Abstract

The expert system is a computer program that can replicate the thinking process and expert knowledge to solve specific problems. In this case, the expert system is used  by breeder and hamster lovers to detect diseases that commonly infect hamsters. The purpose of this research is to build the expert system as a tool to identify and provide advice on the appropriate treatment of hamster disease. The expert system was made by backward chaining inference method and designed using PHP as the programming language. The working process of this expert system is the user search based on the visible symptoms and at the end the users will get the name tracking the disease and its treatment advice. With the expert system, the user, specifically hamster lovers, are expected to save cost and time, in this regard to the cost of the vet to diagnose and treat hamster diseases

Abstract

Teacher’s role is very important in school because they who will give the lessons to their students. Therefore, ateacherwhowillteachin theschools shouldhave the competencies, especially in personality competency. This research is belonged to Fuzzy Inference System with Tsukamoto method for determining the competency based on the teacher’s personality with a web base. In Tsukamoto method each consequent to the rules in the form of IF-THEN should be represented by a set of fuzzy with monotone membership function. The output inference of each rule is given explicitly (crisp) based on α-predicate (fire strength). The end result is obtained by using weighted average.Fuzzy data used is score data or value of personality competence. The rating score with scale A means (very good), B means (fair), C means (less good). Each personality competence component mentioned is used as figuration rule data by producing 243 rules. These rules are used to find µ-score in each variable that has been determined to find z score

Abstract

Some studies mentioned that interest in learning has an impact on the achievement of student learning. The results of other studies mentioned that there is an influence of the presence of a lecturer in courses against graduation rates of students in courses. This study analyzes how its influence student learning interest in relation to the level of presence of a lecturer in courses of graduation rates of students in courses that are indicated by the percentage of the least B. This study uses Fuzzy Quantification Theory I (FQT) method. Based on the six sub indicators in the interest of learning i.e. 1) passion to learn, 2) initiatives in learning, 3) responsive in learning, 4) mind focusin learning, 5) the willingness to learn, and 6) hard work in learning, retrieved the results that students learning initiative contributes most in attendance rates of lecturer contributed in its effects on the achievement the percentage of the value of the graduation courses at least B compared with other sub indicators of interest in learning

Abstract

Purbalingga tourism are scattered in various locations complicate for local or foreign tourist in determining the path to go to tourist sites. By determining the starting point of shortest path from the town square of Purbalingga, the shortest path can be searched using Floyd algorithm. The workings of this algorithm are to find the possible paths exist by aggregating and comparing the points with positive weights on the path which has constructed and determined. The result of this research was obtained the shortest path to go to the various tourist sites in Purbalingga

Abstract

The competence of a teacher is absolutely necessary to demonstrate the quality of teachers in the exercise of his profession. These competencies will be realized in the form of mastery of the knowledge and professionalism. Professional competence is one of competence as set forth in UUGD 2005 that has several components. In this study applied fuzzy inference system Tsukamoto method to predict the level of teachers’s proffesional competence. Abstract

Setting up a diet for diabetics is highly recommended, because diabetes disease occurs because of unbalance metabolism on the sufferer. Setting the food intake of calorie consumption is needed as a way to maintain the stability of blood sugar in patients. This decision support system is based on the formula for calculating the calories of ordinary doctors and nutritionists use to determine a diet for diabetics in accordance with its weight. The result of this calculation is a basal calories which will then return the total calories with correction in accordance with the state of the patient, which is then divided again into the intakes of calories per consumption time such as for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. The purpose of the division so that a diet made by diabetic patients can achieve maximum results

Abstract

Competence of lecturer is one of the factors that influence the achievement of learning and education, but the competence of teachers or lecturers do not stand alone, but affected the educational background, teaching experience, and length of teaching. These competencies include pedagogic competence, professional, personal and social. To perform   the analysis in this case using Fuzzy Quantification Theory I (FQT) is a qualitative assessment of the relationship between the factors of professional competence of students to faculty and student attendance for the graduation of students. The results of this study demonstrate that the professional competence of lecturer who most influence on the final value of students is the ability to give relevant examples of the concepts being taught, which has a  value of 3.2717 weight category with a contribution of 1.1255
