Learning is a process of interaction of learners with educators and learning resources in a learning environment. To achieve the purpose of learning it is necessary election or use of learning models in accordance with the material that will be taught so that the expectations of the material delivered using the selected learning model can cause positive effects for learners. The purpose of this study is "To determine the effect of the use of model Cooperative Learning Type Course Horay Course assisted learning video media to the students' economic learning outcomes class XI even semester MAN 1 Metro academic year 2017/2018. This study looks at how the influence of the use of cooperative learning model type course review horay assisted media learning videos on the results of study Economics. In thisdesign there is an experimental class and a control class that researchers will see the difference in achievement between the two classes. The method used is the method of collecting data on learning outcomes after students were given treatment is a test method. This research is a Quasi Experimental Design by using Design type of Non-equivalent Control Group Design with population class XI MAN 1 Metro academic year 2017/2018, the sample which is taken is class XI IPS4 as experiment class and class XI IPS1 as control class. The results can be seen from t count> t table, at a significant level of 5% that is 4.99> 1.70 thus Ha is accepted, that there is influence the use of cooperative learning model type course review horay by using media video learning to economic learning outcomes Students Class XI Even Semester MAN 1 Metro academic year 2017/2018.

The purpose of this research is to make an IPS comic with the theme economic activity as the learning media that suitable for VII Grade of SMP Negeri 04 Metro. This research used 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination). However, this research just as for as develop step. In this research, the researcher did not use Dissemination step because of limited time and expense. In the first step, the researcher analyzed the students needed by doing pre-survey at SMP Negeri 4 Metro. Next, the researcher made the design of Keywords: Developing, Learning Media, IPS Comicproduct such as making learning comic with the topic economic activity. The result of product that made by the researcher will be validated by the expert of learning media, the expert of topic and language. For the next, this research was tested to a little group consist of 10 students from VII B SMP Negeri 4 Metro. The result of the value validation percentage for the expert of learning media is 93%, the expert of topic 88%,the expert of language 96% and value tasted from the little group is 94,6%. So, it can be concluded that comic with the topic economic activity is very reasonable to use for the students as the IPS learning media with the topic economic activity for VII Grade at SMP.

Education is a long-term investment that requires great effort and funds to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR). One of the ways to improve the quality of human resources is through a good educational process and directed. The purposeof this research is to determine the effect of the use of learning model Co-operative Learning Type Mind Mapping Against Learning Outcomes Integrated Social Studies student grade VIII even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan academic year 2017/2018. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan academic year 2017/2018. This study is an experimental research and aims to determine the difference of learners' learning outcomes from pre-test and post-test that have been given treatment or treatment using cooperative learning model of mind mapping type, also to know the influence of cooperative learning type learning model of mind mapping on learning result of IPS Integrated. The population in this research is class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan academic year 2017/2018. The sample of this research is class VIII.1 as experiment class with the number of 30 students and class VIII.2 as control class as many as 29 students. Based on data analysis and hypothesis test using simple linear regression equation obtained a = 24,16, b = 0.76 so that Y '= 24,16 + 0,76X. Form of the instrument in this study can be seen from t arithmetic> t table on significant level 5% that is 5.59> 1.70 and at a significant level of 1% ie 5.59> 2.46Thus the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be said that there is a positive influence the use of cooperative learning type learning model mind mapping on the learning outcomes IPS Integrated students class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan academic year 2017/2018.

Learning is a process which can determine the success of learning. The process of learning done over and over again in the same way and method will lead to boredom in learning. In this globalization era, learning can be done anywhere, anytime and in many ways. One of the most popular learning methods is using gadgets. Gadgets can help us in overcoming problems encountered. Utilization of a positive gadget will bring good impact for its users. And conversely, if the use of gadgets that are negative and excessive will bring adverse effects to its users.The intensity of gadget and internet usage has a positive impact in students' learning motivation. Students can take advantage of gadgets and internet in searching for broader references related to learning. They are more interested in learning to use gadgetsand the internet than by just using books. It is not denied that gadgets and the internet have a negative impact if the user can not wisely use it. However, the use of gadgets and the internet can be directed to students in order to utilize both positively.

Education is a very important element to create a quality resource, intelligent, open peace, democratic, and able to compete and can improve the welfare of all Indonesian citizens. The state is said to be advanced in all fields whether in the field of economics, technology, agriculture or the other cannot be separated from the role of education. But in reality both in the process and the results of learning are still many that have not been in accordance with expectations in educational goals, it is also seen in the learning outcomes in SMP Negeri 6 Metro class VIII still many students learning outcomes that have not reached the minimum mastery criteria (KKM). The result of study that has not been completed is 21 students with 65,63% percentage, and that reaching completeness learn is 11 students with percentage 34,37%, while the minimum grade (KKM) Grade VIII SMP 6 Metro in Integrated IPS lesson is 75. Alternatives to improve studentlearning outcomes are used Influence Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS). The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) on Learning Outcomes Integrated IPS Students Class VIII Even Semester SMP Negeri 6 Metro academic year 2017/2018. The population in this study consists of 8 classes and total of students is 250. Samples were taken by technique of sampling and obtained class VIII 5 which amounted to 32 students as a class which used as experiment or class research which got treatment using Two Stay Two Stray Model Cooperative Learning (TS-TS). After analyzed data of research the result can be concluded that from calculation analysis tcount > ttable. It can be seen on the list of G, at a significant level of 5% that is 3.40> 1.70 and at a significant level of 1% that is 3.40> 2.46. Thus the hypothesis reads that there is a positive influence of the use of Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) can improve the learning outcomes of IPS student class VIII even Semester of SMP N 6 Metro. Students who declared complete with KKM 75 after given treatment as many as 27 students or equal to 84,37% and student whichexpressed not yet completed as many as 5 students or equal to 15,63%, hence the process of learning say succeed.

This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of problem-based learning model of entrepreneurship interest in students. This research is also to know the result of student learning. This type of research is ex post facto and sampling method using quota sampling method as much as 32 students of class D semester 4 of accounting education program of Universitas PGRI Madiun. Data collection techniques of this study using questionnaires and student learning outcomes. Data analysis method of this research questionnaire using structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) tool. The results showed that the problem-based learning model positively affects entrepreneurship interest. Furthermore, student learning outcomes show that the overall score of students above achievement criteria.

The problems in this research are still many students who have not reached the value of KKM or not yet complete the learning result of economy Class XI IPS 3 even semester SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah academic year 2017/2018 and has not played an active role in the process of learning in the classroom, used by teachers is still not appropriate to optimize student learning outcomes class XI IPS 3 even semester SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah academic year 2017/2018. So the formulation of the problem is "whether there is influence the use of cooperative learning model type learning together (LT) to the economic learning outcomes of students of class XI even semester SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah academic year 2017/2018". This research is a Quasi Experimental Design research type of Non-equivalent Control Group Design, in this research there are two classes of experimental class and control class. Population in this research is class XI SMA Negeri 1Kotagajah academic year 2017/2018. Samples of the research are taken class XI IPS 3 as experiment class with number of 30 students and class XI IPS 4 as control class with number of 30 students. The result of research can be seen that tcount>ttabel significant level that is 5%, at 3,79> 1,70 thus Ha accepted. It can be concluded that there is a real influence of the use of cooperative learning model learning type together (LT) to the students' economic learning outcomes of class XI even semester SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah academic year 2017/2018

This study is a causality by using primary data and secondary data, while the object of research is the lecturer at the University Trunajaya Bontang with a total sample of 53 respondents.The aim of this study was to (1) To determine the influence of simultaneous between variable compensation, work environment, Job Promotion and Supervision of job satisfaction Lecturer at the University of Trunajaya Bontang. (2) To determine the partial variable the dominant influence on job satisfaction Lecturer at the University Trunajaya.In order to test the hypothesis analysis the authors use multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. The respondents of this study is a lecturer at the University of Trunajaya, a number of 53 respondents. Results of the analysis showed that there is a positive and significant influence between variable compensation, work environment, promotion, supervision on job satisfaction, the variable dominant influence on job satisfaction is variable promotion, it is evident from the value of Standardized Coefficient Beta variable promotion is amounted to 0.428 which is greater than the other independent variable coefficients.

Based on the results of the survey that researcher do, the problem in this study is still a lot of students who have not completed in Learning Outcomes Integrated Social Studies Student Class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Metro in academic year 2015/2016. The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Model Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model Towards Integrated IPS Student Learning of Class VIII Even Semester of MTs Muhammadiyah Metro academic Year 2015/2016. This research is experimental research with population in this research is student class VIII Mts. Muhammadiyah Metro even Semester academic year 2015/2016 which numbered 84 students. Sample of the research is taken by using purposive sampling technique and obtained class VIII.A as experiment class by using model cooperative learning jigsaw type. The result of research data analysis can be seen that tcount> t table or 7.70> 1.71 (table t with dk = 28 and = 0.05) and t arithmetic> t table or 7.70> 2.47 (table t with dk = 28 and α = 0.01), thus Ho is rejected and Ha acceptedor hypothesis accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the use of model Cooperative Learning Type Jigsaw improve the results of learning IPS Integrated students class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Metro or hypothesis there is a positive influence of using model Cooperative Learning Jigsaw Type of Learning Outcomes Integrated Social Studies Student Class VIII Even Semester MTs Muhammadiyah Metro academic year 2015 / 2016.

This study aimed at scrutinising the decision making of trade off students related to (Tuition Assistance for Deprived and Excellent Students) BIDIKMISI scholarship allocations. The decision was made based on each individual priority, reasonable selections and utility of scholarship users. Technically, descriptive qualitative method was deployed as the research design. The participants of this study were the Economic Education Department students at Siliwangi University. The data were collected through observation, interview, and document analysis. The findings demonstrated that most of scholarship allocations were utilised for fulfilling non-academic needs, notably 87%. Meanwhile, 13% of it were allocated for academic requirements. Viewed from the scholarship users’ perspectives, they preferred to select and employ scholarship for non-academic needs, such as entertainment and travelling instead of academic needs.
