Abstract

Permainan olahraga merupakan salah satu materi permainan dan olahraga yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan koordinasi gerak peserta didik melalui aktivitas permainan beregu. Tidak semua sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Penjasorkes mengajarkan semua materi dalam permainan bola besar. Berdasarkan hal di atas, perlu dilakukan pengembangan permainan bola besar yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilan koordinasi gerak peserta didik.Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan ; 1) menganalisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, 2) mengembangkan produk awal, 3) validasi ahli, 4) uji coba lapangan, 5) revisi produk, dan hasil produk pengembangan. Instrumen yang digunakan 1) data pengambilan denyut nadi, (2) kuesioner respon psikomotorik, kognitif, afektif peserta didik dengan angket, (3) pengamatan keefektifan teknik dasar yang digunakan dalam produk.Hasil penelitian ini telah ditemukan (1) produk permainan basketball and football combination, (2) keefektifan produk permainan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik peserta didik, (3) permainan basketball and football combination ini dapat mengatasi keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran yang tersedia, (4) kompleksitas keterampilan koordinasi gerak.Simpulan penggunaan produk permainan basketball and football combination dalam pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensitas fisik, dapat mengatasi masalah keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, dapat mengatasi keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran serta memberikan pengalaman koordinasi gerak kompleks. Saran bagi guru Penjasorkes di SD dapat menggunakan permainan ini di sekolah, dalam pembelajaran permainan bola besar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess and prove the application of plyometrics training methods to improve limb muscle power athletes PPLM Bali. The research method using a quasi-experimental methods. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant improvement between the initial tests and final test against power leg muscle with a test jump upright, (p <0.008), (2) there is a significant improvement between the initial tests and final test against power leg muscle with a test jump upright, laboratory tests (p <0.003), (3) there is a significant improvement between the initial tests and final test against power leg muscle with a test jump upright, field tests of 8.64%, (4) there is a significant increase between tests initial and final test against power leg muscle with a test jump upright, laboratory tests for 5:04%, (5) there is a significant improvement between the initial tests and final test against power leg with a test jump without prefix / standing broad jump (p <0.000), and (6) there is a significant improvement between the initial test and final test against power leg with a diving tests without prefix / standing broad jump of 23%. Concluded there is a significant improvement between the initial test and final test against leg muscle power.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the increase in the learning process and student learning outcomes in rhythmic activity of the pitcher using pieces of duck swan song for learners Class 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog Patikraja District of Banyumas. This type of research is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study is the first grade students of SD Negeri 1 Notog number of 23 students consisting of 14 boys and 9 female student. That the results of research activity in rhythmic gymnastics pitcher uses the song Cut Duck Goose Class 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog shows the increase of student learning from the first cycle (61%) to the second cycle (87%), it also means an increase of 26%. The conclusions in this research is the method of rhythmic gymnastics material Penjasorkes pitcher uses the song Cut Duck Goose can improve learning outcomes on student Penjasorkes Class 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lari estafet melalui pendekatan saintifik pada siswa kelas VI SDN Salaman 4 kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Salaman IV kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes unjuk kerja, pengolahan datanya menggunakan deskritif persentase. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal sebesar 29,5 %, dari siklus 1, 58% meningkat menjadi 87,5 % pada siklus 2. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran lari estafet pada siswa kelas VI SDN Salaman 4 Kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes relay through a scientific approach in Class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 districts of Magelang regency in 2016. This study is a Class Action Research. Subjects were students in sixth grade elementary school districts Salaman Salaman IV Magelang regency amounting to 24 students. Data collection methods used were observation and tests of performance, processing data using descriptive percentage. Based on the research results that an increase in the classical mastery learning outcomes by 29.5%, from cycle 1, 58% increased to 87.5% in cycle 2. Thus we can conclude that the scientific approach can improve learning outcomes relay in class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 subdistrict of Magelang regency in the academic year 2015/2016

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce Bottle Shoot game product as learning of futsal big ball game for junior high students that is adapted by capabilities and characteristics. The method of this RD research is product development research. The obtained datas of Bottle Shoot game product trials are experts’ questionnaire evaluation and students’ questionnaire forms that contain cognitive aspect  and the observations as affective and psychomotor aspect. The final results from physical education and learning experts of the first trial are  81% and 92%. Reinforced by students’ questionnaires results are 83% of psychomotor, 91.7% of affective, and 89.5% of cognitive. The second trial of three schools  an average percentage that is on the cognitive aspects of 91.7%, 87.4% affective, and psychomotor 77.5%. The average of three schools get 85.5%. Based on the percentage of the trial result  can be concluded that Bottle Shoot game can be used as big ball game learning in futsal for junior high school students in Sampang distric, Cilacap.

Abstract

This paper explores the experiences of the author about living the discourse of physical education (PE) and physical education teacher education (PETE). More specifically, it focuses on the future of physical education in the United States will look like on its current path and how the author‟s views differ and/or match published perspective. The author position statement is also supported by research to look for path physical education and PETE in the US should take and ultimately what it will look like at the end of that path. There also exist some research areas the US PE need to focus more or less on physical education and PETE. The author proposes some essential research questions about physical education and PETE that deserve investigation. The last part of the paper offers specific aspects of physical education and PETE practices that warrant special attention; barriers that have impeded research in the areas, and change to overcome such barriers. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman penulis dalam menyelami wacara pendidikan jasmani dan pendidikan keguruan pendidikan jasmani. Secara lebih khusus, makalah ini memfokuskan pada masa depan pendidikan jasmani di Amerika Serikat sebagaimana saat ini sedang berada di jalannya dan bagaimana pandangan penulis berbeda dan/atau sesuai dengan perspektif literature. Posisi pernyataan penulis juga didukung oleh penelitian untuk melihat jalan yang harus ditempuh oleh pendidikan jasmani dan pendidikan keguruannya dan pada akhirnya bagaimana bagaimana bentuknya di akhir perjalanan. Beberapa area penelitian juga diidentifikasi di mana peneliti seyogyanya memfokuskan perhatiannya. Penulis mengusulkan beberapa pertanyaan penelitian yang esensial tentang pendidikan jasmani yang harus diteliti. Bagian akhir dari makalah ini menawarkan aspek praktis pendidikan jasmani dan pendidikan keguruan yang harus diperhatikan, berikut hambatan dan perubahan-perubahan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut.

Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler merupakan wadah bagi siswa dalam menyalurkan minat dan bakatnya diluar pelajaran akademik disekolah. Berbagai macam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler anatara lain bidang seni, kerohanian, kepemimpinan, jurnalistik dan tidak kalah populer dan hampir setiap sekolah ada adalah ekstrakurikuler bidang olahraga. Antuasias dan peminat ekstrakuler olahraga disekolah sangatlah luar biasa. Kondisi ini didukung dengan banyaknya kompetisi dan kejuaraan antar sekolah dibidang olahraga bahkan sampai pada level multi even yakni POPDA, O2SN, POPNAS, bahkan Kejurnas PPLP yang basis atletnya merupakan pelajar disekolah. Potensi yang timbul dari iklim kompetisi ini membuat keberadaan ekstrakurikuler disekolah sebagai lumbung atlet pelajar menjadi sangat sentral dan harus dikelola dengan baik, terarah serta berkesinambungan sebagai dasar pembinaan olahraga pelajar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan produk permainan Bottle Shoot sebagai pembelajaran permainan bola besar futsal bagi siswa SMP/MTS yang dissuaikan dengan kemampuan serta karakteristiknya Data yang diperoleh dari uji coba produk permainan Bottle Shoot berupa evaluasi kuesioner ahli dan lembar kuesioner siswa berupa aspek kognitif serta bentuk pengamatan untuk aspek penilaian aspek afektif dan psikomotorik. Perolehan hasil akhir yang diperoleh pada uji coba satu oleh ahli penjas dan ahli pembelajaran adalah 81% dan 92%. Diperkuat dengan hasil kuesioner dari siswa yaitu psikomotor 83%, afektif 91,7%, dan kognitif 89,5%. Hasil uji coba dua dari ketiga sekolah mendapatkan rata-rata prosentase yaitu pada aspek kognitif 91,7%, afektif 87,4%, dan psikomotorik 77,5%. Rata-rata keseluruhan dari ketiga sekolah mendapatkan 85,5%. Berdasarkan perolehan prosentase penelitian yang sudah dilaksanakan sebahai hasil uji coba produk dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa permainan Bottle Shoot dapat digunakan sebagai pembelajaran permainan bola besar pada futsal bagi siswa SMP diKecamatan Sampang Kabupaten Cilacap.The purpose of this study is to produce Bottle Shoot game product as learning of futsal big ball game for junior high students that is adapted by capabilities and characteristics. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes relay through a scientific approach in Class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 districts of Magelang regency in 2016. This study is a Class Action Research. Subjects were students in sixth grade elementary school districts Salaman Salaman IV Magelang regency amounting to 24 students. Data collection methods used were observation and tests of performance, processing data using descriptive percentage. Based on the research results in cycle 1, the cognitive aspect completed 66.6%, 34.4% did not complete, thorough afekif aspects of 20.83% and 79.16% did not complete due psychomotor aspects of incomplete 58.3% and 41.7% , student learning outcomes in classical complete 14 students (58.3%) and 41.7% did not complete the study on results in cycle 2, the cognitive aspect completely 100%, 91.66% completed afekif aspect is not finished 8.33%, psychomotor aspects completed 79.16% 20.83% is not exhaustive and completeness of student learning outcomes in the classical 21 students (87.5%), 12.5% did not complete. In this study showed that an increase in the classical mastery learning outcomes by 29.5%, from cycle 1, 58% increased to 87.5% in cycle 2. Thus we can conclude that the scientific approach can improve learning outcomes relay in class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 subdistrict of Magelang regency in the academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa aktivitas ritmik si buyung menggunakan lagu potong bebek angsa bagi peserta didik Kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog Kecamatan Patikraja Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah peneliti tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog sejumlah 23 siswa yang terdiri dari 14 siswa putra dan 9 siswa putri. Bahwa hasil penelitian aktivitas ritmik senam si buyung menggunakan lagu Potong Bebek Angsa Kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog menunjukan adanya peningkatan belajar siswa dari siklus I (61%) ke siklus II (87%), hal ini juga berarti mengalami kenaikan 26%.
