Abstract

This paper explained the Koramil’s role as the frontline of the regional unity command and deserved special attention, due to the Koramil’s role as supporter and activator all over the regions to embodied the people’s defense. The qualitative data showed the Koramil in Bogor Regency encounter various obstacles in conducting their duties which made the lack of optimal services. These were due to the lack of transportation devices, communication devices, facilities and infrastructures, minimum budget support, and limited human resources and personnel.Keywords: Koramil, Establishment, and Regional Resilience.

Abstract

The aim of this was to described the combat capability that can be achieved by the Soldiers of the Navy, training events that had been implemented to enhanced the combat capability of Navy Soldiers, and efforted to optimized the implementation of training to improved the combat capability of the Navy in Amphibious Ship Unit Soldiers Koarmatim. Based on the objectives to be achieved, so the research applied the naturalistic qualitative approach by using data collection method which involved: participant observation, in-depth interviews and document search. Technical Data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques through three lanes of activities, include; reduction, data display and conclusion. The obtained fi ndings could be described as followed. First, Mastery of navy soldier combat capability of Eastern Fleet Command Amphibious Warship Unit Koarmatim demonstrated achievement of combat capability with sufficient skilled category. Second, The refinement of pattern, method and training organization . Abstract

Curriculum model was highly affected the Military Academy education’s output competence and quality. The curriculum design had significant effect on unit resilience on the Military academy internal level. The curriculum modification was highly needed although procedural provisions had to be attended. The purpose of this research was to discover the implication of education curriculum modification of cadets’ education system on cadets’ quality achievement to supported the unit resilience. The curriculum needed to be re-evaluated due to the material, activities and the implication which was conducted with interview technique and observation. The collected data was analyzed and presented in a paper. Military material should be more focused on education special character with defense contextual character, the cadets’ intense activities has to be re-evaluated. Therefore each unit needed to awared and committed on the perception of the limited psychic and physic of the cadets.Keywords: Curriculum, Quality, Unit Resilience

Abstract

This paper explained Kominda’s role its strategic value for the regional government to detected each potency, indication and event which would become regional threats and therefore the anticipation steps still be taken to eliminated its development. Kominda activities in performing it’s role due to its intelligence function consist of investigating, securing, and establishing. Abstract

This study was conducted to determined the effect of Farmer Behavior in spending money Post Harvest Tobacco toward the economic resilience viewpoint tobacco farmers in it. This research was a fi eld and descriptive. The study population was a tobacco farmer in the village environment Campursari which was only 3 miles from the Temanggung city center. The technique of sampling used purposive sampling method with the assumption that the population was bound by the context of a specific event, while taking a sample of 50 farmers. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature. Data was processed and analyzed by inductively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The family economic resilience was measured based on the well-being of families, using the concept of the World Bank’s poverty income approach and the expenditure approach the Biro Pusat Statistik. Based on research, the existence of Harvest Tobacco on tobacco farming had a major role for the economy of farming families, including: (i) provide accessibility productive arena that carried the values of equality; (ii) be a leading contributor to the economy of farming families indicated by the high value of the contribution of revenue from the arena to the household income; (iii) the existence of tobacco farming capable of be an alternative option for the people of the informal sector employment Temanggung. While constraints in the management of tobacco farming included weather problems, tobacco regulation and innovation. The results also suggested that the behavior of farmers in post-harvest spend money tobacco implicated in the negative trend of economic resilience of farming families. The “poor” during the harvest respondents viewed from revenues of 2% and the respondents in the category of “poor” increased reach a percentage of 4% from the perspective of the poverty line approach to value consumption / expenditure. The conclusion of this study was the existence of Harvest tobacco had a great signifi cance for the economic improvement of farming families who could view how the farmers put a high dependence on the market arenas forthe fulfillment of The family welfare. However, the success of the harvest always followed by spending behavior that affected the economic resilience of the family.Keywords: Behavior, Harvest, and Family Economical Resilience

Abstract

This paper explained the dynamic of interreligious harmony establishment post 1999 conflict and its implication on below par regional resilience in Ambon. The qualitative data showed four obstacle factors of interreligious harmony, namely blasphemy, narrow primordial, religious deviation activity, and population dense which obstructed the interreligious establishment of pella-gandong. The Concept application of “agree in disagreement” and establishment of the four pillars were embodied in: (1) interreligious harmony legislation’s socialization; (2) community’s solidarity; (3) religious and government leaders’ exemplary, and (4) interreligious dialogue pillar. Abstract

Modal Investment and Permitting Service Institution Institution’s (BPM and PP) at Pacitan Regency restructure had affected the organization structure, duty and authority, services’ type and the amoun of the staff. The Integrated Service Office at the Pacitan Regency BPM and PP restructure’s conflict consisted of two parts, namely the conflict of BPM and PP with other institution and the internal conflict of Pacitan Regency BPM and PP. The purpose of this research was to discovered the integrated service office restructure’s conflict management and resolution and its implication on regional economic resilience. This research was conducted with in depth interview, field survey, and questionnaire method. The collected data were analyzed. The Pacitan Regency BPPM and PP conflict was at the normal level, therefore it could be well managed and able to developed into positive conflict. Abstract

The Solo terrorism network was affected by the Darul Islam which had mutated into radical Islam groups and then into new terrorist group. The main reason was new political motive with religious cover and supported with other factors. The purpose of this research was to discovered the origin, extend, and cause of the terrorism establishment and to discover the Indonesia’s terrorism. The object of this research was Solo terrorism network as the biggest terrorist network in Indonesia with connection to various countries, and also all Indonesia terrorism related to this network. This research was conducted with in depth interview on the terrorist victims, agency, and former sect member who considered as terrorist. It showed that the Solo new group network was more amateur than the older one even though the ideology was similar. The Solo terrorism actions had affected the regional security especially the ideology, politics, economic, social and human security. Terrorism prevention in Solo had caught and dismantle Solo new terrorism network although with various flaws that needed to be fixed. The effective terrorism prevention strategies were law enforcement, prevention, deradicalization, and disengagement which had to well organized and shared together.Keywords: Solo Terrorist Network, Regional Security, Prevention Strategy

Abstract

This paper explained the state sovereignty in globalization context, the qualitative data showed globalization practice paradox on economic resilience and Indonesia national security. The economic terms showed the ACTFA had weakened wealth values and state sovereignty. However globalization also had chances for a state to enhance its economic fortune with trading efficiency enhancement and global market extension. Economic cooperation especially in free trade regionalism would enhance the burgeoning position due the open cooperation of the global powers such as China with ACTFA. Abstract

The perception of young man to political party of participant of general election 2014 that political party had not committed function of political party well as according to its function. The function of the politics party which was not either done that was political communicative function, the function of political socialization or political education, the function of political recruitment, and function of conflict regulator. party mod system which multi party was considered that there were still too much the numbers. Vision and political party mission considered were not consistent with reality programme its activity. The quality of political cadre and party achievement seen that there were still minim in pushing refinement of public life. perception of implication Young man to political resilience of region in Banten affected at legitimation decline government, Government policy was not supported by young man, and political participation of low young man. The increasing of young man opinion at un-believe at law enforcement officer, political system of democracy was seen could not yet push political stability which either due then could be done procedurally did not touch substance of value of democracy.
