Abstract

The purpose of the study was to improve student learning outcomes in the material structure and function of plant parts of class IV 163088 Public Elementary School Jalan Nangka Tebing city using Jigsaw cooperative learning type. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN 163088 in Tebing Tinggi city, totaling 22 students. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data analysis was collected through tests. Science using Jigsaw type cooperative learning can improve learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 163088 Tebingtinggi. This can be seen from the results of the tests obtained during the pre-cycle where the average score of the acquisition of students was 62.5 with classical completeness of 40.9%. After carrying out the first cycle and carried out the test at the end of the first cycle, there was an increase in students' understanding with the student average score of 74.3 and the classical completeness value of 72.7%. the test results obtained in the second cycle the average value of students is 80.22 with class completeness of 90.90%, hence this research is said to be successful. Keywords: learning outcomes, plant structure, Jigsaw

The results showed   it can be concluded that simultaneous effect of environmentally sound policy variable, the implementation of environment-based curriculum and management of supporting facilities towards the realization of Adiwiyata Mandiri School at SMA Negeri 1 Sunggal Sunggal Subdistrict. Abstract

This study aims to improve the writing essay skills through the CTL learning model for fifth grade students in 101766 Public Elementary School Bandar Setia. CTL learning model  is a learning model by linking between subject matter with real life that occurs in the environment of students. This research is in the form of Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of state elementary school 101766 Bandar Setia. The average score of the essay writing test in the initial conditions is 61.73 with classical completeness of 30.76% in the first cycle of the class average value to 70.76 with the classical percentage of 65.38%. In the second cycle the average value of the class becomes 80.00 with a classical percentage of 88.46%. The researcher hereby states that the use of the CTL learning model in the second cycle of success has reached 85% so that the learning process using the CTL learning model is successful. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of implementing the Make a Match type of cooperative learning model that can improve student learning outcomes in social science subjects in the time division in Indonesia. This study uses the Make a Match type cooperative learning model as an effort to improve student learning outcomes and make students more active in the learning process. The population of this study was all students of class V, amounting to 36 people with an age range of 11-12 years. The tool used to collect data in this study is test and observation, the results of the study at the pretest obtained in the pre-cycle activities the percentage of classical completeness of students is 59.52%, then in the first cycle to 75.13%. An increase of 15.61% in the first cycle when compared to the pre-cycle activities. After the second cycle was implemented using the Make a Match cooperative learning model in the second cycle, the achievement of students' classical completeness reached 77.11%. The indicator of success in this study is the percentage of classical completeness of students of 75% of the total number of students. Keywords: IPS Learning Outcomes, Make a Match

Abstract

This research was conducted in Class XI SMA Negeri 2 Balige. The goal is to take learning material on the Christian attitude in the development of science. The subject of this research was 28 students in Class XISMA Negeri 2 Balige. Student learning outcomes data were captured by pretest and post test. The results of the study concluded that using the jigsaw method can improve student learning motivation. Increasing student learning motivation in the pre-cycle is 50%,% (14 students) to 71.4% (20 students) in Cycle II, to 85.71% (25 students). According to the data above, it can be interpreted that learning motivation has been dominated by some 96.42% of students. Thus, looking at learning outcomes at the initial observation, there appears to be a significant percentage increase in completeness of student learning outcomes from 50% (14 students) to 71.4 % (20 students) in Cycle II, became 85.71% (25 students), becoming 96.42% (27 students). Based on the results of the study above the jigsaw method can increase student learning motivation, reduce students' boredom and saturation in learning and make students more active in learning. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Christianity

Abstract

This study aims: To determine the application of the Audio Visual Learning learning strategy in memorizing QS. Al Fatihah; To find out the increase in memorization of odd semester I students of SDN 106162 Medan Estate in the application of Audio Visual Learning strategies in memorizing QS. Al Fatihah. This study used an interactive qualitative method and the PTK class action research approach was carried out with 2 cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this class action research are first grade students of SDNegeri 106162 Medan Estate. From the research conducted by examining the students' initial conditions as measured by the QS memorization test kits. Al-Fatihah with 2 cycles, it was seen that there was an increase in memorization results achieved by students in memorizing QS. Al Fatihah. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that in cycle 1 the completeness of memorizing students is only 35.37%, while in cycle 2, the QS strategy is applied. Al-Fatihah increased to 85.76%. Student responses also increased, data from observations on student activities from 35.37% in cycle 1, increased in cycle 2 to 85.00%. Keywords: Memorization, Media, Audio Visual

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove that using the VACT Method and Sand media can improve students' abilities in writing the beginning. The research used is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were 11 students consisting of 5 men and 2 women. The research model was developed by Suharsimi Arikunto. Because in a cycle or round consists of four components, namely: Planning (Planning), Actions (Acting), Observation (Observing), and Reflection (Reflecting). The results of the observation were only two students or (20%) who were able to write the beginning. In the first cycle using the VAKT method and medically the ability increased to 4 students (40%). In cycle II the researcher repeats the beginning of writing the same as the first cycle using the VAKT method and the Sand media, the students 'ability in writing the beginning increases to 7 students (70%) Thus it can be concluded by using the VAKT method and sand media can improve students' ability in write the beginning of B. Abstract

This classroom action research aims to determine the application of method learning strategies SAS (Structural Synthetic Analysis) Class I students Even Elementary Semester Neg. 106162 Medan Estate in reading through the application of learning strategies with the SAS method. This study used an interactive qualitative method and a class action research approach conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. the subjects of this class action research are even class I students of Neg semester. 106162 Medan Estate. While the object is the SAS Method. From the research conducted by examining the initial condition of students as measured by reading tests and the results of classroom action research with 2 cycles. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that in cycle 1 student learning completeness in this material the average value is only 66.50 while in cycle 2 by applying learning strategies with SAS methods increasing reaching an average value of 90.00 Student responses also increase, observational data of teacher activity from 59.72% in cycle 1, increasing in cycle 2 to 93.06%. Keywords : Reading Beginning, ability, SA Method

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of the teaching and learning process strategy on improving PKn student achievement at the Riama Private Middle School in Medan. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with a population of 30 students and 3 Civics teachers. As for the variables in this study were independent variables (x) namely the teaching learning process planning and the dependent variable (y) namely achievement student learning. Techniques and tools for data collection are by conducting observations (observation and review), questionnaires (list of written questions) to obtain information from respondents who contain questions by completing answers to choose one of the answers that are already available as where the actual situation is After all answers are collected, the data are grouped to analyze each question item in accordance with the provisions. The data processing is divided into two parts, namely data from the teacher and data from the private junior high school students in the field. The results achieved according to the method used in this study are accepted. And so that the teachers can arrange teaching plans in the learning process better. Keywords: Strategy, Teaching and Learning Process, Learning Achievement.

Abstract

This aims to improve math learning achievement through mathematic realistic method. This classroom action researchconducted by 2 cycles of the four phases: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The subjects were students from class VI, SD N 163091 Tebing Tinggi which amounted to 33 students. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the used of the mathematic realistic method of math subjects can improve math learning result characterized by increased learning completeness, which occured in first cycle (78,78%), cycle II (90,90%) and complete learning the clasical equal to 93,93 %. Keywords : Math, Realistic
