Abstract

A political party was an important element in democratic countries. One of the functions of the establishment of political parties as political institutions that were responsible for providing political education to the cadres of political parties as well as to the wider community. In a democratic political system political party of choice as a means to realized the ideals of the nation and the state. Political education was an effort to realized the Indonesian democracy healthy and quality. This study aimed to discussed the role of political parties in the political education of the younger generation and its implications for political resilience in the study area with the second DPD Golkar Party Malang East Java. The method in this research was descriptive qualitative, which described the complex social phenomena occured in society. The research process was done by selecting informants who were deemed eligible research with purposive sampling method. In this case the Golkar Party offi cials Malang. The technique of research by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Then analyzed with three grooves activities that occurred simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verifi cation The results showed that the role of political parties in providing the cadres and political education to the public remains low. Methods and materials for political education conducted by the political parties were still very conceptual and less applicable. Evaluation methods in the provision of political education was not operating effectively, so that the role of political parties in providing awareness to the community about the rights and obligations as citizens to be low. oreover, the resulting low level of quality cadres of political parties in encouraging the improvement of people’s lives. Implications of the role of political parties in the political education of the younger generation of political resilience of region adversely affected the political participation of society and the low level of public participation in public policy-making and oversight.Keywords: Political Parties, Political Education, Youth Generation, Political Resilience of Region.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate whether or not there is a correlation between the variable of the understanding of Pancasila (Indonesian Philosophy) Ideology and that of the Nationalism Attitude (A Study on the member of  Youths, Sports, and Education & Art Field of Surakarta Community Association).The result of research shows that there is a correlation between the understanding of Pancasila (Indonesian Philosophy) Ideology and the Nationalism Attitude (A Study on the member of  Youths, Sports, and Education & Art Field of Surakarta Community Association) as indicated by the result of the analysis in which the value of rxy  was 0.416. It was consulted to the value of rtable with N=79 at the significance level = 0.05, which resulted in the value of rtable = 0.220. Because the value of rtable= 0.416 was greater than 0.220, Ha was verified, but Ho was not verified. Thus, there is there is a correlation between the understanding of Pancasila (Indonesian Philosophy) Ideology and the Nationalism Attitude. The result of the correlation coefficient significance based on the t test shows that the value of tcount was 4.010. The result was consulted to the value of ttable = 1.991at the significance level of 5%. Because the value of tcount = 4.010 was greater than that of ttable= 1.991, the correlation coefficient was significant, meaning that H0 was not verified, but Ha was verified. Thus, there was a correlation between the understanding of Pancasila (Indonesian Philosophy) Ideology and the Nationalism Attitude.

Abstract

The purpose of this development research is to produce teaching materials containing character education for the Learning Design and Strategy courses. This research method is development research using the 4D model which consists of the stages of define, design, develop, and dissemination. The research subjects were class B students of class 2017 in the 2017/2018 academic year. Data collection was carried out by interviewing lecturers and students and distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of this research is the availability of design teaching materials and learning strategies with characters that have been valid and implemented at IKIP Budi Utomo. Based on the results of the validation of teaching materials by media experts, material experts, and linguists, it can be concluded that the teaching materials are suitable for use in learning.

Salah satu fungsi dari dibentuknya partai politik sebagai institusi politik yang bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pendidikan politik kepada kader partai politik maupun kepada masyarakat luas. Dalam sistem politik yang demokrasi partai politik menjadi pilihan sebagaialat untuk mewujudkan cita-cita bangsa dan negara. Pendidikan politik merupakan usaha untuk mewujudkan demokrasi Indonesia yang sehat dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tentang peran partai politikdalam pendidikan politik generasi muda dan implikasinya terhadap ketahanan politik wilayah dengan studi pada DPD II Partai Golongan Karya Kota Malang Jawa Timur. Metode dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kulitatif, yang menggambarkan fenomena sosial yang komplek terjadi di masyarakat. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan pemilihan informan yang dianggap memenuhi kriteria penelitian dengan metode purposive sampling. Dalam hal ini adalah pengurus Partai Golkar Kota Malang.Adapun teknik penelitian dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi.Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan atau verifi kasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran partai politik dalam memberikan pendidikan politik kepada kader maupun kepada masyarakat masih rendah. Metode serta materi pendidikan politik yang dilakukan oleh partai politik masih sangat konseptual dan kurang aplikatif. Metode evaluasi dalam pemberian pendidikan politik tidak berjalan dengan efektif, sehingga peran partai politik dalam memberikan penyadaran kepada      masyarakat tentang hak dankewajibannya sebagai warga negara menjadi rendah. Selain itu, berakibat rendahnya tingkat kualitas kader partai politik dalam mendorong perbaikan kehidupan masyarakat. Implikasi peran partai politik dalam pendidikan politik generasi muda terhadap ketahanan politik wilayah berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi politik masyarakat dan rendahnya tingkat peran serta masyarakat dalam pembuatan serta pengawasan kebijakan publik

Abstract

Upaya optimalisasi proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi proses dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai dasar pengembangan buku ajar. Selain faktor-faktor yang bersifat eksternal (buku ajar), faktor-faktor internal pun tidak bisa dikesampingkan peran pentingnya. Sehingga diharapkan faktor internal dan eksternal mampu saling mendukung. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode 4D (define, design, develope, disseminate) dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan N Gain Score untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan buku ajar tersebut. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan wawancara, angket validas ahli materi, media, dan bahasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar ini dikategorikan valid dan layak dengan predikat sangat bagus dengan nilai validasi 87,5% (aspek materi), 85 % (aspek bahasa) dan 87,5 % (aspek media). Buku ajar ini terbukti memberi kontribusi atas peningkatan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan nilai N-Gain Score 0,55 dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa dengan nilai N-Gain Score 0,68. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan buku ajar Psikologi Olahraga berbasis androin ini dapat meningkatka motivasi belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa Institut Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan Budi Utomo Malang. Development of android-based sports psychology teaching book to improve student learning motivation and critical thinking ability AbstractEfforts to optimize the learning process can be done by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process by utilizing technology as the basis for developing teaching book. In addition to external factors (teaching book), internal factors cannot be ruled out as important. It is hoped that internal and external factors can support each other. This research is expected to be able to improve student motivation and critical thinking skills. This study uses the 4D method (define, design, develop, disseminate) using quantitative descriptive analysis and using the N Gain Score to determine the effectiveness of the use of the teaching book. Research instruments in the form of observation and interview sheets, validity questionnaire material experts, media, and language. The results of this study indicate that this textbook is categorized as valid and feasible with a very good predicate with a validation value of 87.5% (material aspects), 85% (language aspects), and 87.5% (media aspects). This textbook is proven to contribute to the improvement of students' learning motivation with an N-Gain Score of 0.55 and a critical thinking ability of students with an N-Gain Score of 0.68. So it can be concluded that the development of this android-based Sports Psychology textbook can improve learning motivation and critical thinking skills of students at the Budi Utomo Institute of Teacher Training in Malang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model latihan shooting dalam permainan sepakbola diSekolah Sepakbola Indonesia Muda (IM) Malang. Prosedur pengembangannya adalah sebagai berikut:(1) Penentuan ide-ide, (2) Penulisan naskah media (produk), (3) Evaluasi Produk, (4) Revisi Produk I, (5)Produksi prototipe, (6) Uji coba prototipe, dengan mengujicobakan hasil revisi produk I, (7) Revisi ProdukII, (8) Reproduksi, penyempurnaan produk untuk menuju produk akhir. Subyek uji coba terdiri dari (1)Tinjauan ahli, terdiri dari 2 orang ahli yaitu ahli di bidang kepelatihan dan pelatih sepakbola, (2) Uji cobakelompok kecil adalah menggunakan 10 orang pemain yang diambil secara random sampling, dan (3) Ujicoba kelompok besar. Penelitian menghasilkan buku panduan model latihan shooting yang berisikan 10model yaitu : (1) shooting dengan kombinasi lari sprint, (2) shooting dengan kombinasi keeping bola (3)shooting dengan kombinasi teknik passing, (4) shooting dengan dribbling bola, (5) shooting dengankombinasi dribbling, passing dan keeping bola, (6) shooting dengan kombinasi gerakan tanpa bola, (7) lshooting dengan kombinasi passing dan penempatan pemain bertahan 1, (8) shooting dengan kombinasipassing dan penempatan pemain bertahan 2, (9) shooting dengan kombinasi passing dan penempatanpemain bertahan 3, (10) shooting dengan kombinasi membuka ruang tembak.Kata kunci: pengembangan, model latihan, shooting dalam permainan sepakbola

Abstract

Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan bentuk sampling area yang dikembangkan secara purposive sampling dan mengacu pada pertimbangan memilih daerah daerah Idustri olahraga di wilayah Kota Malang.  Penelitian ini diharapkan memeberikan solusi bagi Industri Olahraga dalam memberikan kesempatan peluang usaha yang sangat baik (90,99 %), dikembangkan melalui bentuk Home Industri (92,79%) sedangkan Industri olahraga mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan (89,19); serta usaha di bidang Industri olahraga memiliki karakter dan membutuhkan cara penanganan khusus dan tidak bisa disamakan dengan UMKM lainnya (94,59%), selain itu juga  penciptaan iklim usaha yang kondusif terhadap industri olahraga dan penanganan khusus untuk pengembangan dan pelatihan para pelaku usaha kecil industri olahraga. Mengkomunikasikan peluang usaha, memudahkan perijinan, membantu promosi dagang dan  perluasan pasar akses pendanaan serta merancang grand design program untuk menghadapi masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN serta pelaku usaha industri olahraga belum cukup mengetahui terhadap Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (54,05%), usaha industri olahraga merasa belum cukup siap dan percaya diri dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar bebas ASEAN (AFTA) (58,56%), pelaku industri olahraga sedikit lebih percaya diri dengan produk yang mereka hasilkan mempunyai kualitas yang baik (63,96%), dan mempunyai respon yang baik mengenai kualitas tenaga kerja dan sumber daya yang dimiliki (67,57%), selain itu pelaku Industri olahraga cukup memiliki daya saing dalam hal harga jual produk (62,16%), dan tidak memiliki strategi promosi serta pemasaran yang bagus dalam menghadapi masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN.

Abstract

Football is the most popular sport in the world. Football players must master the basic techniques of Dribbling and Shooting. From the results of preliminary research at the Unibraw soccer school in Malang, the implementation of the Dribbling and Shooting training model has not applied the effective and efficient principle. This study used research and development method instructional development model from Sadiman (2003).. This study aimed to produce a new product in the form of dribbling and passing combination training models in football game speed and agility with base at Unibraw 82 Football School of Malang. The design of research and development of dribbling and shooting combination models there were stages as follows: (1) determining ideas, by collecting information as the idea base to create a concept; (2) writing media scripts product containing shooting practice model sketches; (3) product evaluation; (4) product revision I; (5) prototype product byshooting training models to small groups as well as large groups; (6) prototype try-out; (7) product revision II; and (8) reproduction. Overall the dribbling and shooting combination training model is feasible to implement as a training models for students at Unibraw 82 football school of Malang.The development of dribbling and shooting combination training models in football game with speed and agility base for students at Unibraw 82 football school of Malang there are 10 dribbling and shooting combination training models, these training models can be applied to add training models for the students of Unibraw 82 football school of Malang to overcome the students saturation in training football and add more variation. Abstrak Sepakbola merupakan cabang olahraga paling populer di dunia.Para pemain sepakbola wajib menguasai teknik dasar Dribbling dan Shooting. Dari hasil penelitian awal di sekolah sepakbola Unibraw ‟82 Malang, penerapan model latihan Dribbling dan Shooting belum menerapkan prinsip efektif dan efisien.Model penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development)yaitu model pengembangan instruksional dari Sadiman (2003). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk baru yang berupa model latihan kombinasi dribblingandpassing dalam permainan sepakbola yang di sekolah sepakbola Unibraw ”82 Malang. Perancangan penelitian pengembangan model kombinasi dribbling and shotting terdapat tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) penentuan ide-ide, dengan mengumpulkan informasi sebagai landasan pemikiran untuk membuat suatu konsep; (2) penulisan naskah media (produk), didalamnya berisi sketsa model-model latihan shooting; (3) evaluasi produk, (4) revisi produk I; (5) produk prototipe, dengan memberikan model latihan shooting kepada kelompok kecil maupun kelompok besar; (6) uji coba prototipe; (7) revisi produk II; dan (8) reproduksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 10 model latihankombinasi dribbling and shooting dalam permainan sepakbola, model latihan ini dapat diterapkan untuk menambah variasi model latihan siswa sekolah sepakbola Unibraw “82 Malang sehingga kejenuhan siswa dalam latihan mampu teratasi dengan baik. Abstract

Teknik dasar bola voli salah satunya adalah servis, yang berguna sebagai pukulan pembuka dalam pertandingan, namun servis yang efektif juga bisa menjadi serangan awal bagi tim pelaku servis. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui akurasi penggunaan servis atas dan servis bawah pada permainan bola voli. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif desain one-shot case study. Seluruh pemain bola voli putra dalam Ikatan Pemuda Pelajar Mahasiswa Sumba Timur (IPPMASTI) Malang, yang berjumlah 22 orang dijadikan populasi sampel. Observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi merupakan cara yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengumpukan data penelitian. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan pengujian hipotesis (uji Independent Sample T-Test). Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Dari hasil uji Independent Sample T-Test diketahui nilai Sig. 2-tailed (0,002) < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan jika terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan akurasi pada permainan bola voli antara yang menggunakan teknik servis atas dan servis bawah pada anggota IPPMASTI Malang

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengembangan media ajar yang akan dikembangkan untuk mata kuliah Penjas Adaptif yang sesuai karakteristik mata kuliah, mampu disesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini dan tentunya bisa disesuaikan dengan pembelajaran daring sesuai anjuran dari pemerintah. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan digunakan untuk dasar atau rujukan dalam pengembangan buku ajar elektronik mata kuliah Penjas Adaptif. sPenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan metode survey berjumlah 120 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dengan subjek 70 mahasiswa dan dosen pengampu mata kuliah Penjas Adaptif dengan subjek 3 dosen. Hasil dari penelitian ini dosen masih menggunakan bahan ajar yang konvensional berupa buku yang kemudian dirubah ke aplikasi powerpoint, ketersediaan sumber belajar yang tidak memadai, 56.7%, sehingga sumber belajar mahasiswa ke internet sebesar 80% dan mahasiswa membutuh bahan ajar elektronik sebesar 45%. Hasil penelitan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa perlunya dilakukan pengembangan bahan ajar mata kuliah Penjas Adaptif agar lebih futuristic atau sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang mudah akses dan menarik. Penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa mata kuliah Penjas Adaptif memerlukan bahan ajar eletronik yang sesuai karakteristiknya. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the need for the development of teaching media that will be developed for Adaptive Physical Education courses that are in accordance with the characteristics of the course, able to be adapted to current technological developments, and of course, can be adapted to online learning according to recommendations from the government. The results of this study will be used as a basis or reference in the development of electronic textbooks for Adaptive Physical Education courses. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a survey method totaling 120 students. The sample of this study used random sampling with 70 students as the subject and a lecturer in the Adaptive Physical Education course with 3 lecturers as the subject. The results of this study lecturers still use conventional teaching materials in the form of books which are then converted to PowerPoint applications, the availability of inadequate learning resources, 56.7%, so 80% of student learning resources go to the internet, and students need electronic teaching materials by 45%. The results of this research indicate that it is necessary to develop teaching materials for Adaptive Physical Education courses to be more futuristic or in accordance with current technological developments that are easy to access and attractive. It can be concluded that the Adaptive Physical Education course students require electronic teaching materials according to their characteristics.
