Abstract

Psikologis merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi lama persalinan, terutama tingkat kecemasan ibu selama proses persalinan. Respon psikologis kecemasan ibu inpartu akan mensekresikan hormon katekolamin dan adrenalin yang secara fisiologis akan mengakibatkan kompensasi vasokontriksi. Keadaan tersebut akan menghambat suplay darah ke uterus, sementara uterus membutuhkan suplay darah yang banyak untuk kekuatan kontraksi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh dukungan suami terhadap lama persalinan kala II pada kelompok primipara dan multipara.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain korelasi prediktif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan tekhnik quota sampling. Adapun kuota yang ditentukan peneliti adaah 30 responden.Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95%, pada kelompok primipara didapatkan P value(0,001)<0,05, dan pada kelompok multipara didapatkan P value(0,03)<0,05.Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh dukungan suami terhadap lama persalinan kala II.  Kata Kunci                  : Lama Persalinan, Dukungan Suami, ParitasDaftar Acuan              : 2005-2013Jumlah Halaman          : 76+xiv

Abstract

Latar Belakang:  Salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada remaja saat ini adalah tentang Kesehatan reproduksi dimana hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan masalah ini mulai dari pemahaman mengenai perlunya pemeliharaan kebersihan alat reproduksi, pemahaman mengenai proses-proses reproduksi serta dampak dari perilaku yang tidak bertanggung jawab seperti kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan, aborsi,dan penyakit menular seksual Tujuan Penelitian : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seks pranikah. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 103 orang yaitu remaja usia (15-17 tahun), Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode analisis data yaitu analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi- Square Menggunakan SPSS 16                                    Hasil : Hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja usia (15-17 tahun) yaitu variabel pengetahuan dengan perilaku hasil yang didapat p value 0,000 dan variabel sikap dengan perilaku  menunjukkan p value : 0,001  dengan nilai alpha 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak.                        Simpulan :  Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan pengetahuan dan sikap yang baik akan mempengaruhi perilaku seks pranikah dimana pengetahuan dan sikap merupakan faktor predisposisi yang terdapat dalam diri seseorang yang memotivasi untuk bertindak baik itu positif ataupun negatif.                                                               Kata Kunci       : Pengetahuan, Sikap , PerilakuDaftar Acuan   :  2007-2013Jumlah Hal       :  xiii + 54 hal: 2014

ABSTRACTLenny IrmawatyHospitalization respond will increase the children anxiety level. Story telling is one of anxiety therapy which give hypnotic sensation and give a sugestion to child. Story telling make children become rilex and dissolved in story that given, and can decreased. Level of preschool children’s anxiety. The aim of this research is to knows the The effect ot story telling to level of children’s anxiety caused by hospitalization in pre schoolar children at RSUD Kota Bekasi 2013The method of this research was used quasi eksperiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The number of sampel are 39 respondens. The sample is pre schoolar children got hospitalization.Before story telling was alone means of anxiety level respondent was on moderate anxiety. After the story telling handle means of the anxiety level is on low anxiety. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Corelation Nutritional Status with incidence of Diabetes Mellitus in elderly at PSTW Budhi Dharma Bekasi in 2013 Nurul Asriah Background : Increasing number of elderly involve life expectancy of elderly increase too. The impact of increase number of elderly, it can be seen from the pattern of degenerative disease like hypertention, ccoronaty heart disease and including Diabetes Mellitus alsa. More over, nutritional status can be influence the pattern of degenerative disease.Conlusion :Purpose in this research: to know the corelation Nutritional Status with incidence of Diabetes Mellitus in elderly at PSTW Budhi Dharma Bekasi in 2013Methode: Used analytic corelation with cross sectional, recruting sample by simple random sampling, ther were 86 respondets. Abstract

Background : Diabetes Mellitus is a desease caused by and poor life style and become causal of many  complication. Complication of Diabetes Mellitus can be prevented by controlling the blood sugar. Diabetic gymnastic is one way to decrease the blood sugar. On way to do was  doing the diabetes gymnastics which can decrease the blood sugar by increasing the glucose utilization by the active muscles so that decreasing glucose on blood.Research Objective: To knows an effect of the Diabetes gymnastics within decrease Blood sugar in old parents at Perwirasari RW 08 Bekasi Utara 2013.Method : Design of this research was using quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest with control group design as approach.Technique of sampling was total sampling with 20 respondent, and using paired t-test.Results : Result of this research wasp value ( 0,006 )<α  0,05.
