Abstract

This study attempts to improve the creativity and the ability to appreciate drama on the ability of Indonesian courses through drama performances. This research was conducted in FKIP PGSD Studies Program, University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto second semester of academic year 2015/2016. Subjects were students of the second semester of grade E as many as 44 students. The procedure of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research instrument used creativity test playwriting and performance tests, while observing the activity of faculty and students using observation sheet. The results showed that the staging of the drama can increase creativity playwriting and drama to appreciate the ability of the student. This is evidenced by the increasing creativity of students of the first cycle with an average score of 9.74 to the criteria are quite creative and the second cycle with an average score of 12.07 with creative criteria. This suggests that an increase in the creativity of students from the first cycle to the second cycle of 2.33. In the aspect of ability to appreciate the drama of an increase of 43.76 from the first cycle to gain an average score of 44.34 to the second cycle with an average score of 88.10. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that by staging the drama can enhance the creativity and the ability to appreciate the drama students of the second semester in the subject's ability Indonesian elementary school. Abstract

National education consists of three subsystems are subsystems of formal education, informal and non-formal. In order to provide supplies to the community to compete in the field of labor and to increase revenue, One of the earliest of this type of non-formal education is training, training activities provide considerable benefits for trainees, and if managed properly. Government UPTPK Pasuruan Pasuruan through implementing various vocational skills training / skills. UPTPK Pasuruan as one yag Technical Implementation Unit under and is responsible to the Department of Labor East Java province. The tasks of UPTPK Pasuruan is implementing occupational skills training in order to provide a skilled workforce, productive and independent. Implementation of the training program is divided into three, namely: (1) Training held institutionally namely in UPTPK Pasuruan themselves every day to work, (2) Exercise Non Institutional (MTU) executed in mobile / roving by request Local Government / Agency / Society, (3) the training program third parties or self-financing, with longer workouts tailored to its agreements da fees charged to students in accordance with the agreement. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the general condition of Purwanegara District Banjarnegara Regency, the development of Muhammadiyah organization branch Merden up to 2013, and the bussiness charity of Muhammadiyah organization branch Merden in education and non education fields. This study used historical method. The result showed that Muhammadiyah Branch Merden intially established as a group Muhammadiyah which was under Purbalingga Branch, only a year later it became Banjarnegara Branch. Then, in the fourth period of Abu Dudjanah leadership, group of Muhammadiyah Branch Merden changed into Muhammadiyah sub-section, and in the next period turned into a branch of Muhammadiyah up to now with various business charities both in education and non-education fields. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk 1) Mengungkap profil dan latar belakang sosial budaya desa Siremeng Kecamatan Pulosari. 2) Mengungkap biografi Warsito juru kunci gunung slamet di Dusun Kantong Desa Siremeng dari tahun 1973 sampai dengan tahun 2015, dan 3) Mengungkap peran Warsito sebagai juru kunci dalam masyarakat setempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Desa Siremeng memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 662,93 Ha dan jumlah penduduk 5.731 jiwa yang sebagian besar bermata pencaharian sebagai petani. Nilai-nilai kejawen masih melekat di dalam kehidupan sosial dan budaya masyarakat di lereng Gunung Slamet, seperti percaya pada hal gaib dan mistis 2) Warsito selaku juru kunci Gunung Slamet desa Siremeng, dipercaya sebagai titisan dari juru kunci pertama bernama Nyai Manten Sarak yang lahir di hari Sabtu wage 1953. Mengabdi menjadi juru kunci Gunung Slamet semenjak ia berusia 16 tahun sampai sekarang. 3) peranan Warsito dalam masyarakat sekitar antara lain sebagai informan pendakian, atau penunjuk arah kepada para pendaki yang hendak melakukan pendakian, peranan dalam upacara adat Ruwat Bumi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan suro tanggal 10 Muharam dan Peranan sebagai pemimpin musyawarah dan penasihat spiritual. Abstract

Indonesia has its national language which is used in daily life. The national language becomes the part of curriculum taught in schools. However, English is also taught since elementary schools until college. It has sought as a compulsory subject. Since English is not spoken in daily life, the students feel difficult to master English well. The first language affected their English learning. The solution to the problem is that teacher should have fruitful strategy to teach English to the students. Having contrastive analysis of copula will be useful for the teachers. They will be able to understand the different things appeared among the two languages. Moreover, they will know what methods and techniques appropriate for them to apply in their class. Abstract

This study aims: (1to know the process of learning social science in SD Negeri Batursari, (2) to know the use of illustration pop-up media in relieve the teacher to foster student‟s understanding toward the social science subject. This study was conducted in SD Negeri Batursari by using qualitative research strategies. The technique in collecting data were interview, direct observation, questionnaires and research document. The data validated by using triangulation researcher, theoretical and methodological. The technique using data collection, data reduction, and data presentation and conclusion/ verification. The result showed that fourth and rade students SD Negeri Batursari very anthusiastic in participating learning social science, students were formed into small groups and students talk to each other discussing visula messages in pop-up media. Illustration pop-up media is very helpful the teacher inleraning social science, it can be seen when students most easily to understand the material by looking at the illustration in the material. The syudents helped with the media as if the were in the illustration. Keywords: Pop-Up Media, Social Science Learning
