Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of price perceptions and brand image on the interest in purchasing Yamaha NMAX in Palu City. Type of stduy is explanatory. Population consist of people in Palu City who have known and interested, but do not yet have Yamaha NMAX products. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with total samples of 90 people. Data collection using questionnaire which then processed by using regression analysis tool with SPSS for Windows Release 16.0. Method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that price perceptions have positive and significant influence on the interest of poeople purchasing Yamaha NMAX in Palu City, with significance level t-sig. of (0,05 ? 0.041) with regression coefficient equals to 0.154. Brand image has positive and significant influence on the interest of buying Yamaha NMAX in Palu City, with significance level t sig. of (0,05 ? 0.000) with regression coefficient value equals to 0.464.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial influence of tangibles (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on customer satisfaction (Y) in Garuda Airlines agent in Palu City. The type of research is descriptive-causal. Sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The results show that the dimensions of service quality consisting of physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction of buying tickets at Garuda Airline service agents. Partially, all the dimension of service quality have significant influence on the customer satisfaction of buying tickets at The Garuda airline service agent in Palu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of dividend policy, profitability, and growth of corporate assets on the value of companies in the Manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a quantitative descriptive. Sample consists of 11 companies in manufacturing industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with research period of 5 years starting from 2012 until 2016. The study uses panel data regression with fixed effect model. The result shows that dividend policy, profitability, and growth of company asset simultaneously have significant influence on company value with R square value of 0.9588 means that dividend policy, profitability, and growth of company asset is 95,88% and the rest of 4,12 % influenced by other variables that are not examined. Partially, dividend policy and growth of company asset have non- significant influence on company?s value while profitability has significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <? (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <? (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of store atmosphere (X1) and store image (X2) simultaneously and partially significant effect on purchasing decision of consumer (Y) at Bookstore Ramedia in Palu City. This type of research is causal research. The population of this study is the people of Palu City who were / were buying at Ramedia Bookstore. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with sample number 90 people. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that store atmosphere variables (X1) and store image (X2) simultaneously significant influence consumer purchasing decision(Y) at Ramedia Bookstore in Palu with significant value 0.001 below <0.05. Store atmosphere variables (X1) = 0.021 and store image (X2) = 0.042 partially significant effect on purchasing decision of consumer in Ramedia Bookstore in Palu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the strengths and weaknesses of Darisa Cafe Campus Restaurant. 2) to find out the opportunities and threats of Restaurant Darisa Cafe Campus. 3) to find out the competitive strategy of Restaurant Darisa Cafe Campus. This research is a qualitative research with key informants are restaurant owners, restaurant managers and consumers. Data analysis techniques used are SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the result of the strength factor of Restaurant Darisa Cafe Campus has a score of 1.97 and strength factor of 1.09 so it has a total score of 3.06 while the external strategic factor analysis summary (EFAS). The result of the opportunity factor of Restaurant Darisa Cafe Campus has a score of 2.26 from the results of the SWOT diagram at Darisa Cafe Campus Restaurant is in quadrant 2 (Two ) are ST strategies (strengths and threats)

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) direct influence of promotion via social media on eWOM at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu, (2) direct influence of promotion via social media on repurchase intention at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu, (3) direct influence of eWOM to repurchase intention on RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu. Type of research is quantitative. The population consists of people who have been exposed information about RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in social media, and had visited RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais or become followers @radjapenyetmasfais instagram. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with total sample of 100 respondents. Data collecting method using online and offline questionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. The analytical method using path analysis. The results show that: (1) there is direct influence of promotion via social media on eWOM at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu, (2) there is direct influence of promotion via social media on repurchase intention at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu, (3) there is no direct influence of eWOM on repurchase intention at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of hotel tax in Palu using value for money approach consisting of three ratios that are: economic ratio, ratio efficiency and effectiveness ratio. Data collection technique includes field research, literature research, and interview. The results of this study show that economic ratio of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013-2016 is considered more "economical", the efficiency ratio shows that the achievement level of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013- 2016 is considered "highly efficient", and the effectiveness ratio shows that the performance of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013-2016 is considered "highly effective."

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of service marketing mix (X), which consist of product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), physical evidence (X6), and process (X7) on consumer decision (Y) to buy at the Kailinese restaurant in Palu. Based on the result of multiple linear regressions, it is shown that service marketing mix consist of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process, simultaneously have significant influence on consumer decision to buy at the Kailiniese restaurant in Palu with the sig. value of 0,737 or 73,7 %. Partially, the study also shown that service marketing mix which consist of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process have significant influence on consumer decision to buy at the Kailinese restaurant in Palu with the sig. value of product = 0,559, price=0,085, place = 0,173, promotion = 0,042, people=0,201, physical evidence = 0,877, and process = 0,000. The most dominant variable that influences the decision of consumer is physical evidence.

Abstract

The purpose of the research are 1) to find out and analyze simultaneous effect of working capital consisting of quantitative working capital, qualitative working capital, and functional working capital on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 2) to find out and analyze the partial influence of quantitative working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 3) to determine and analyze the partial effect of qualitative working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 4) to determine and analyze partial effect of functional working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. Type of research is causal descriptive. Data analysis technique is path analysis. The results show that: 1) working capital of CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya during 2012-2016 seen from the quantitative working capital and functional working capital has been decreased every year, while the qualitative working capital showed annual increase. 2) working capital consisting of quantitative working capital, qualitative working capital, and functional working capital simultaneously have significant effect on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 3) quantitative working capital partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 4) qualitative working capital partially has a positive and significant effect on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 5) functional working capital partially has positive but non- significant effect on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya.
