Jurnal Sosial Budaya ini merupakan media yang memuat kajian-kajian ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil riset dalam bidang ilmu sosial/humaniora, seperti pernaskahan, pranata-sosial dan sejarah untuk membangun dan membangkitkan kembali kejayaan Tamaddun Melayu dalam kawasan regional Asia Tenggara. Jurnal Sosial Budaya diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan Juli dan Desember yang berusaha menempatkan hasil penelitian para peneliti, akademisi, pemerhati dalam keilmuan terkait. Jurnal Sosial Budaya juga memberi perhatian bagi publikasi hasil penelitian interdisipliner berbagai pihak yang memiliki perhatian serius untuk merancang, dan merajut tatanan dunia baru Tamadun Melayu.

Abstract

Superior human resources is the most valuable asset for any country. Indonesia has the largest population-3 in the world, has the human resource potential is very large. When empowered with the best it can enhance the welfare of the people of Indonesia. One of the Government's efforts in empowering human resources to manage the education sector is becoming more professional. The most basic education sector in the personal formation of human resources (HR) in Indonesia, is through a program of Early Childhood Education (early childhood). One period to the early penciri is the Golden Age, which at this time all the potential of the fastest growing child. One way to increase the potential of children at an early age is to play. Because the slogan in early childhood education is "learning while playing, playing while learning." This is the basis, that the play is one way to explore the potential of children. One tool that can be used to play in early childhood education, this is by using the traditional game, because the game tardisional will help shape the character of a child from an early age.

Abstract

Political and career officials have a different character but is a unity in the government who should be able to synergize with each other. However, in line with the reform of the bureaucracy, the politicization of the bureaucracy have made a messy political position in the pattern of relationships and careers in the bureaucracy. This study sought to answer the question how to reform the bureaucracy to the relationship between political officials and career officials in the Environment Government of Riau Province, any problems that exist / arise, and how to organize the pattern of the relationship between political and career positions in the bureaucracy that occurred in Riau Provincial Government Environment.

Abstract

Emergence of Islamic political movements in the world today, has caused great concern for the West. Islam is considered a force that would threaten the hegemony of the West (USA and its allies) around the world. and there is no other way for them except to hinder and even destroy those movements.Revival of Islam to civilization at the present time, has begun in the Middle East countries. Turbulence and popular movements overthrow the dictator has been supported by the USA and its allies. The fall of the regime of Ben Ali in Tunisia, Hosni Mubarak in Egypt, Abdullah Saleh in Yemen and Muammar Gaddafi in Libya and now in the Syrian regime will fall forward thoghut Hafiz al-Assaad. And this shows (to the west) that Islam will appear as the holder of the reins of government in all countries bependuduk Islamic majority. One group or the most influential movement in the revival and political movements duniaIslam is the Muslim Brotherhood faction in Egypt and spread throughout most of the Islamic countries. Many factors led to the Islamic Reform Movement, among others: Effect of infidel countries, inequality ways of thinking among Islamic organizations, western lifestyle trend that began in the Islamic countries, the desire to gain power among certain segments of the name of Islam, Low levels of education, the economy is getting worse, and culture that deviates from the Qur'an and hadith, faith mistake, Shirk and bid'ah, To revive the Muslims from a very severe downturn, and other factors. in this case the West and its allies in various ways will do everything possible to prevent the Islamic reform movement in order to avoid in-many parts of the world, including by using reason in an effort to combat terrorism, but the real goal is to eradicate the Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Election is the embodiment of popular sovereignty which is the absolute will of the Indonesian people after setting himself as a democratic country. Therefore as part of democratic nations, Indonesia has recognized the sovereignty of the people who affirmed in the Constitution of 1945. To create a healthy degree of competition, participatory, and has a degree higher representation, and have a clear accountability mechanism, then the general election should be implemented in higher quality over time. Implementation of the efforts made in improving quality is to establish and carry out oversight functions election.

Abstract

Bureaucratic culture of government will parse about how the spread of cultural values and the level of commitment to the core members of the bureaucracy of the values that exist, and how cultural change in the government bureaucracy. Reality on the ground shows that the spread of cultural values has begun to appear even less so members Bureaucracy knowing the values embodied in the organization, because government officials already there are some who are happy to be starting the task and try to be the best, understand the purpose of the bureaucracy, the opportunity communication and relationships between superiors and subordinates and others although not epektif, as well as encouragement from the organization to the employee commenced. Level of commitment of the core members of the bureaucracy to the existing values (core values) are low because employees tend to bide her work and looked risky and troublesome work, the motivation to seek only employee status and salary, even indifferent to public facilities that they use even employees only serve an easy affair and promising material. Bureaucratic culture changes that occur precisely less objective, there is no congruence between employee goals with the Bureaucracy. Opportunity to give an opinion is sometimes there, even self-identification means that poor employee or employer organizations do not understand the behavior of individuals and expertise of employees in the organization.
