Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product knowledge on the decision to repurchase mineral water CLEO in Alfamidi Jl. Martadinata Palu City. The independent variables used in this research are Company Image (X1), User Image (X2), Product Image (X3), Product Knowledge (X4), while the dependent variable is the repurchase decision (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The method of this research is descriptive causal. The sample used in this research is as much as 75 respondents with the form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the simultaneous influence of brand image and product knowledge consisting of corporate image, user image, and product image significantly influence against the decision of CLEO Mineral Water Buyback in Alfamidi. and partially corporate image, user image, product image, product knowledge significantly influence to decision of re-purchase of mineral water CLEO in Alfamidi Jl. Martadinata Palu City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of personality (X1) and family environment (X2) on entrepreneurial intentions (Y) of students. Subjects of this research involve students of The Management Department, Tadulako University with a sample of 88 respondents. This consists of 28 students of 2012 class, 26 students of 2013 class, and 34 students of 2014 class. Data collecting method apply observation, interviews, and questionnaires that analyzed with multiple linear regressions by using SPSS for Windows Release 16,0 software. The result shows that: 1) personality and family environment simultaneously have significant influence on entrepreneurial intention of student in the Management Department of University of Tadulako; 2) personality partially has significant influence on entrepreneurial intention of student in the Management Department of University of Tadulako; 3) family environment has significant influence on entrepreneurial intention of student in the Management Department of University of Tadulako.

Abstract

This study determines the growth, effectiveness, efficiency, and contribution of motor vehicle tax revenue in Palu City. Based on the results for over 5 years from 2011 to 2015, the growth of taxes on motor vehicles increases annually but in percentage is fluctuated with 13.39% of achievement in average. This is due to the lack of public awareness and cooperation of government about the importance of the tax. However, the effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax in Palu is very effective with the average percentage of 109.17%. This achievement is supported by good supervision and control towards the motor vehicle tax collection in Palu. The level of efficiency of the motor vehicle tax in Palu is categorized efficient. This is caused by the amount of collection only 5%; the implementation of motor vehicle tax efficiency in Palu by the government especially by UPTD Palu and contribution rate of motor vehicle taxes in Palu show good growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Mandala Multi Finance Palu Branch. The sample used is 90 respondents, with sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Method of data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that service quality variables consisting of physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and collateral simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Mandala Multi Finance Palu Branch. While the partial physical evidence, empathy, kahandalan, responsiveness, and guarantee also significantly affect customer satisfaction at PT. Mandala Multi Finance Palu Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze 1) Influence simultaneously variable of satisfaction and trust to customer loyality of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-District of Bungku Tengah District. 2) Partial influence of customer satisfaction variable on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. 3) Partial influence of customer trust variable on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district of Bungku Tengah District. This type of research is descriptive causally. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling, obtained sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on the results of Test F, customer satisfaction variables and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. Partially, customer satisfaction variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. The variable of customer trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district, Bungku Tengah District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn and increase student?s interest in Tadulako University on purchasing brand lipstick La Tulipe. The variables of this research are attitude (X1) and subjective norm (X2), and the dependent variable is interest (Y). The research method used in this study is descriptive causal method with 61 sample and purposive sampling technique and method of analysis, Multiple Linear Regression with the help of computer program SPSS for windows, Release 16.0. The results showed that : 1). Subjective Attitudes and Norms Simultaneously Significantly Affects Student Interest The University of Tadulako buys La Tulipe brand lipstick; 2). Attitudes partially significant effect on Student Interest TadulakoUniversity bought brand lipstick La Tulipe; 3). Subjective Norms partially significant effect on Student Interest University Tadulako buy brand lipstick La Tulipe.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of diversification on the risk of stock portfolio of mining sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling techniques using is purposive sampling with 5 sample of stocks from the mining sector in the BEI. Analyzer uses variance-covariance. The results of this study are: 1) The risk on portfolio 1 share (ADRO) reached 7.2%. When MEDC shares were added, portfolio risk decreased significantly to 0.72%. BUMI shares were included, portfolio risk rose to 0.75%. When ANTM and PTBA stocks added portfolio risk increased respectively to 0.96% and 5.7%. 2) Diversification affects portfolio risk when the portfolio only forms up to 3 stocks are ADRO, MEDC and BUMI, so the initial hypothesis is accepted. However, when ANTM and PTBA stocks are added to the portfolio, the risk is increased so that the initial hypothesis is rejected for the 5 stock portfolio. Proportion of funds in portfolio 3 shares, namely; 81.3% (ADRO), 10.7% (MEDC) and 8% (BUMI) will generate portfolio risk of 0.75% and expected return of 2.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to study Managerial and Institutional Ownership of Value of Non-Financial Companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The independent variables consist of Managerial Share Ownership (X1) and Institutional Share (X2), as well as several control variables namely Debt, Size and Age. Dependent variable is Company Value (Y), using Tobins'Q ratio. The research sample is 110 companies with purposive sampling sampling technique. Multiple regression data analysis process. The results showed that share ownership positively and insignificantly to the control variables. The result of managerial-related imposition on a significant corporate value of 0.368%. and Institutional Share Ownership has a positive and insignificant relationship to the company with the controls, variables and companies used as control variables. The test results showed that the significant value of 0.378.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Guarantee to patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital Central Bungku. The problem in this research is whether the service quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Guaranteed simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital of central Bungku. Based on that opinion, the sample size is 15 (5 1) 15 (6) 90. To prove the hypothesis, the research use multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study found that simultaneously the quality of service significantly influence patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital Central Bungku. This means that the variables of Physical Evidence, Empathy, reliability, partially significant effect on patient satisfaction variable, name Response Power and Assurance partially have no significant effect on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of television advertising and brand image simultaneously and partially to the purchase decision of Wardah brand product in Palu City. The variables of this research are television advertisement (X1) and brand image (X2). While the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). The research method used is descriptive method causal with the number of sample 75 people. Form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Television advertisement and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah brand products; 2). Television advertisement partially significant effect on purchasing decision of Wardah brand product; 3). Brand image partially significant effect on purchasing decision of Wardah brand product in Palu City.
