Abstract

This paper explained the TNI program conduct in village’s building. The qualitative data showed TMMD’s target consisted of physical and additional target and also the non-physical target had been achieved. The TMMD Program conduct’s effectiveness had positive effect on regional resilience. It showed that TMMD Program able to enhanced the unity and unifi cation in the community and able to grew the decreasing togetherness. Therefore the program would be able to strengthened and enhanced the integrated of the TNI and people which would be enhance the people’s wealth, and also strengthened the unifi cation of the TNI and people to supported national’s defense.Keywords: TNI, TMMD, Village’s Building, and Regional Resilience.

Abstract

This paper explained the optimization of institutional defense in Entikong. The qualitative data showed the defense establishment in regional border Entikong had not yet maximum due the lack of supervision on some remote areas, lack of order on freight traffic and the people who used traditional roads and also the lack of community involvement in regional resilience. There were also the lacks of basic facilities and infrastructures (transportation, electricity, clean water, and telecommunication), Indonesian people at border region economic dependency on Malaysia, the lack human resources quality and non-military defense software.Keywords: Defense Etablishment, Human Security, and Regional Resilience.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk memperkirakan luasan l ahan sawah yang telah dialih fungsikan ke non-sawah di Kecamatan Jaten sampai dengan tahun 2018, mengetahui faktor penyebab  pengalihan fungsi  lahan sawah di Kecamatan Jaten, mengetahui dampak  pengalihan fungsi  lahan sawah terhadap  produksi padi dalam rangka  ketahanan pangan di Kecamatan Jaten sampai tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif yang didiskripsikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafi k untuk menggambarkan dampak  pengalihan fungsi  lahan sawah terhadap  produksi padi dalam rangka  ketahanan pangan di wilayah Kecamatan Jaten Kabupaten Karanganyar. Adapun jenis data yang diperlukan adalah data primer dan data sekunder baik yang bersifat kualilalif maupun kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa,  pengalihan fungsi  lahan sawah di Kecamatan Jaten semakin meningkat, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh letak geografi s yang strategis,  Pertumbuhan Penduduk dan  Kebutuhan Perumahan,  perkembangan industri, dan faktor individu   Petani. Penyusutan  lahan sawah secara nyata berpengaruh terhadap berkurangnya  produksi padi secara total. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji statistik yang menunjukkan penurunan p roduksi padi sampai dengan tahun 2018 sebesar 6.309,8 ton atau sekitar -2,9 persen/tahun. Berdasarkan tingkat  konsumsi  beras penduduk sesuai dengan  Susenas tahun 2013, maka diperkirakan pada tahun 2020 Kecamatan Jaten  akan mengalami kekurangan  produksi  beras

Abstract

The role of young man in preservation Benjang’s folk art was assessed as fair which included five roles which were: the role of endowment, the role of owner, the role of doer, the role of innovative, and role of educative. Young man faced fi ve constraints in Benjang’s folk art preservation, that was first of lack of fund in developing Benjang’s folk art, second lack of government involvement in Benjang’s folk art development, third there was no involvement of academician side in Benjang’s management management and folk art show packaging, fourth lack of understanding of artistic aesthetics the Benjang’s actors, and fifth the entry of foreign culture in massif. Implication to cultural resilience of area: increasing cultural awareness and identity of area, change without trespassing cultural originality of area, and penetrating cultural warded of strangers foreigners which unmatched to area culture.Keywords: Benjang, Traditional Art, Cultural Resilience of Area

Abstract

This paper explained the police role optimization to prevented traffic accident. The purpose of this paper was discovering the police enforcement role in preventing traffic accident and the implication of traffic police optimization on regional resilience in Jakarta Timur DKI Jakarta area. The study was conducted first at the accident critical points and directly visited the Jakarta Timur certain points. Second was, driver and vehicle registration/ identification. Third was Police Traffic Law Enforcement, it is a preventive and repressive effort. Fourth was operational management and Police Traffic Engineering, Fifth was Police Traffic Education. The education was provided for the driver of two and four wheels vehicle. The driver education was intensified by the Jaktim area Traffic Unit at certain points. The obstacles of the Jakarta Timur area’s Traffic Unit duty were the lack of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and the minimum community’s support. The implication of Jakarta Timur area Traffic Unit optimization in preventing traffic accident on regional resilience was able to be concluded.Keywords: Role, Traffic Unit, Accident, Regional Resilience.

Abstract

This paper explained the interreligious figure’s role to prevented religious radicalism. Religious radicalism had become a nonstop topic for more than a decade since the 1998 reform era. The flaring radical action in Surakarta was a threat’s form of radicalism movement. The qualitative data showed there was global politic constellation factor, indifference factor, and ideological factor, economic and psychological factor. Two dominant factors of those five factors were ideological and indifference factor. There was also role model strategy of the interreligious figure. Implication of the role was the establishment of the interreligious communication net, providing knowledge modal and the skill for the community especially in the area subject of confl ict and the establishment of good relation of all the related elements.Keywords: Leader of Cross Religions, Movement of Radicalism, Regional Resilience.

Abstract

This study aimed to determined the extent of the development of tourism in Yogyakarta Special Region in retention to social-cultural resilience. And this was a descriptive study presented by using observation and questionnaires to found data and primary literature for secondary data. Furthermore, re search results illustrated that the development of Yogyakarta province would work well because the image of the region and the support facilities and infrastructure. On the other hand turned in its development results obtained proved less satisfactory still seen a serious lack in the maintenance of an object the absence of guarantee that the maximum safety for the tourists, a lot of changes in peoples life as multidimensional crisis, which impacted on the image of tourism Yogyakarta Special Region, which in turn affected the social-cultural resilience.Keywords: Tourism, Social Cultural Resilience.

Abstract

The execution of PSP3’s program was realized correctly that was touching assorted of activity component in the public that was economics, education and social. The activity of program had the character of flexible accommodating with need there in the public. The execution of program PSP3 in the region of Dlingo District faced various constraints like geographical condition, language factor and cultural, lack of a reliable source of support from local local government, fi nancing element of management of program. Abstract

This paper explained paddy fields conversion at Tangerang Regency which enhancing every year. The quantitative data showed the paddy fields conversion was affected with economic structure change and the infrastructure facilities enhancement and also the high population growth. Real paddy fields area affected the total paddy production enhancement, however the width of paddy fields conversion to non-paddy fields had not yet proven affected the total paddy production decrease at Tangerang Regency if it was supported with agricultural technology and intensification. The Tangerang Regency community’s need on rice was yet lacking, Tangerang Regional Government has to bring rice from other region to fulfill this need.Keywords: Field Conversion, Paddy Field, Rice Production, and Food Resilience.

Abstract

ABSTRACTA political party was an important element in democratic countries. One of the functions of the establishment of political parties as political institutions that were responsible for providing political education to the cadres of political parties as well as to the wider community. In a democratic political system political party of choice as a means to realized the ideals of the nation and the state. Political education was an effort to realized the Indonesian democracy healthy and quality. This study aimed to discussed the role of political parties in the political education of the younger generation and its implications for political resilience in the study area with the second DPD Golkar Party Malang East Java.The method in this research was descriptive qualitative, which described the complex social phenomena occured in society. The research process was done by selecting informants who were deemed eligible research with purposive sampling method. In this case the Golkar Party offi cials Malang. The technique of research by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Then analyzed with three grooves activities that occurred simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verifi cation The results showed that the role of political parties in providing the cadres and political education to the public remains low. Methods and materials for political education conducted by the political parties were stillvery conceptual and less applicable. Evaluation methods in the provision of political education was not operating effectively, so that the role of political parties in providing awareness to the community about the rights and obligations as citizens to be low. oreover, the resulting low level of quality cadres of political parties in encouraging the improvement of people’s lives. Implications of the role of political parties in the political education of the younger generation of political resilience of region adversely affected the political participation of society and the low levelof public participation in public policy-making and oversight. ABSTRAKPartai politik merupakan elemen penting dalam negara demokrasi. Salah satu fungsi dari dibentuknya partai politik sebagai institusi politik yang bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pendidikan politik kepada kader partai politik maupun kepada masyarakat luas. Dalam sistem politik yang demokrasi partai politik menjadi pilihan sebagaialat untuk mewujudkan cita-cita bangsa dan negara. Pendidikan politik merupakan usaha untuk mewujudkan demokrasi Indonesia yang sehat dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tentang peran partai politikdalam pendidikan politik generasi muda dan implikasinya terhadap ketahanan politik wilayah dengan studi pada DPD II Partai Golongan Karya Kota Malang Jawa Timur. Metode dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kulitatif, yang menggambarkan fenomena sosial yang komplek terjadi di masyarakat. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan pemilihan informan yang dianggap memenuhi kriteria penelitian dengan metode purposive sampling. Dalam hal ini adalah pengurus Partai Golkar Kota Malang.Adapun teknik penelitian dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi.Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan atau verifi kasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran partai politik dalam memberikan pendidikan politik kepada kader maupun kepada masyarakat masih rendah. Metode serta materi pendidikan politik yang dilakukan oleh partai politik masih sangat konseptual dan kurang aplikatif. Metode evaluasi dalam pemberian pendidikan politik tidak berjalan dengan efektif, sehingga peran partai politik dalam memberikan penyadaran kepada      masyarakat tentang hak dankewajibannya sebagai warga negara menjadi rendah. Selain itu, berakibat rendahnya tingkat kualitas kader partai politik dalam mendorong perbaikan kehidupan masyarakat. Implikasi peran partai politik dalam pendidikan politik generasi muda terhadap ketahanan politik wilayah berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi politik masyarakat dan rendahnya tingkat peran serta masyarakat dalam pembuatan serta pengawasan kebijakan publik
