Abstract

Indonesian Language Learning in Primary Schools basically consists of four competencies, namely listening (listening), speaking, reading and writing. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effectiveness level of the Contour Muzzle model in learning to write seen from cognitive value, 2) to determine the effectiveness level of the Contence Muzzle model in learning to write viewed from the affective value, 3) to find out the effectiveness level of the Contence Muzzle model in learning writing seen from the psychomotor value. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods (posttest only control group design). Research subjects included third-grade students in elementary schools in Tirtomoyo District who were chosen randomly. Data collection techniques using data/source triangulation and method triangulation, obtained from data on student performance scores. Data analysis was performed with parametric statistics if they met normal and homogeneous and non-parametric requirements if both conditions were not met. Tests carried out with a significance level of 0.05%. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a difference between the average cognitive value of the experimental class and the control class of 10.67%, (2) there is a difference between the average value of the experimental class and the control class of 82.21%, ( 3) there is a difference between the average psychomotor value of the experimental class and the control class by 16.73%

Abstract

This study aims to produce an E-learning design that will be used in basic programming learning in the Vocational High School Multimedia Skills Program. E-Learning is a learning technology that is bridged by internet technology in which there are media to display material, questions and discussion forums. E-Learning strongly supports the basic programming learning process, because basic programming is learning that requires every student to memorize or understand algorithms and programming languages that aim to be able to make a computer program. Students are required to learn repeatedly so that basic programming materials are not easily forgotten. With E-Learning, students can learn wherever and whenever they are so that the process of learning basic programming can be done anywhere and anytime repeatedly without having to face-to-face with the instructor. But not all E-Learning is able to meet the needs of every learning process of every education provider, because in general between one educational provider with another has different learning strategies and standards. Therefore, before developing E-Learning, it first requires the process of analysis, planning, and design in order to arrange the right framework according to needs.

Abstract

Advances in technology have driven changes in books into the digital age. Even the Indonesian government, in this case, the Ministry of Education and Culture has implemented it in the form of school electronic books or commonly called BSE. However, ebooks or BSE in schools today, still have weaknesses that should be improved. One of them through e-books in the flipbook format. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of flipbook science media in science learning in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted in class V SDN Cemara Dua Surakarta, SDN Mangkubumen Lor No.15 Surakata, and SDN Mangkubumen Kidul No.16 Surakarta in 2016/2017 school year. Data collection techniques are carried out using triangulation of data or sources through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis starts from the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the use of flipbook science media in science learning in elementary schools can be used optimally if the elementary school has supporting facilities or facilities, such as PCs, LCDs, and sound systems as well as good teacher and student resources in the field of technology. basic computer operating skills. In addition, the use of flipbook media must be used in accordance with the learning objectives to be achieved, so that the effectiveness of the use of flipbook media can be felt optimally

Abstract

This research is an experimental research that aims to test the effectiveness of RME-based e-books in improving mathematics learning outcomes of Grade VII students on the subject of social arithmetic. E-books before being used in experiments have been declared valid and practical based on expert validation and formative revisions. The effectiveness test of an ebook based on RME results in finding that the average value of student learning outcomes tests that use e-books (experimental class) is higher than the average value of student learning outcomes tests that use printed books (control class). Thus, RME-based e-books can be used as a concrete step for solutions to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in class VII, choosing the RME approach itself is a form of special effort to make students not only have good mathematical values but the significance of mathematics and feel the benefits of mathematics in life daily. E-books and RME are a good combination in facing the era of competition where most jobs require analytical skills rather than merely performing procedural and mechanistic skills.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Explain the LKS used in learning in SMA 2 Bhineka Karya Boyolali, (2) describe the steps of developing the Electronic Smart LKS, (3) describe the results of the development of Electronic Smart LKS, and (4) test the effectiveness of Smart LKS Electronics produced. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The development research model used is the ADDIE model which consists of (1) Analysis, analyzing material and media materials needed in learning (2) Design, designing the draft of Electronic Smart LKS products in learning, (3) Development, Developing Electronic Smart LKS media in learning (4) Implementation of Electronic Smart LKS media and physical education materials (5) Evaluation. The subjects of this study were students of class XI SMA 2 Bhineka Karya Boyolali on physical education and sports subject material. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, and assessment sheets. The results of the assessment sheet assessment from media experts obtained an average of 85%, results from an average material expert 85.25%, one-on-one trial 85.75%, the results of small group trials phase I 77.88%, the test Phase II small group trials were 83% and field trials were 83%. The results of the experimental class obtained an average value of 82.88, while the control class obtained an average value of 68.00 verses or equivalent to 2.8 pages. Product effectiveness test results with a significance value of 5% obtained sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that Electronic Worksheets can effectively increase student interest in learning

Abstract

The development of the globalization era is inseparable from technological developments. The use of gadgets has become a natural phenomenon that can be found at all levels of age, from an early age to old age. Gadgets are used with a variety of purposes, ranging from establishing social contact with others, as a learning medium, to using them as entertainment. The purpose of this study was to determine the nature of digital games and analyze their use in early childhood as a medium of learning. This research is qualitative research which uses a literature study as a method of collecting data and is then used as part of a study introduction to further develop research with the same title theme. The research subjects were children aged 4-5 years. The results showed that digital games are digital devices that allow users to have fun with rules that have been designed in such a way and can be used as learning media for educational functions. Early childhood has been able to use the game as a medium for playing. Even though they have been used to using games, but as a learning medium for educational functions, games are still somewhat unfamiliar to be used in kindergarten education. This is proven by the lack of research that mentions the use of media games at the level of kindergarten education. Seeing the many benefits of game media that can be obtained, the game as a learning media needs to be further developed into an effective learning media for early childhood and in accordance with the learning objectives

Abstract

One of the goals of science education in Indonesia is to produce quality students, namely people who are able to think critically, creatively, logically and take initiative, in responding to issues that develop in society. Students' critical thinking skills can be improved through the learning model used, so this study aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry models in improving critical thinking skills. This research is qualitative research. The subject of this research is high school students. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and tests. The validity of the data used is data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the use of guided inquiry models in physics can improve the critical thinking skills of high school students

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the importance and urgency of the use of multimedia to be used in learning Islamic religious education (PAI) courses at the level of vocational high school (SMK). Data on the use of multimedia in various scientific disciplines is obtained through a comprehensive literature study. Furthermore, the data are discussed based on theory and harmonized with the findings of previous research on the benefits of multimedia in the learning process. Furthermore, the analysis of PAI learning objectives shows the element of personal formation which has a noble character to the Creator, fellow human beings and nature. Based on interviews with SMK PAI teachers in Surakarta it was found that PAI subjects were not given much attention in their implementation. This can be seen in the allocation of study hours which is only 2 hours per week with a very broad range of material. Whereas the expected outcomes in the PAI subjects are very important and very useful in the moral formation of the workers in the future. So, it can be concluded that the use of multimedia in the learning of PAI at the Vocational School level is very much needed so that students can learn not only in class but can independently so that the learning objectives of PAI can be achieved
