Abstract

This research was going to described the role of Banyumas Democracy Volunteer ( Relawan Demokrasi Banyumas) in increasing political public partitipation in Banyumas’s legislative election 2014 and its implication to Banyumas’s political resilience. This research used qualitative research design as a research method. Data were collected by in depth review, observation and documentation. This research used purpossive sampling technique with stakeholder sampling variant to pick informants. The research showed that Banyumas Democracy Volunteer had a positive role in developing political resilience in Banyumas. Their role was gave political education and election education to voters in Banyumas. In the other words, Banyumas Democracy Volunteer had a vital role in developing ideal political resilience in Banyumas.Keywords: Banyumas Democracy Volunteer, Democracy, Election, Political Resilience of Region.

Abstract

A political party was an important element in democratic countries. One of the functions of the establishment of political parties as political institutions that were responsible for providing political education to the cadres of political parties as well as to the wider community. In a democratic political system political party of choice as a means to realized the ideals of the nation and the state. Political education was an effort to realized the Indonesian democracy healthy and quality. This study aimed to discussed the role of political parties in the political education of the younger generation and its implications for political resilience in the study area with the second DPD Golkar Party Malang East Java. The method in this research was descriptive qualitative, which described the complex social phenomena occured in society. The research process was done by selecting informants who were deemed eligible research with purposive sampling method. In this case the Golkar Party offi cials Malang. The technique of research by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Then analyzed with three grooves activities that occurred simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verifi cation The results showed that the role of political parties in providing the cadres and political education to the public remains low. Methods and materials for political education conducted by the political parties were still very conceptual and less applicable. Evaluation methods in the provision of political education was not operating effectively, so that the role of political parties in providing awareness to the community about the rights and obligations as citizens to be low. oreover, the resulting low level of quality cadres of political parties in encouraging the improvement of people’s lives. Implications of the role of political parties in the political education of the younger generation of political resilience of region adversely affected the political participation of society and the low level of public participation in public policy-making and oversight.Keywords: Political Parties, Political Education, Youth Generation, Political Resilience of Region.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determined the effect of Farmer Behavior in spending money Post Harvest Tobacco toward the economic resilience viewpoint tobacco farmers in it. This research was a fi eld and descriptive. The study population was a tobacco farmer in the village environment Campursari which was only 3 miles from the Temanggung city center. The technique of sampling used purposive sampling method with the assumption that the population was bound by the context of a specific event, while taking a sample of 50 farmers. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature. Data was processed and analyzed by inductively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The family economic resilience was measured based on the well-being of families, using the concept of the World Bank’s poverty income approach and the expenditure approach the Biro Pusat Statistik. Based on research, the existence of Harvest Tobacco on tobacco farming had a major role for the economy of farming families, including: (i) provide accessibility productive arena that carried the values of equality; (ii) be a leading contributor to the economy of farming families indicated by the high value of the contribution of revenue from the arena to the household income; (iii) the existence of tobacco farming capable of be an alternative option for the people of the informal sector employment Temanggung. While constraints in the management of tobacco farming included weather problems, tobacco regulation and innovation. The results also suggested that the behavior of farmers in post-harvest spend money tobacco implicated in the negative trend of economic resilience of farming families. The “poor” during the harvest respondents viewed from revenues of 2% and the respondents in the category of “poor” increased reach a percentage of 4% from the perspective of the poverty line approach to value consumption / expenditure. The conclusion of this study was the existence of Harvest tobacco had a great signifi cance for the economic improvement of farming families who could view how the farmers put a high dependence on the market arenas forthe fulfillment of The family welfare. However, the success of the harvest always followed by spending behavior that affected the economic resilience of the family.Keywords: Behavior, Harvest, and Family Economical Resilience

Abstract

This research aimed to knew characteristic of Generasi Millennial’s cultural values, cultural values influence Generasi Millennial and school culture to individual resilience in Country HIGHSCHOOL 39 Cijantungs Jakarta. Beside it was also to knew cultural correlation and values variable contribution Generasi Millennial and school culture variable to individual resilience. The result of research showed cultural values Generasi Millennial at high category, school culture at high category, and so do individual resilience at high category. Research also found that cultural values Generasi Millennial and school culture joinly (simultan) had strong correlation, positive and signifi can to individual resilience. And so do, cultural values of Generasi Millennial and school culture had signifi can infl uence to individual resilience, either independent and also along with (simultan).Keywords: Cultural Values of Generation of Millennial, School Culture, Individual Resilience.

Abstract

This study aimed to determined the role of non-commissioned officer in the early detection activities, constraints Babinsa role in the early detection activities and formulated efforts to optimized Babinsa role in the early detection of activities for the prevention of terrorism. Methods This study used a qualitative approach, with the data collection technique: First, theoretical orientation; collecting data with three stages, orientation, exploratory data collection, and research focus; Second, in-depth interviews and comprehensive; Third, the observation participation; and Fourth, documentation. In this study would be taken groups / people associated with problems Babinsa role in the early detection of activities to discovered problems in the field of the structural officials in institutional organization. The results were expected to knew about the current objective conditions Babinsa role in the early detection activities at the level of understanding and awareness as well as its ability to helped prevention and control of terrorism in the region, as well as being able to identifi ed the success factors in the activities of early detection as well as constraints in implementing the role seen on environmental aspects of security level. Then, about commitment and public awareness participating in the prevention and control of terrorism, by reviewing how institutional Babinsa accompanied by cooperation between the relevant authorities in handling the increasing role of Babinsa. Thus, could find the policy, strategy and efforts were enhanced through regular coaching related apparatus and increase the capabilities Babinsa role in the early detection activities, as well as the handling in helping the integration of prevention and control of terrorism.Keywords: Role of Babinsa, Early Detection, Terrorism
