Abstract

This article represents literature study about a town design model on Florida's northwest coats. The idea of Seaside is started with the notion of reviving Northwest Florida's building tradition and involvement of Andreas Duany designer urban and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk with new urbanismn concepts and also seaside development of Robert Davis in Seaside area. Writer also tries to study excess from sideside design and aspect that is left behind in this design model

Abstract

The aim of this research for knowed and discovered variation at houses interior lay out pattern of low income society settlement at Palu downtown section. The result of this research show that the houses interior lay out pattern formed by needed settler factor about space amount however quantity did not agree for the settler. The houses consist at the terrace and quest room as public space; bad room and kitchen as private space; as well as dining room, living room, family room, bathroom/wc, and wash-spot as public-private space. As the supporting rooms are work-spot, small workshop and kiosk. Central orientation of the houses interior lay out of low income society settlement are family room, dining room and living room

Abstract

System of Communications of Radio Trunking exploiting system of Logic Trunked Radio where providing communications system make a move the goodness in one way, and also communications system two direction with the operating system of conventional and Trunking System.Use of system LTR for the communications of land enviroment of Airport can lessen the frequency use, so that do not bother the system of communications navigasi in airport.

Abstract

There are three main traffic flow characteristics which are used to estimate the level of services of a road link, i.e traffic Speed (S), traffic Volume (V) and traffic Density (D). In Traffic engineering theory, three models are often used for modeling of traffic flow characteristics. They are Greenshield model, Greenberg model and Underwood Model respectively.The aim of this research is to find the relationship model between Speed characteristic (S) – Volume characteristic (V) – Density characteristic (D) on Trans Sulawesi street in Palu city. Collected data is volume and time distance of traffic passing on specific road segment . Time distance data is needed for finding speed of traffic data. For collecting of time distance data, we choice the segment is 50 m long.The result of this research indicates that the Greenshield model is most realistic model in study location

To know the structure response while loading, object that should be measure ice: (a) strain, (b) deflection ordisplacement (c) reaction on the restrain. By using the value of strain, we can define a moment of majorstress of the points. which are observed. Strains that are happened on structure/model can be measured byusing strain gage with rectangular rosette, type in any three directions (a, b,  c). Abstract

Surabaya City represent one of the biggest city in Indonesia with level of carownership is very high . Every year the amount of vehicle continue to increase so that can give impact to traffic jam , mussy and accident of traffic.From cause aspect accident of traffic in Surabaya city in generally caused by passenger vehicle which non public transport ( private car)and motorbike.Frequency accident of traffic in range of time 5 the last year ( 1998-2002) is counted 169 accident case with amount of victim counted 192 soul. Amount of soul victim pass away counted 29 people (15,10%), hardly injured 76 people ( 39,58%) and lightly injured 87 people ( 45,31%) the root cause accident is motorbike 48,10% and car 33,38%.Component of traffic type which often involve accident is motorbike driver with road street defector. The other cause is motorbike with car. The time of the biggest traffic accident is happened at 10.00 - 14.00 WIB.

Abstract

Good Refrigeran and used many up to last some years is the refrigeran from halokarbon group, specially CFC ( Chloroflorocarbon) And HCFC ( Hydrochloroflorocarbon). But in the year 1974 Rowland and Molina draught tell its hypothesizing which express that chlorine the refrigeran have potency ozone layer coat ( ODP = Ozone Depletion Potential) so that can destroy ozone coat as well as owning global(GWP warm-up potency = Global of Warming Potential). Therefore writer make the research of efect use the R-12 refrigeran and Hydrocarbon to kompresor activity by using Coefisien Of Performance parameter ( COP)andEffisiensi from refrigerasi system

Abstract

The Old City of Donggala is a historical part of the city wich has very special colonial character. As such, it is a very valuable asset for the city, not just because of its buildings and artifacts but also because of its infrastructure. It has been designated as a main priority area for revitalization. It is a pity, however, that this priceless gem has been neglected for quite a long time, and its vitality is diminishing if not dying. Today the Old City has lost most of its function as the center of Donggala.The involution (due to poor urban development manage-ment practices) which forced the central business district to move from the old city to other part of the city has caused the decline of the area. This is market by the process of resident and business flights. The strategic importance of the Old City for economic and mixed-us function has gradually been diminished. Most of the land-use and space-use has changed. Some buildings have become storehouse , while others have been completely abandoned. The decline of the Old City made it lost it prestige as a place for offices, shops, cafes and other commercial activities as it was in the past. As business activities have dropped, so has the revenues coming into the area.
