Abstract

Religion has a significant role on people‟s lives. So the community is very  important to attend and maintain their religious life. Society does not need to  create a “new religion” to address issues of human life. When people lose grip  norms that make life not worth , religion will serve as a protective ceiling in  various approaches and views. Each of these disciplines to define and view  religion in their own way according to his interests. This can be seen for instance  from view of religion given by the flow of humanism and existentialism.

Abstract

Muslim ummah claim that only the Qur’an is really authentic and gradual  for its revelation. This claim is based on various verses of the Qur’an itself. The  claim, although is considered saintific by all Muslims it is not accepted by non- Muslims. To make it more accepted scientificly by all believers (Muslims and  non-Muslims), it needs to prove its authenticity and graduality of revelation  through historical approach. In order to prove the originality of the Qur'an, the  Muslims should not only use the evidence in the form of verse, but historical facts  can not be denied by another Ummah. Therefore, describes Autensitas and  Gradualitas Qur'an based on historical evidence is strengthened by the arguments  of the Qur'an needs to be.

Abstract

Edmund Husserl (1859-1938) was born in Prosznitz town in Moravia.  Edmund Husserl studied Phenomenology with Franz Brentano, Husserl's very  influenced with phenomenology thought founded by Franz Brentano. The uniqueness of knowledge discovery on phenomenology is get while all theories,  opinions and views are already known by every one, so that will be able to capture  the pure essence. As a measuring is inter-subjective truth, knowledge truth if to  explore the meaning behind the phonemenon neomenon towards meta-theory and meta-science. The step methods used are (1) Phenomenological Reduction, (2)  Eidetic Reduction, (3) Transcendental Reduction.

Abstract

This article examines about the personal of Hamzah Fansuri as a tasauf  scholars. His thinking is very significant in this field and can be part is very  strategic. He lived in the middle of seventeenth century (XVI-XVII) is seen by  some scientists as a reformer. He contributed significantly to the development of  islamic culture, particularly in the fields of spirituality, philosophy of science,  literature and languages at once. Sharp criticism of the political and moral conduct  of the kings, Nobles and rich people put him as a courageous intellectual of his  time to the palace of Aceh is not so fond of his activities and his followers.  Hamzah Fansuri leaving many good works of prose and poetry of sufi. Therefore,  his tasauf thinking can be many scientists study.

Abstract

Many verses of the Qur’an having general meanings indicate that it is a  global holy book which covers all aspects of life. It is a God’s mercy to all  mankind in the universe. In fact, the verses of the Qur’an having generl meanings  have been explained by the Qur’an itself because one verse explains another  verse, yufassiru ba`dhuhu ba’dhan. This means the general meaning verses are  not contradictory one to each other that during the Prophet time, Rasulullah peace  be upon him explained the meanings of the Qur’an and applied it in his daily life  together with his companions. In this context, the Prophet functions as the  mubayyin (explainer) of the Qur’an either in his sayings, actions or permissions.

Abstract

The tendency for a godless human nature as beings created by god.  Sukarno in his capacity as a president of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as a  thinker and politician, participated gave an interesting discourse on the idea of  god. God on Sukarno opinions is not only have twenty kinds of characteristic, but  not infinite, the qur'an as a Muslims guide, when read, internalized, and kept in  mind, in Sukarno opinions qur’an was enlighted humans to understand and  appreciate the existence of god itself. In Sukarno opinions qur’an was  revolutionized the human mind, brought a revolution in the view of qur’an can  provide an answer the human mind. Sukarno also gave the idea of theological  matters was very interesting to observe. Therefore, thinking of god in Soekarno  belief different with other Muslims. In Sukarno opinions, god has infinite nature,  god remains supreme, not spelled out. Sukarno life is not colored by islamic life,  but his adult life has been a follower of Islam. Abstract

It is said hadis musykil (dubious hadith) due to two main factors; difficulty  in understanding its content and its contradictory to the other hadiths or the  Qur’an. This kind of hadith has no problem with its sanad (narrators) to regard it  as valid hadith, sahih hadith. For this reason, the muhaddithin ulamas make  serious efforts to understand this kind of hadith. They also set theories and  methods to solve problems related to musykil hadith. Their efforts now become  one branch of ulum al-hadith so called al-`ilm musykil al-hadith.

Abstract

Birth of Martin Heidegger's philosophy is caused by reaction about  materialism and idealism philosophy opposition. Materialism holds that the  human world is only as objects like other objects as a whole. Man according to the  form was superior to other objects but essentially is same, as a result of the  chemical elements (resultant). While idealism looked just as human as the subject,  and finally just as consciousness. Idealism forget that man can only stand as a  subject in the face of the object. Humans only stand as a human being as one with  the surrounding reality. Unlike with two conflicting streams, existentialism  philosophy sees humans as subjects and objects at once, not just one of them.

Abstract

Mahmud Muhammad Thaha, a Sudanist Islamic thinker, tries to issue a  new Islamic perspective on Islamic law. According to him, Islam has two main  periods; Mecca period (610-622M.) and Medina period (623-632M). The former,  called al-risalah al-ula and the latter, called al-risalah al-thaniyah. The nuances  of al-risalah al-ula it is universal, substantive, protective the all mankind, equal  and democratic. Whereas al-risalah al-thaniyah it becomes “established Islam”  and protected the internal ummah with locally and temporarily additional rules.  Some additional rules are not derived from the original sources of Islam, the  Qur’an and hadith. Therefore, according to Thaha, Islamic law needs to be  reformed in order to adjust it to the demands of modern time so that Islamic law  play sicnificant role in the formation of humanist and democratic world.

Abstract

In the religious context of everyday life, sometimes it is difficult to  distinguish between something that is pure religion and the ideas or interpretations  of religion. Something pure religion, comes from God, the absolute and contain  sacred values. The ideas of religion, meaning comes from other than God  (Human), temporal, changing, and not sacred (profane). In the realization of  aspects, sometimes have difficulty distinguishing the two because of overlap and  confusion of meaning occurs between religion and religious thought, whether  intentionally or not. Subsequent developments, results sometimes religious  thought has turned into a religion itself, so it is considered sacred and sinful for  those who are trying, breaking and change it. In this case raises questions among  some communities; What religion is part of culture or religion or culture in every  culture, religion is the most valuable part of the whole social life
