential and opportunities that exist, the development of tourism needs to be done in order to increase economic growth by empowering the people's economy. researchers are interested in knowing how the implementation of tourism development in Tuban Regency, and knowing the right model in developing the tourism potential of Pantai Kelapa in improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with research objects in Panyuran and POKDARWIS villages using triangulation techniques.The results of this study are 1. Implementation of Regional Regulation number 9 of 2012 concerning Tuban District Spatial Plan for 2012-2032 based on Edware III theory consisting of (1) communication, (2) resources, (3) disposition, and (4) bureaucratic structure.Suggestions, socialization and good host training must be immediately scheduled and carried out to the community around the tourist attractions so that the community is always friendly towards visitors and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) needs to be formulated immediately.
