Abstract

This research is based on the result of the Teacher Competence Test in Indonesia, 2015 which is still below the standard value. The aim of this research is to test the seven TPACK variables, namely Technological Content (TK), Content Knowledge (CK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), tested on economic subject teachers at Cirebon Senior High Schools. This research used quantitative research with descriptive method. Instruments in this study is using questionnaires. From the results of 112 collected questionnaires calculated and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The result of the data analysis showed six positive influences, namely TK to TPK, TK to TCK, PK to TPK, TK to TCK, TPK to TPACK, and PCK to TPACK, while six other hypotheses proposed no significant effect. The results showed the factor that contributed the most on the TPACK model is Content Knowledge variable, with the role of indicator that provides the greatest contribution that is the teacher's knowledge of learning development strategy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the fraud diamond perspective, which consists of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capability, on academic cheating behavior with Meta AI as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on Economics subject students at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar using a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted of 230 students who were selected simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the validity of the instruments was tested using the Pearson product-moment correlation, while the reliability was tested using Cronbach’s alpha. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistical analysis, moderated regression analysis (MRA), and t-tests. The findings reveal that pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capability each have a positive and significant influence on academic cheating behavior. However, the moderating role of Meta AI shows mixed results. Meta AI does not moderate the effect of pressure and capability on academic cheating behavior, while it moderates the effect of opportunity and rationalization on cheating behavior. These findings suggest that although Meta AI provides certain control in reducing rationalization and reinforcing the role of opportunity, it is not sufficient to reduce the effect of pressure and capability on academic dishonesty. Therefore, schools and educators need to strengthen ethical education and digital literacy to prevent the misuse of technology in academic contexts. Abstract

improving the quality of education. Field observations indicate that many students have not yet reached the expected standards, making this a fundamental issue that needs to be addressed with appropriate learning strategies. In addition, student learning outcomes have not met the criteria for achieving learning objectives. Contributing factors include the limited availability of media and instructional materials suited to students’ characteristics, resulting in monotonous and less engaging learning that hinders active participation in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Social Studies e-module based on differentiated learning to enhance students’ critical thinking skills. The research employed the ADDIE development design, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Expert validation results indicated that the developed e-module was highly feasible. A limited trial using an independent t-test obtained a significant value of 0.001, indicating a difference in post-test results between the experimental and control classes. A broader trial using One-Way ANOVA yielded a significant value of 0.898, suggesting no significant differences between schools. The study concludes that the Social Studies e-module based on differentiated learning is valid, interactive, flexible, student-centered, and effective in improving students’ critical thinking skills. Abstract

This study aims to examine, analyze, and determine the influence of liquidity, leverage, and firm size on financial performance. The research object is manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017–2023 period. A total of 92 companies were used as the population, and 21 of them were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach through descriptive and verification analysis techniques. The data analysis model used in this study includes classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, which consists of partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). The research results show that partially, liquidity (CR) has a significant positive effect, leverage (DER) has a significant negative effect, and firm size has no significant effect on financial performance (ROA). Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of live streaming on Generation Z’s purchasing decisions for local skincare products in Surakarta, (2) the effect of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions, (3) the effect of flash sales on purchasing decisions, and (4) the indirect effects of these variables through purchase intention. The population consists of Generation Z in Surakarta aged 15–This study aims to determine the effect of attitude toward influencer ads on Impulsive Buying; to determine the influence of celebrity effect, influencer credibility, Perceived Entertainment, Perceived Usefulness, and trust on attitude toward influencer ads; to determine the influence of influencer credibility on celebrity effect; to determine the influence of trust on Perceived Usefulness; to determine the influence of attitude toward influencer ads on Perceived Entertainment on Impulsive Buying; to determine the influence of celebrity effect and attitude toward influencer ads on influencer credibility on Impulsive Buying; and to determine the influence of Perceived Usefulness and attitude toward influencer ads on trust on Impulsive Buying. This is a descriptive quantitative study using primary data collection methods obtained from online questionnaires. The population used in this study was Generation Z in Surakarta City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 398 Generation Z consumers. Data analysis used Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) data analysis using the Smartpls 4.0 program. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant effect of attitude toward influencer ads on Impulsive Buying. There are positive and significant effects of celebrity effect, influencer credibility, Perceived Entertainment, Perceived Usefulness, and trust on attitude toward influencer ads. There is a positive and significant effect of influence credibility on celebrity effect. There is a positive and significant effect of trust on Perceived Usefulness. There is a positive and significant effect of attitude toward influencer ads mediating Perceived Entertainment on Impulsive Buying. There is a positive and significant effect of celebrity effect and attitude toward influencer ads mediating influencer credibility on Impulsive Buying. There is a positive and significant effect of Perceived Usefulness and attitude toward influencer ads mediating trust on Impulsive Buying. Abstract

This research is based on the importance of integrating local wisdom in character building and sustainable economic management among Dayak communities, particularly in the context of Huma Betang. The purpose of this study is to examine how Huma Betang values, such as togetherness, honesty, equality, and tolerance, can be integrated into economic education, with a focus on inclusive and sustainable economic development based on local wisdom. Using a qualitative descriptive and phenomenological approach, this study involved in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation data collection conducted in Bontoi Village, Central Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that Huma Betang values ​​are not only relevant in social life but can also strengthen the economic education curriculum. The application of these values ​​can help students understand business ethics, collaboration, and diversity, as well as foster strong character to face global economic challenges. This study recommends further exploration of the application of local wisdom values ​​in economic education in various cultural communities, to support more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable economic development. Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of live streaming on Generation Z’s purchasing decisions for local skincare products in Surakarta, (2) the effect of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions, (3) the effect of flash sales on purchasing decisions, and (4) the indirect effects of these variables through purchase intention. The population consists of Generation Z in Surakarta aged 15–28 years who are active on social media and use local skincare products, with a sample of 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected via a Google Forms questionnaire, with validity tested using the Product Moment method and reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha. The data analysis included descriptive statistics, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and path analysis. The results show that live streaming has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicating that interactive demonstrations increase consumer trust and purchase behavior. Influencer marketing shows no significant effect, suggesting that endorsements alone do not strongly influence Generation Z’s decisions. Flash sales have a positive and significant impact, proving that limited-time discounts effectively stimulate purchases. Furthermore, purchase intention partially mediates the effects of live streaming and flash sales on purchasing decisions, although the indirect effect is relatively small. Meanwhile, purchase intention does not mediate the influence of influencer marketing. Overall, interactive strategies such as live streaming and promotional tactics like flash sales are more effective than influencer endorsements in shaping Generation Z’s purchasing decisions for local skincare products in Surakarta. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Sharia standard fragmentation on the stability of the Islamic financial market and to assess the role of AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions) in mitigating the negative effects of cross-country interpretive differences. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method using a library research approach, drawing from journals, institutional reports (AAOIFI, IFSB, IsDB), and academic publications from 2020–2025. The findings indicate that Sharia standard fragmentation leads to regulatory inconsistencies, accounting disparities, and reduced investor confidence, which collectively increase market volatility and inefficiency. Conversely, comprehensive adoption of AAOIFI standards enhances transparency, strengthens governance in Islamic financial institutions, and supports macroeconomic stability through greater market integrity and regulatory alignment. The study concludes that harmonizing Sharia standards is essential for establishing a stable, efficient, and globally competitive Islamic financial system. Strong collaboration among regulators, financial institutions, and international standard-setting bodies is crucial to minimize fragmentation and reinforce the sustainability of Islamic finance worldwide. Abstract

The Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) is an activity to increase and develop entrepreneurial interests and talents within the university. This study aims to analyze the role of P2MW in strengthening the entrepreneurial interests of students in the Economics Education Study Program at Swadaya Gunung Jati University. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects included students of Economics Education at Swadaya Gunung Jati University participating in P2MW, their supervisors, and the head of the study program. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that P2MW acts as a means of experiential entrepreneurship learning that encourages the gradual formation of students' entrepreneurial interests. Business practice experience is the main source of learning that shapes students' entrepreneurial mindset and self-confidence. This study concludes that P2MW has a significant contribution in strengthening students' entrepreneurial interests, but requires optimization of ongoing mentoring and coaching so that students' businesses can develop more optimally. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of informal economic education and financial literacy to the economic independence of women MSMEs in Makassar City, and to examine the role of family support as a moderating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey of 375 female MSMEs across sub-districts throughout Makassar City. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that informal economic education positively contributes to women's economic independence by improving entrepreneurial knowledge, managerial skills, and confidence in economic decision-making. Financial literacy has also been shown to strengthen economic independence through improved cash flow management, financial planning, and more rational financial decision-making. Furthermore, family support plays a role in strengthening the relationship between informal economic education and financial literacy and economic independence, making individual capacity and social support complementary factors in promoting women's economic empowerment. This research enriches the study of economic empowerment based on human resources and financial capabilities and provides practical applications for policies to develop women's MSME empowerment at the regional level.  Keywords: informal economic education, financial literacy, family support, economic independence, women's MSMEs
